I was traveling back home to Connecticut from New Jersey and my tire blew out.I called a tow company who could only take me to the nearest enterprise which was closed !Iam six months pregnant, it was late and I was left in a parking lot in the back of a shop rite next door .I called several mechanics who either never showed or wanted an arm and a leg. Thank god I was able to call this place because they saved my life! They got me a tire (from the Bronx by the way) and brought it all the way to white plains where i was stranded. Paul literally got my tire swapped out in a matter of minutes!! They got me home safe with no problems. I am beyond grateful and would recommend their service to anybody . Thank you Pand Ts!

RUN! DO NOT HIRE THIS MECHANIC!I ignored all of the signs telling me to go elsewhere because I wanted to support a local business instead of a dealership; lesson learned. This was my first time dealing with an accident and it has now been 20 months without my vehicle getting repaired. I offered patience and understanding of the countless stories I was told as to why the work was not getting completed. I do not receive any calls or communications with updates all while getting ducked as I continue to show up in person, call, and send text messages.RUN! DO NOT IGNORE THE SIGNS!

Don't waste your time.. These aren't honest people.. He took my money for a replacement engine over two years ago and didn't do anything to my car. I thought tresa was honest but she's Just like Paul. Paul Hid my car. For about two years. He also tried to sell my car. I'm in the process of court proceedings.. I found my car and took back ownership of my vehicle.

Paul was able to stop by on a weekend to coach my son and I on restoring a vintage sports car we were struggling with. We have it running but not well. He did a complete diagnostic (no OBD) and gave us an assessment and complete to do list along with technical guidance and honest encouragement to get us closer to our goal. Better than any YouTube video. He's a great guy and it was the best experience with a mechanic I've ever had. Needed a new engine right after bringing it here for engine repair . Total sham. Sued them in small claims, and won. What does that tell you. Still waiting on my money I am rightfully owed :) RUN. Do not do business with this couple unless you want a constant run around and waste your money.

never ever go there. He is a thief . He charged me up front $500 and after holding my car for 3 days I discovered a lot of new parts are missing and problem was not fixed. That was my the worst experience In all my live. He was evicted from that building and now he is doing his sloppy jobs right on the street without any permits and insurance. Is this right person to run this kind of business ? Can you trust the guy who don't have a shop and doing his business on the street?Service: Electrical repair

Two weeks ago I came in on a Sunday afternoon after the engine on my 2014 Accord overheated. Paul asked if I could drop it off. I told him that I would wait any amount of time because I was over an hour from home and it would take me awhile to get a ride.Paul understood and checked out my car immediately. He spent about 45 minutes with me running diagnostics, adding coolant and oil, and explaining to me everything that he was doing. He was able to get me back on the road in under an hour.I m very grateful for the timely and competent service that Paul provided. I wouldn t hesitate to return in the future.

