Awful customer service. I don't know if it was the owner I encountered ( older man ). He was rude! Didn't say goodafternoon, told me you put my phone into my pocket( it was in my hand as I had the insurance info on the screen that I needed to conduct business) then he just walked away. Needless to say I walked out and took my business elsewhere. He lost business that day and I've never encountered someone tht rude who would even expect someone business. Don't use this place

Terrible experience! Got a referral from Geico to get the inspection s pictures done. I called and the guy over the phone was rude and didn t give me the proper information about what he would need to do the job. I drove 45 minutes to this super sketchy place, where looks dangerous and abandoned. Spoke in person with the same guy and he was offensive and rude. He demanded a printed document he did not mention over the phone. When I told him he could ve just told me that before I drive many miles for nothing. He pushed me off the door using offensive language. I felt totally unsafe. It is a shame the fact that Geico has him as a representative. I wouldn t recommend this horrible experience to anyone.

Asked the man on the phone for a simple question regarding an inspection and instantly received attitude for being misinformed. I can only imagine how they are in person.

Horrible customer service, no manners, bad attitudes. Some old guy was there he seemed like he hates what he does, so rude. He needs to retire and let someone else do the job. Don t go here, is a waste of time. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Do not ever come here , the old guy who works there is very unprofessional and rude. I asked to come in to take pictures for the inspection and he denied his service. Do not waste your time coming here.

Just stopped by for a photo CARCO inspection required by my insurance company and was denied service when requesting that the person who helped me wear a mask when attempting to enter my vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE if you care at all about your health.For what is is worth, I offered him a brand new disposable mask and he rudely replied that it was an unreasonable request.

They do Motorcycle inspections. Bring your bikes here!Fast service. Plesent and nice conversation with the owner. Speak how you want to be spoken to and you will be fine.

Royale automotive was great. I went there on a Saturday for a photo inspection. They were quick, thorough and friendly. In fact they're the only ones in the Bronx that do photo inspections on Saturday.

Owner/manager is rude, and his office has multiple signs mocking the wearing of masks, and belittling the risks of covid. Proceed at your own risk.

Just called to ask a question and they are the rudest people, after I asked if they do appointments the guy said I don t do appointments, you come and you wait if I can fit u in after I asked about how long is the wait he said I don t know and hung up on me. I will never give this people my money.

Don't recommend this place person had attitude and I didn't even say a word bad to him just that I'm here for photo inspection and when I said I have insurance cards on phone he says have a nice day and the carco website doesn't say a paper copy is required i told my insurance company about this and they said I can provide photos thanks to his attitude he lost money on 3 cars i own and works out for me
