Charlie and his team are wonderful. They make you like a part of their family and I would bring any vehicle here in a heartbeat. Their pricing is reasonable and will work with alot of people. I truly miss being able to go to people like this since moving . Still to this day I personally know people that only go to this shop and if people ask me where to go I recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Love and miss you guys

Brought my car in early yesterday for a loss of power and misfiring. No codes or lights. Charlie was able to deliver a smooth running SUV by close of business. I was told what was wrong and any future issues my old suv may present. As a woman, it's always anxiety when having a car issue. McLean alleviates the stress. Very knowledgeable and patient. Honest and reliable. Will only charge you for, and recommend what the car needs. Been going to Charlie for over 20 years. Finding a good, reliable, honest mechanic it is like finding a good doctor. Brought my parents Dodge and Chevy to Charlie, based on the reviews, and 100% glad I did. It's very hard finding an honest shop around downtown Yonkers, since the majority are sketchy and just take your money, but not Mclean Auto Center Corp. Charile is very honest and tells you how it is with your vehicle with no B.S. His prices are very affordable and treats you like family. Did I mention that he warranties his work?I enjoyed the small conversations he and I had and in the end my parents were extremely happy that both vehicles were properly fixed, after so long.Charlie has won me over and will definitely have them take their vehicles to him for future maintenance, inspection, and repairs. I will also let the rest of my family know of the quality work Mclean Auto Center Corp produces. Thank you so much Charlie and to your boys at the shop. Charlie is the most honest and competent mechanic I have ever had.My car was badly damaged during a recent flash flood. I had a hard time starting it but when it did start water came pouring out of the tailpipe. I was able to move the car a few feet but every warning light came on so I just left it and the next day the battery was dead. Charlie took care of everything from start to finish. He even had my car towed for me when I couldn t be there.Charlie diagnosed the car In the hope that it could be fixed. He even tried to locate parts that were in short supply at the Honda dealer. He dealt with two adjusters all along. Unfortunately it turned out that the car could not be repaired. In the end Geico totaled a car and paid me a very fair settlement.None of this cost me any money; Charlie dealt directly with Geico.Super recommended!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I always come here with any car issues I'm having. Charlie is very thorough and explains the problems clearly. He gives updates often. I was recommended through family friends and I've never been disappointed.One instance I remember was my brakes weren't working and everyone said I'd need to pay for new ones. I brought it over to McLean and I just needed some new bolts in place as the others were getting rusty. And of course, I've gotten engine lights checked as well.

These guys are fantastic. They helped me out in a pinch with a Honda I was giving to my sisters family. They took care of the required items and showed me some issues that needed attention in the near future. Very fair price, good quality work!

I travel a lot with my car so I sometimes end up needing to get routine things like oil changes done elsewhere - but for all the big or complicated things I refuse to take my car anywhere but here. I keep thinking it s time to retire my old CRV and then Charlie fixes it right back up. He always takes the time to figure out what s going on and gets everything fixed right. These guys always seem super busy but always find the time to fit me in and get quality work done. Had my oil changed here and my car checked out because I thought it was making a weird rattling noise. They checked it out and no issues and didn t even charge me for checking it just for the oil change. Very knowledgeable, even before it was checked they knew about my make/model enough to know what very common benign issues may cause a rattling noise. They also made sure to give me a sticker on the car for when to next change my oil as my indicator didn t seem to be working, something the person who previously changed my oil had neglected to do. All in all wonderful people and service.

I'm a second generation patron of McLean auto. My father has been taking all our family's vehicles to these guys for 40 years even before they we're in their current form in the current location.We drive from CT to get all our work done. They will always be completely fair and never let you down. Not once. The shop is always super busy but somehow there's always time for you. Whoever you are.Once you're a customer you're family and will always be treated as such.
