They got me a new hatch for my hood . It was done in a day . Reasonable price. Toyota parts. These guys are great. I pulled up at 7:30 AM and already three people were already there. Very sweet as well. Tasha D.

Horrible. Joe tries to scam and have you pay for things you dont need and too busy in the back playing with computer. Horrible customer service and inattentive . Go elsewhere!

Best shop in yonkers, you get treated like family & the repairs are done right & in a timely manner. Shop is always busy, so it speaks for itself.

My wife and her family have been coming to this place for years and ever since we got married I have been coming here as well. Great guys and great service. They really know how to take care of your car. I put my trust in McLean Auto.

Great service, absolutely honest, good prices. My family has been coming here for years.Only issue I ever had with them has been that they are not greedy enough and sometimes don't fix little things that don't strictly need to be fixed, so if you bring a car to them with a problem that doesn't present a mechanical or safety concern, be sure to tell them you want it done anyway.

They are always jammed packed with cars and for a good reason. Most honest guys I have met in the auto repair industry. They have customer service down to a science. My family and I have been coming here for years. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good repair shop.

McLean Autos is an AWESOME company!As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it is always a bit intimidating walking into a new place to get work done on my vehicle. I moved to Woodlawn about 4 years ago and have been to McLean Auto numerous times since moving in.I can't recommend this place enough. Mike and his team are some of the most honest people I have ever dealt with. Unlike many other auto mechanics, they have NEVER tried to get me to fix "unknown" issues at a high cost. In addition, they communicate extremely well to manage expectations, prices are very fair. Lastly, their quality of work and turn around time is amazing!One time my car died in my driveway up the street and I did not have jumper. I walked down to McLean Autos and Mike lent me a commercial grade jump starter for me to use at no charge. He even offered to come take a look with me if I couldn't get it started! This is a perfect example that shows this company genuinely cares and more than happy to help!I love the fact that I have someone right down the road who I can rely on for any car issue that comes up. The next time your looking for some help with your car.... Go see mike! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was about to leave for work yesterday morning and found that my car would not start. I opened up Google maps to look for mechanics in the area (I am new to Yonkers), seeing a 5-star review I called up McLean Auto and Joe answered the phone and within 10 minutes came to my location and helped me jump start my car. I proceeded to follow him back to his shop where he promptly checked my battery and informed me that I needed to replace my battery. He called for the part immediately and I was able to get it replaced within the hour. The fact that Joe drove to me, not knowing who I am, just to help me jump start my car shows that he cares about his customers and will go the extra mile (literally) to provide great service. I will be sure to take my car back to McLean Auto for any other repairs I need in the future!

I have been using McLean Auto for many years and they are always WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!These guys always go way beyond what anyone would expect. They know what they are doing and their prices are always very fair.I first went to them because a friend recommended them. Even though it is inconvenient because I don't live anywhere near McLean Ave. I still keep going there because they are far & away the best auto mechanics I have ever experienced.

Brought my truck at 8:00 am for two tire change ( I supplied the tires) and I didn t get my truck back until 5:30pm.. one of the guys there said $30 for two tires when I picked up the truck the other guy said $50 so what did for 9 and half hours I don t know.. when I picked up the truck the rim was scratched up so if you want your rims scratched up this is the place to got...
