This is my second time having may car repaired by this shop. Someone backed into my car, polo collision helped me out with my deductible and dealt with insurance to make sure to use oem parts. As the owner of a small law business, I had one of my company-owned cars, a 2020 Porsche, repaired by Polo Collision and done so in record time. The work and final product was simply extraordinary. Further, my interactions with the owner, Tony, and his office manager, Dayanna, made an ordinarily unpleasant experience at other shops a very pleasant one here. They took care of everything from the insurance to the car repair to the rental. I had very little to do. As Tony said, "its all about the customer experience." He was right!

For the first time in my life I was faced with the need for a body repair. And I am very glad that I chose Polo Collision. Brought in my Jeep Patriot to have body work done due to excessive corrosion. I initially went to Jeep years back when the vehicle was still under warranty but they said the body corrosion wasn t covered because the metal was perforated. Over time the corrosion got worse and I decided to just get it fix and the hell with dealing with corporate. I heard nothing but good things about Polo Collision and decided to have them take a look at it. The staff was helpful, professional but most importantly honest. The owner Tony told me what I was looking at in terms of work and price, he gave it to me straight, I was looking a restoration work. I felt comfortable with him and his staff, knowing my Jeep was in good hands and the work would be top notch. He assured me that the work that will be performed to my vehicle would be the same type of work he would do if it was his own. He also told me once they re done it will be better that when it rolled off the assembly line at the factory. I picked up my Jeep this afternoon and all I can say is WOW!!! Polo Collision delivered on their promise and the Jeep looked better than new!!! The entire roof panel was replaced, the two rear quarter panels, the hinges that hold the rear hatch looked better than new, the quality of the work performed was awesome, blew my mind!!! If you need work done I would highly recommend paying the guys at Polo Collision a visit. They re top notch in my book, from Diane at the front desk to the manager (I forgot his name, I think it was Vance) all the way to the owner Tony. Thank you guys, I ll definitely do business with you guys again if and when needed and I ll definitely spread the word on the excellent quality of your staffs work.Thanks again and keep up the great work!!!Service: Body & Trim

I've owned my 1967 Pontiac for 42 years. 37 years ago polo did work on my suspension. Recently Nelson took care of some sheet metal work inside my trunk area. He also did 6 frame and body bushings that needed replacement. I don't think I would trust anyone else to do this work. The shop is neat and all the people are easy to deal with.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the second time I've used them for body repair on my car. Once with a different car and now with my current car. I have to say they do excellent work. It took longer than I would have liked and I had to postpone my vacation trip, but that was due to having to wait for parts and they tried really hard to get it done as quick as possible without sacrificing getting the job done correctly. I highly recommend this place if you want excellent work. Dayana is a pleasure to deal with. My car looks brand new again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are professional, complete great work, on time, follow through on their promises and Dayana even helped me through the whole process which made things so easy for me. I was very happy with Polo Collision services. They took care of everything, including arranging for a rental car service, dealing with the insurance company, and repairing the car so that it looks brand new. They washed and vacuumed the car before I took it home which was awesome! I would absolutely come back here again. I highly recommend their services.

I'm been coming to Polo Collision for 35+ years always been very satisfied of there work. Starting with Dayana the young lady in the office who dealt with the insurance adjuster and car rental for me. She kept me updated on my vehicle status. She is very nice , polite and professional. There is another person his name is Nelson and he's been working there for a very long time and I trust his expertise in what has to be done on my car. Very helpful , very knowledgeable and very professional . He's simply the best in what he does. And there's Tony the owner who is a straight forward person and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone. By the way I currently live in Connecticut about 1 hour away and I still come here whether it's my car or my wife's car or my son's car or my daughter's car. Again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Polo helped my family out with extensive body and fender repairs on many cars for many years. They always did a great job. I love my Honda CRV's and one time I brought in a car I was sure was beyond repair, and Tony, Nelson and employees fixed it and it was as good as new. I recently brought in another car that was rear-ended and just picked it up - again a top notch job down to the detailing. This was my 2nd time using polo auto body and I am just as satisfied now as I was the 1st time. They do a great job at advocating for the customer in regards to the insurance company and the claim. Polo Collision is the best body shop I have ever taken my car to. I had my car swiped and after bringing it to them they had it ready for me by the next day. I took my Grand Cherokee to Polo Collision on 11/14 for some deep scratches on my bumper and a dent and scratches on the front fender. Upon walking in, I received a warm welcone from Dayana, the Manager as well as the owner Tony. They were friendly and willing to work with me. I also met with Dennis, the one who will be working on my jeep. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I picked up my jeep the next day and boy did it look fresh! It was as if it just came out of the factory! They did such an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend Polo Collision!

POLO COLLISON IS THE BEST DAMN BODY SHOP AROUND PERIOD! I will not take my cars anywhere else for the last 20 years. Tony is so passionate about cars and he loves what he does and it shows. Diana will go above and beyond for her customers. Trust me you will not be disappointed here. My car always looks like NOTHING EVER HAPPENED TO IT. Honest, dependable good work. Took my 4 year old car here after a City fender bender and it looked like new afterwards! They had the car ready sooner than promised. I just dropped the car off there and they handled all the negotiating with the insurance company - one less thing to worry about. The manager Nelson went over everything with me and Dayana in the office handled all the paperwork. A whole bunch of friends of mine have been here and that's why I trusted them.Update: unfortunately came back after being rear-ended (when stopped ) when I came home all my neighbors thought it looked like new!
