Great place where you can solve pretty much all major and minor problems with your car. Maintenance and repairs. Sam ( owner) with Richie ( manager) and team know their subject damn well and it's not only tires and alignment. Customer service, friendly people, fair prices. What else do you want? I have 3 cars that ALL go there for whatever they need an AUTO PILOT...

I m very particular with who works on my car. I was curious about this place based on the reviews. I went for a wheel alignment and my experience was amazing. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and was explaining to me about the aspects of the alignment. The staff was very friendly. The shop itself is very well maintained and clean. This place is a must and will be referring all my friends for wheel alignments.

Terrific Mechanic Shop. Tremendous customer service. Sammy is a stand up guy and his mechanics are top notch. Always felt comfortable servicing my cars here, NEVER any shadiness or shenanigans. As long as I have been coming here with my vehicles I always have a wonderful experience at Saw Mill Wheel Alignment. For those who don t know Saw Mill Wheel Alignment is way more than just a wheel alignment shop. Owned by Sammy, managed by Richie and staffed with the crew ,it s always a great experience here. Nestled in the Homefield section of Yonkers just down the street from Homefield bowl and next to Homefield Deli is where this small 4 bay shop lies. This shop is way more than wheel alignments . For me it s great service for all my families vehicles from domestic to foreign that keeps me coming back. no vehicle is to challenging for this shop. When I need a wheel alignment Sammy has purchased the latest and greatest Hunter Alignment equipment my cars are always pin straight after I see him. Sammy also has a state of the art Hunter Road Force balancing Tire machine. If you have never had your tires Road Force Balanced i suggest you try it. You won t be disappointed. As I said before Saw Mill Wheel Alignment is so much more than that. For me it s suspension work , to routine oil changes where I need premium oil and a low lift for my sports cars. Sammy, Richie, and the crew have always solved all my problems. Any challenge I bring these guys they always rise to the occasion and I leave there knowing my car is fixed, safe and ready to travel . I love this place. They are always my first call and my only call. AMAZING SERVICE!I called to see if they could accommodate me last minute and the person I spoke with was so professional and was so happy to help. Same day they replaced my two bald tires with nice all season Goodyear tires, rotated and did my wheel alignment. I m a very inquisitive person and especially when it comes to my car as the dealership has played many games with me in the past. The men who work here are so knowledgeable they went above and beyond in answering my questions and even explained to me how I can maximize my tire life by checking pressure now that the seasons are changing.They do it all here! Even ADAS CALIBRATION ALIGNMENT! Inspection, belt tensioner, pulleys, tune up, brakes- you name it they will help. As a woman I hate when mechanics try to play games and it is so refreshing to have such a pleasant experience with such fast service. I came in with an alignment request that seems the shop had never had before. I spoke with the owner/manager knowing that it isn t close to factory spec or very street friendly. They did everything in their power to get it as close as possible to my provided specifications. They even called the alignment machine s vendor and redid the front camber a second time (thanks Fernando!).Since then I ve done two track events on this setup including driving to and from each track. One trip 2 hours and the other 8 hours each way. All of it went perfectly with zero issues. 4 total days hammering it around, not a single hiccup and driving it around town its still solid and vibration free. A big thank you to the staff at Saw Mill Auto Alignment for making it possible

They were able to do an alignment on my lowered car, after Subaru of Yonkers said they couldn't. Even though my car was actually higher than when I had it when it was in FL and the Subaru dealer down there had no issues. Either way, would definitely go back for my future alignments and I recommend this place if you have a lowered car for your alignment needsService: Steering & suspension repair

I went for a wheel alignment and the service was really fast. I also needed new rotors for my car and they were able to fix the problem immediately. These guys are so welcoming and professional , you will be in and out the wait is not long at all ! Not to mention, they offer reasonable prices. Recently put new tires on my car so I decided to come here for a wheel alignment and everything went smoothly. I recommend you come early though. There was another car ahead of me so I was in and out in about an hour and my car feels great. Will come back again.

AVOID AT ALL COST OR FACE THE COST. CARELESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKES EVEN AFTER BEING CALLED OUT ON THE SPOT WITH PICTURES.I have a limited edition Audi S4 B6 Convertible that I baby and keep in impeccable conditions. I came in Saw Mill Auto Alignment for an oil change (I brought my own high quality oil, filter, and other parts so all they needed to do was the fairly simply labor). I watched, Richie, the mechanic lift the car incorrectly and carelessly catching part of the side skirts with the lift. The result? a hole, dents, stress marks, and ripped side skirt on all four corners where the lift held the car.I calmly and respectfully asked for a solution. Richie, the mechanic tried to insist that it was already there, but I took pictures of it all while the car was lifted and even pointed it out before he brought the car down. After not being able to denied the damages he sent to me to the owner of the shop to another location. When I went to talk to the owner the owner blamed the mechanic while telling me, in a rude tone, that "he had nothing to do with it and not to come to him with this issue." Went back to the mechanic and he insisted that the owner was the only one that could provide a resolution. It will cost me $1016 just in parts to repair the damage. Will never be back at this place.

First time customer, excellent communication, price was quoted before the job, clean worksite, mechanic communicated very well about some issues he ran into, took care of everything I needed. Will be back for tires and tune up. Highly recommend, I saw other auto repair companies bring them their work as well so that shows they know what they are doing and do reliable, efficient work. had a check engine light pop up on my 2016 Mercedes benz and It was having a misfire on cylinder 4. Went to a few places and ended up going to saw mill auto because of a friend recommend them. all I can say that these guys really know what they are doing! They checked the car and narrowed the problem down to its source. They fixed the car and boom no more check engine and the pricing was fantastic! Sam the owner was super nice and Richie was very knowledgeable about these cars. The shop is very professional and clean. I would recommend them 100 percent. I will be taking all my business to them and I am super happy I finally found a shop that is honest!

Had a problem with a set of 4 brand new tires another shop had mounted. I was getting a bad vibration at highway speeds. The other shop balanced the wheels twice and was still could not figure out the issue! Sammy and his team at Saw Mill Auto Alignment took me the same day to have my wheels road forced balanced. After having the wheels road forced balanced by the professionals at Saw Mill Auto and Alignment the problem was gone. Apparently the other shop had not mounted the tires correctly! I would recommend this shop for all of your service needs. Sammy called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work.Service: Auto maintenance

I recently brought my vehicle for inspections and repairs and I had a great experience. My car was shaking at highway speeds and I was convinced I had to get something replaced. The staff here took a look and told me I should try getting an alignment and tire balance. Turned out to be exactly what the car needed. They could have taken me for a ride but I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I love my car so I'm very happy I found a great mechanic, especially one who specializes in luxury vehicles.

I took my BMW here, the cluster was malfunctioning & I didn't want to take it to the dealership. They did an amazing job. Everything is working perfectly as if I had taken it to the dealership. I have visited the shop three times and now with confidence I could say you can bring your car here for full service and great mechanical repair on your car. The mechanics are excellent mechanics.Sammy and Richard are great guys and they will go all out to find a solution to you problem .is hard to find an honest mechanic shops inYonkers almost alll want to rip you off. But this shop truly cares because they want you to come back and stay with them for all mechanical repair on your car or small truck.Now like everything in life you must be patient if you want your car to be repaired properly be patience don't come in a hurry it's hard to get Parts because you know how it is these days .So again bring your car To 960 Saw Mill River Road Sawmill Auto and Alignment repair shop.