I knew my car Hyundai 2007 was not running well let's just say my Peaches was "sick." I took my car to Paul he ran a diagnostic test confirming that my car was not safe for driving. Long story short my car is up an running like never before. Paul explained what was wrong and showed me and my husband the replaced parts and pointed out the damaged areas.I bought the car two years ago from someone else and really did nothing with it since she always started and never gave way until I noticed I didn't feel safe behind the wheel. I can't say enough great things about Paul. I was travelling to NY from Virginia and my alternator was failing. I stopped in Yonkers and contacted P and Ts Auto on a whim. I called and left a message around 11pm on a Saturday and got a call back not even 10 minutes later. Paul was professional and scheduled me in first thing on Sunday morning. When I dropped off the vehicle he stopped what he was doing to inspect the problem. He told me what it could be, what he was going to do, and reassured me that he would get it fixed right away to get me back home....all this on a Sunday! Paul was true to his word. Within 2 hours I got a call back telling me what the problem was and that the issue was fixed. I was back on the road and got home without issue. Paul was professional through the whole process. Great service. Paul has a good knowledge about the cars and explained in detail about all the issues with my car. Fixed it on time and got the car back same day. Very happy with the car s performance now. Glad I came here. Teresa is the best. She made the whole experience very pleasant. THIEF!!!!! Hello everyone do not come to this Shop they are thief s. I brought my car here because I had a flat. Paul told me it was not repairable and I needed a new one so I said ok. Waited about a half hour for him to install a new one. Great service Right! Wrong I get home and look to see the brand that he put on my car, and discovered it was just Plugged. Horrible experience. I called in for a quote on a repair I needed , guy insisted I tow my car there without giving me an exact estimate of the repair. I told him over the phone want I need to be done to the car to get it running he said okay tow it over . Giving them the benefit of the doubt because they sounded legit and honest I was going to get my car towed there . Couple days later I had bought upgraded forged stronger parts for my car that way I won t have a problem again in the future with it and told him. He then refused to take my car and service it because his shop didn t order the parts. Most places will fix the car with the parts you bought and not warranty the repair being that it s not parts they provided .These guys are crooks , they sell used parts and up charge you on repair and parts for personal gain and don t actually care about fixing a potential customers vehicle. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I can give 0 stars I would

If I can give a zero I would I went to fix my car due to a slide and crash I bought the parts and had him fix it and he fixed the wrong side then I paid again to fix the right side and he restarted my code now all code pop up they don't go away my car sliding just bad bad experience all he is is money hungry DONT GO HERE

I could write a book about how amazing Paul and his wife Theresa are but I ll keep it short so you read it. When I first met him I instantly knew I was in the presence of an honest man who does what he loves, and loves what he does. When I met his wife it confirmed something I already had an idea of. These are good people, honest people, who work hard and care about their customers and business. I started taking my car to them and haven t taken it anywhere else since. My son just bought his first car and hasn t allowed anyone but Paul and his people to service it. Since Paul has started working on his car not a visit passed that Paul doesn t take sometime out to bring my son to the car to show him the parts, explain to him the pieces, and tell him how to maintain his vehicle. Theresa since the first day I have met her has explained in fine detail to me everything being done to my cars, sending me information, walking me through it all. Today, I brought my car to them for my control arms to be fixed and when I came to pick the car up they showed me how humble and great they are. They know I m a single mother and they did something for me that no other mechanic would have ever done. By doing what they did they allowed me to be able to not stress, and they lifted this weight off my shoulders because I just didn t know how I was going to get it done. I am forever loyal to them. Humble people, who haven t forgotten where they came from, and don t see dollars when they look at their customers. I can honestly say I love them. I appreciate them. They are a blessing from up above for me and my family. THANK YOU PAUL AND THERESA! Very disappointing experience. This Auto repair shop lacks professionalism, in fact its an extremely unprofessional business. Not only do they exaggerate and lie on their extremely overpriced repairs, they do not even repair what you pay them to.They also leave their trash in your car.. After I picked up my car i had found empty juice bottles in the cup holders. I knew it wasn't mine because its a drink i never buy. Very disappointing.I knew they don't fix the repairs they promise because i had a specific leak in my car, after paying a huge sum of money to repair it, the leak was still there. I figured i'd do my own investigation and take it to someone i know personally and voila.. the leak never fixed. Who knows what else they lied about fixing. God bless these people s honesty. I had my car towed out of another shop which had been sitting there for about a month with continuous payments without resolving the issue. I then had my car towed here (p & ts auto), they had my car properly diagnosed and I find out the previous shop did not do ANY repairs to my vehicle. They found that my axel was broken and they fixed it for free with a NEW axel. Not only did p & T s fix my car properly their prices were very affordable compared to any shop I ve ever been to. Amazing service. Cars Cv axel went out at 10pm. Got me in the shop, part fabricated and on the road the next day by 1pm. Absolutely amazing staff and the owner is a great hard working man. I can t say enough good things about Paul. As a female who knows nothing about how cars work, a fear is being scammed. Paul is the most honest and genuine person I could have ever had the pleasure of meeting today. My check engine light came on an hour away from home. I am a nurse and cannot be off road for an extended amount of time. Paul understood this and I was in and out with a clear explanation. I ll be back with all of my future car needs. This Shop saw how determined i was to fixing my first car and took advantage of me completely.. Had me keep coming back for 4 months straight just to drain my pockets. Spent thousands of dollars and got NOTHING Fixed.Every time i would agree on a price for labor i would then be told a WAY HIGHER Price than the original price i d agree on and kept paying anyway.i trusted crooks i shouldve known after coming back for months straight i was being robbed.i took a trip to the car model dealership and got told i was ripped offcompletely.My car still has issues, i never got to fully enjoy it despite paying thousands of dollars for no reason.Very sad and unfortunate situation i wish i had known better.These folks will sell you dreams and take your money for months or even YEARS if you let them.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

