I would highly recommend this company to anyone with car troubles. My experience was wonderful. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I needed four new tires and they gave me more than just great tires. I also received a full report on my cars battery life, and the percentage used on my brakes/rotors and so on which explained how soon I'd be needing them serviced as well. Meanwhile, I was in and out all under 2 hours. They worked to give me the best deals and that's exactly what I received. I am very happy with my visit.

Amazing staff and Great service. They are willing to help you fix your vehicle at reasonable pricing and told me about the conditions my vehicle is facing and what s needed. Always a pleasure at shopping at Mavis. Check MJ out if you get a hold of him for anything you need!

Great shop!, I came in for my brakes the other day and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. I noticed they were that way with all the customers I witnessed that day. MJ was knowledgeable about my problems and helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They have a made a repeat customer out of me. For the services this Mavis provides I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went there numerous times, for them to fix and issue with my car. They had several mechanics who were unable to solve the problem. Thankfully, Wheels and Tire Depot was recommended to me by several gentlemen. Unfortunately, I can not recommend anyone utilizing this business, for you needed cars repairs, and services.In the past it was good, now not so much... Several of the mechanics and service managers were nice. However, I can not rave about anyone's skills as a mechanic, at this location.

Had an amazing experiencr taking care of a flat tire I got driving during storm. I spoke to Joseph at front desk where I explained that a large bolt was lodged into my tire and needed repair. He spared not a single moment to take a look and assured me the damage could be repaired; and the Mavis team delivered, having it patched in less than an hour. Extremely satisfied with thus locatjon and will absolutely return for future servicing.

My experience at this location was fantastic. The customer service reps (Rich and Joseph) were top notch. They fixed my issue in a timely and profesional manner. Highly recommend coming here.

Came to change 3 tires. They told us it would be an hour to 1.5 hours tops. It took 3 hours and they were totally unapologetic about it. There are a lot of other places in the area that will do basic services like this much more efficiently and for a better price.

Absolutely exquisite service. I did not have an appointment. I stopped into Mavis due to my tire light coming on. I received service within less than five minutes. All staff were extremely professional and polite. My tire was fixed to perfection. I was in and out in no time. I couldn t ask for a better service. Thanks Mavis

Highly do not recommend if you have a foreign car. I ve never taken my car to anywhere except Mercedes . I asked to make sure a oil change can be completed efficiently. I was told it can be. 15 minutes into my drive home during rush Hour I get a message of reduce oil level. I check my levels and I am completely shocked and frustrated. Now I m back at the shop after calling and requesting this to be fixed. I am still here waiting after 2 hours of arrival. I initially waited 2.5 hours for a defective oil change, one flat repair, and one removal and adding of a tire. This is an issue that they created and it should be fixed immediately but instead once the money is received they do not care even if it is their fault.But Irving was great and went out of his way to try and make sure I was satisfied. To be honest he kept me quite sane after waiting almost 5 hours in total here. He was very courteous and respectful and tried to make sure I was satisfied. To be honest I will not come back here, I was scheduling to change my breaks but if a oil change couldn t be completed adequate I damn sure can t trust them with my brakes. More employees like Irving who are caring and dedicated, will lead to more customers but until then staff should be trained correctly

I ve been to Mavis 3 times now for wheel/brake/tire service and this location twice and I always have a great experience. The team is personable, professional, respectful, and they endeavor to get you taken care of as efficiently as possible. I never feel treated like a walking ATM machine unlike at the dealer. The advice is fair and balanced and the work is exactly what I ask for. All stars! I ll for sure be back.

I will definitely be coming back when needed. I did a walk-in and was greeted by Rich and Joseph. They both educated me on some parts of the car and the guys in the back checked the entire car to see if there were other things that need some work!

My first experience at mavis was amazing. My dad usually takes care of my car related things but Rich made sure to take care of me and help me out. He was very personable and my car is pristine. Cant recommend this place more.

I came there hoping that Mavis staff would be able to assist me even though they were about to close for the night. They were extremely kind to me and didn t make me feel like a burden for coming so close to the closing time. Not only did they make me feel welcome, they were able to fix my problem in a very short time. I received exceptional customer service from the two gentlemen inside. I m so glad I came to Mavis tonight. I highly recommend them!

