I went to get my winter tires swapped to my summer tires and everything was going fine until all of a sudden all 4 of my tire pressure monitor systems are reportedly broken when I ve had no problem with them prior to taking them here. The guy said he would replace them but found out he only had 1 and he didn t even replace that one and he left all 4 of them off and stole my stems. What should ve been a simple tire swap is now costing me $280 at the dealer. Save your time and money and do not come here!

Quick and simple. My tire had a bubble which are apparently super dangerous to drive with. These guys are super fast and efficient. Very nice and fair with pricing too. Definitely recommend this shop. 10/10.

I have reported this shop to department of consumer protection. I went to get 2 used tires for my car. One worker who speaks little to no english told me it is 50 dollars. I have changed same tires few months ago for the same price. After the tires were changed he said it is 60 dollars. I told him that is not what you told me and I have recently changed for 50 dollars. He send me to the owner. I told him what I told the worker and owner was really rude and told me I have to pay what the worker said. I told him he intially said 50 and I recently changed the same tires here few months ago. He did not listen to a word I said. He said I must pay and he looked like he was about to fight me. I felt afraid I left. I asked him if they have posted the pricing. There was nothing. I went straight to Department of consumer protection and filed a complaint against this shop. If you want not to be robbed of your money please go to other store that has people who are honest and respect you as a customer. Will never go to this store again.

If your looking for a quick, easy tire change at last minute, for a reasonable price this is the spot. Never mind asking too many questions, their major lingo is Spanish. Never mind, wheel alignments & all other stuff, bcus you d be wasting time. This is what you call a quickie.

Got 1 star only because I HAD to, to post my bad experience.The worst experience ever. I go in the morning to plug my tire, that was around 8:30am, I get to work, by lunch time 12:30pm my tire pressure was under 20. I had to fill it with air...moving forward, I go back and speak to the same guy that plugged my tire ( YOUNG, VERY COCKY AND RUDE...NO COSTUMER SERVICE AT ALL...HE NEEDS TO RETRAIN) I asked if I had to pay ($10) and he told me yes. I couldn't understand why he would charge me again for a hole that he missed to plug. Ended up going back and forth and he called his manager...and she told me that I made a hole, I have to pay. Very rude, no customer service. Not a courtesy for his lack of experience. Would never recommend anyone there. And they are overpriced.

I wish this had a 0 star rating. They don't even deserve 1 star. Went in multiple times in this shop and first time i go the experience was bad. Had to come in 2 days in a row for a flat tire/cracked rim. The wait time is ridiculous. They say 1 hour wait time and ends up being 3+ hours. Went in for a flat tire second time around and got a oil change as well. They did the oil change and say the tore was fine. They said maybe the reason it was leaking was because the rim was bent so i leave the shop and the next day i get flat tire again. So i take it to a regular tire shop and take the wheel off and you can see immediately that the rim is cracked and there is a nail in the tire. How could they miss that. Well i doubt that they even took the tire off and checked.Wont be coming back here again. Terrible place and terrible mechanics .

The actual entity name of this business is currently McLean Tire Shop Inc. I'm writing this review to warn others and share my experience. I went to this tire shop to have 2 nails removed from one tire, then have the holes patched. I drove home and parked my car immediately after leaving this shop. The very next time i drove the car (less than 48 hours later), i heard metal on the ground as soon as i drove out of my garage, so i stopped and found that this same tire i took to have fixed, was now flat. After carefully revising, i realized that only 1 of the 2 holes left by the nails, was actually patched. The other hole was open. As a result of the negligent and careless service provided by this tire shop, my $850 wheel is now cracked. And no, they refuse to take full responsibility & proceeded to laugh in my face and accuse me for causing this damage to my own wheel.

They have very good new and used tires there. I usually buy the used tires that are not bad for the price they charge me.

This place no matter what the weather you are promptly greeted by the pit crew. No appt. Nessescerry, they plug or patch all size tires from trailer,truck,and cars. They are the most inexpensive and most knowledgeable. I have used them 8 times referring friends and neighbors. They also have tire replacements and sets of tires. The work is done right there in front of you. Bring a coffee and it will be done in 15 -20 minutes. They have a waiting area in inclement weather and they always show you what they found in your tire before plugging it. It is all transparent.

There is a gimmick with this tire shop and if you need a new tire , it is better you go to another place , as this place is too expensive and their tire are used and very poor quality , designed to make you come back again

I brought my new wheels and tires to balanced and mounted onto my car and the technician ended up putting on the weights wrong, scuffed up my wheels and also cross-threaded one of my lug nuts into my wheel hub. Horrible work and do not recommend !!

Do not go to this place. Save yourself some bucks. If you ever go, make sure they put on the lug nuts right and make sure the lug nuts are not tighten incorrectly. My screw wheel bearing broke because these guys don t bother caring to see if the lug nut was placed on correctly. Go somewhere else.