My wife and I were traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia on a Saturday. On the Saw Mill Parkway our car started have problems. We just made it off the highway when the car completely died. We called a tow truck, but we couldn't find a garage that would even look at our car until Monday morning. We searched online and found P and T. Paul said he would diagnose the problem within an hour. Sure enough he called us within an hour, had the part within another hour, and has us back on the road an hour after that. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and a true godsend when everything seemed to be going badly. Thanks Paul and P and T! You guys are terrific!Service: Electrical repair

Very good and fast service. Extremely professional and woks great with there customers. Explains whats wrong with your car in detail, shows you the new and old parts that has been fixed. Finally a honest and trustworthy mechanic. Horrible never again! They choose Quantity over quality and over charge a million cars to repair but can't repair them properly and talks bad about the customers behind their backs if the customer questions anything they see that's not being done right. Please don't give me a fake apology because I can see threw it. I wasted so much money but it's definitely a lesson learned. Take your car to the dealership that manufactured it you will get a better out come! My Elderly mother was taken advantage of and overcharged to get her air-conditioning unit fixed. I contacted a reputable mechanic in the neighborhood and they confirmed we were overcharged as well! My mom was never quoted a price and given an opportunity to decline services. Price was quoted after parts had been ordered and she felt obligated to have services completed. She was forced to pay double the price in parts and labor! Beware if you re a single female getting work done and you don t do your homework first! I m all for supporting small businesses but not like this!Theresa, You and I both know your husband is very rude and disrespectful! You stood there while he snatch that box out of my hand and kicked me out of his shop for confronting and questioning his prices. He then called my mother and threatened her that he was raising the price and charging her more because of my accusations. Forcing her to pay a higher price because he was upset. She was forced to be compliant to keep the peace. She is not satisfied with your services but scared! God knows the truth and He is my judge! I was recommended to them by a few different people, these guys are great. Fixed a problem I experienced going to mineikee and did a superb job in a timely fashion. 10pm the night before Thanksgiving our minivan broke down. We were coming from Buffalo, NY to Connecticut. About an hour away from our destination our van just breaks down. 4 kids crying that they re cold, thirsty, hungry. Nobody is open at this time the night before a holiday. We are in a small town no clue what to do. We googled and found this business. Called and the man, Paul, was super nice but said we were too far for him to come help. Then he heard the kids and the crying. He immediately drove out to us, an hour each way. This man was our angel. He was very knowledgeable & trustworthy and made us feel comfortable. After about a half hour he had us on the road again but told us to get it checked out when we got to our destination because he was pretty sure it was a bigger issue. Correct! We needed a whole new transmission. On a 5 yr old 60k vehicle. But thats another story. This company saved our holiday and we are so grateful. Not all heroes wear capes!

The worst experience I ve ever had with a mechanic. The owner was very unprofessional and rude. He threatened my life and used racial slurs against me. They overcharged my insurance for storage fees and never even fixed the issue with my car! I would never ever recommend this business to my worst enemy