Speedy reliable service. Edit: 5 days later: there is a man with dreadlocks who said if I write a review that I would get $30 dollars off. That was a lie, but that s not the worst of it. I d say about 3 days after my initial oil change I started to smell something burning. I figured the mechanic may have spilled some oil during the oil change and it was burning off. The next day I m driving and my car engine begins to smoke and my oil light starts to click on and off. So I take it to the Mavis in Nanuet and I explain to them that I just had an oil change at the Yonkers location by the mall. They examined my car and said the guy put on a defective oil cap and I had no oil in my engine and the oil that was in there was black and definitely not new oil,also the filter wasn t changed. So basically they charged me $75 and didn t actually do the oil change. They are not honest and do not use quality products at that location. Please beware and do not trust the older gentleman with the long dreadlocks. You ve been warned .Edit: Eric the manager from the Yonkers location contacted me and has given me a full refund, which I truly appreciate. You can t always control how your team performs but it s good to know that they attempt to correct any error.

Brought my car in due to weird sound the team was awesome providing me prompt, professional and friendly service. Before performing any work the team took the time to show me the issue and explained exactly what was going on in a manner easier for me to understand. Definitely recommend them. Shout out to Eric, Ralf and Alyssa for all their help and smiles!

What a wonderful place to get your tires fast prompt great service and the price is fair. They really work with your budget. Rich was amazing. Very professional and courteous I would highly recommend. Yonkers Mavis saved the day!!! And they even do oil changes

I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional service I received from both Rich and MJ yesterday. My car hit a pothole and I had a tire blowout. Not only was it late on a Sunday, they sourced an odd sized tire for me and managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day so I wouldn t have to drive nearly an hour on a small spare tire. They were friendly, good natured and truly made a bad experience stress free leaving both myself and my parents, who were also in the car, with smiles. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for service to anyone needing tires, brakes or alignment just ask for MJ and/or Rich. They are highly skilled, professional and personable. They will take excellent care of both you and your vehicle!

I had a great experience at this location! My tire came the very next day after I ordered it and Erick was able to squeeze me in 30 minutes before closing which was an absolute blessing. The price wasn t too bad too and I trusted them with the care of my car. Erick is the best, give him a raise !

I brought in my 08 Acura MDX to Mavis Tire in Yonkers to get shocks, struts and wheel bearings replaced. I was aware of the necessary work and anticipated that the expenses would exceed my budget. Rich and his team performed an exceptional job in getting my vehicle serviced and back on the road in a timely manner while staying within the budget. I am grateful to the Mavis staff for ensuring the safety of my vehicle and ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride for my family!

All the gentlemen at Mavis were so nice! I needed my tire plugged and they took me right away and were super friendly and I was in and out. I will definitely go back if I have any tire issues and will tell my friends and family to do the same.

The Team at this Mavis location are fantastic! The managers welcome you in and answer all your questions and concerns about your vehicle and the techs are fast and efficient on how they get the work done on your car. Ask for Eric the store manager or MJ. Shoutout to the Mavis team in Yonkers. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Extremely happy with the services and prices at this Mavis location! Ralfy (Rafael) was amazing, very professional, walked me through each step of tire changes and additional findings upon inspection of my car, offered to stay longer so I get my car at the same day, called back a few times updating on the progress or my tire order and work, gave good price and discount where possible. It was emergency work and I needed my car ASAP, got everything done fast, I could not be happier! Price for tires was most favorable comparing to other major players, including Amazon, we chose Michelin that is on the highest end, so it was important. This is my place for all future services they cover!

All I needed was a new tire. I received what I was expecting. Alyssa was pleasant and helpful both on the phone and in person. The wait time to have the tire put on the wheel which I brought in (I didn t need any car service) was a little over an hour which was longer than I had hoped. But they were very busy when I arrived so I knew it would be a bit of a wait for a walk-in such as myself. Nevertheless, they managed to squeeze my job in in between car service jobs and I was on my way.

Joe and MJ did a spectacular job at assisting me with my cars needs, super friendly and professional, and for such a young crowd I found them to be surprisingly versed in the knowledge they provided me for my cars future endeavors I m already referring friends and family that live in the near by area to only deal with this mechanic shop, it feels good to know I m being provided the details I need and didn t feel upsold. Great location hands down

Busy place, which is actually a good sign (a lot of people trust them with their cars). The workers are not intimidating (unlike some mechanic shops) and know what they are talking about, the place is clean, and has wifi. Overall, very good experience. Will come again if the need arises. I do recommend.

Mavis Yonkers-Eric, MJ, and Jay were my absolute heroes today. When I not only busted a tire but also the rim they called every shop in the area to find me another rim. Then they helped me unpack an entirely tetrised car (moving from FL to MA with everything I owned) to find my donut. Put it on, packed my car back up, filled my other tires and gave me instructions and directions for how to handle the whole situation. The kindness and care was amazing. Highly recommend This shop for any tire need and just for great customer service.
