While backing up, pulling out of a shop rite, didn t notice my front bumper was caught with a bump and fell. Googled this shop and drove right in. Paul greeted me. Asked him how much and he said don t worry we will take care of it . He had two of his guys secure it and I was out in no time. The best part. Didn t charge me anything and said to come back with a new bumper. Of course I will come back with a new bumper and do it with him. Paul was great and has good manners with customers. I Recommend him.

In five words: the height of local professionalism. Paul and Erica are an exceptional team, seasoned in customer service and their industry. They made me feel comfortable instantly. With a recent string of body damage including a full length car keying to my driver side door on my Jaguar XF, I looked around locally for a quick solution to my problems. After receiving multiple quotes from well-rated shops, the determining factor for me was not purely cost (Mayfield s quote was relatively low/mid-range), but rather my in-person meeting with Paul and several emails and calls with Erica. I knew instantly that I was dealing with honest, hard-working people, confident in what they were able to deliver. I am glad I trusted that instinct over lower quotes, because I could not be happier with their service throughout the process and the stunning results at the end. As a single female, I am of wary car-related trickery, but Erica s constant communication in answering all my concerns - and also seeking additional information for me without prompting, such as researching cost of OEM parts at the lowest possible cost - put my mind at ease. Less than a week later, my car was looking brand new. I noticed they didn t have any reviews that highlighted their ability to deal with luxury or foreign cars, but I m here to confirm that they can with confidence. Deal with these people = bottom line!

I bought my car brand new last August and last week some guy hit my car and scratched the left side of my bumper a good amount. I was really disappointed and was trying my best to see who can do a perfect job. It s my first car as well so I m very particular about it all. I went to Mayfield Auto Body since they were recommended by the dealership and I am happy to report they did an excellent job. Brand new again as if nothing ever happened. Paul is amazing and is a cool guy to talk to. He s attentive, receptive, and friendly. I really hope I don t ever have to go back for repairs but if I do, I ll definitely go back here.

I had a pleasure of repairing my car at Mayfield Auto Body supervised by Paul. It was a great experience. Paul is a professional and understands the need of the customers. You will never be disappointed by him. He is second to none. He made my car brand new. Unbelievable! Thanks Paul.

Over the past several years I've used Mayfield Auto for both insurance repairs and personal work. Paul and his team have been more than accommodating with both and always a pleasure to work with. The work has been impressive, quick and very honest.I recently recommended Mayfield to someone who came back to me and said "Thanks for recommending Paul. Hope I wont need him again, but he's definitely my go-to guy now!".Definitely work the trip to Broadway. Thanks Paul and gang!

Absolutely the BEST in Westchester! I have dealt with Paul for more than 25 years, and Erica maybe 10 years; both amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Through the years, I have sent all my vehicles (9) to them for repairs. Every time, just perfection! The results are SUPER amazing, and the service handling the entire process from insurance to ordering OEM parts is flawless, Erica rocks. This shop never compromises, only the best quality parts, paints, technical knowledge, and superior labor skills will do for the most amazing results. I am the WORST PICKY person when it comes to my cars, and the Mayfield Team is even more so than I am, nothing less than 100% is acceptable. If you want 100% SATISFACTION, there is no-one better. Great job the Mayfield Team, keep it up!

They have just restored my 2017 Honda Accord and I am very satisfied! If you need your vehicle to be restored to its pristine condition, take it to Mayfied Auto Body Repair. I have used this shop a number of times and the outcome has always been amazing! The owner is a reasonable guy and very customer friendly. So, you can work out a good deal with him. However, he will not cut corners and jeopardize his craft.

I was skeptical at first as i had never used this auto body shop before, but WOW I was blown away! Paul is a pleasure to deal with and always made sure any and all my concerns were addressed. Paul was very kind and helpful today with a small touch-up paint job. He was honest and seems very trustworthy. He did not try to push us to make a decision in any direction, but gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision on our own along with his honest recommendation. Their workmanship is exceptional. I had a huge dent on the front, leftside of my vehicle. In less than a week, the panel was replaced and color matched to perfection. Paul himself even resolved a loud popping noise, produced by the front passenger door, at no additional charge!The price was reasonable and far less than anywhere else I've enquired. The owner, Paul, is an extremely nice individual. He never attempted to take advantage of my predicament or to upset me. For now on, this will be my 'goto' place for any vehicular repairs.

They are THE VERY BEST IN YONKERS. they were patient and dilegent as well as super informative. They work on your behalf to help meet your needs. They did a miracle on my vehicle. Because of them my car now looks like it did when I first purchased my car brand new. Thank you Erica and to the owner of Mayfield as well as the entire Mayfield team. Superiority at it's BEST.

Pleasure doing business with the Mayfield team, I will gladly return for any future work on my vehicle. They replaced my bumper and muffler and realigned my trunk door. I was impressed with both the customer service at the front desk along with the team of mechanics who did a flawless job. Highly recommended this shop.

Highly recommend Mayfield.I was referenced by a friend for their timely service and I received exactly that. They did a beautiful job on my jetta, with a perfect pain match you wouldn't even know anything happened. Their friendly service was apparent from the first phone call, and they were nothing but timely in repairing my car and having it ready on their estimated date.

Great customer service !This is truly a remarkable shop. My car was brought over through an insurance repair. It looks better now than when I first purchased it. I couldn't believe my eyes. I will definitely go back for more work. There prices are generous.A1 Showroom talent in this shop !

talk about turning a negative situation into a positive one. Paul Mayfield of Mayfield Auto Body went above and beyond his call of duty. i was involved in an accident and was given the choice of fixing my car at my insurance company's place or taking it where I wanted to. not only was there a supplement it took an extra week for my car to get fixed and he made it all possible with the adjusters and extending my rental until my baby was fixed 100% thank again paul you made my day!!!

I went to Mayfield for a insurance estimate of the person that hit my car and he quoted me very low when I had 2 other quotes way higher already I don't know where he got this quote from or what was his problem but know my car has been sitting at another shop waiting for insurance to do a re estimate when he could have just done the rite estimate and he said that the process for the readjustment is fast yeah rite good luck to anyone going here he will quote you high without insurance as some people told me and with insurance of another person will quote you low don't understand that but that's what he does
