If you're looking for a solid spot that goes above and beyond to get your car back in tip-top shape, this is the place to go to. i was informed every step of the way of what was being done to my car and when my car was finished everything was explained to me. ITS EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND A GOOD COLLISION REPAIR COMPANY IN THIS AREA Of NYC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. A+ SERVICE

Words in a review are not enough to express the amazing work that Francesco s Auto Body, can be described with. Mark was extremely pleasant to deal with from getting the estimate, to delivering the final project. His communication with his customers is a 5 star rating alone.Then there is the actual quality of their work. They are an authorized Mercedes collision shop and I originally did not know that going in there for the estimate on my moms ML350. That being said, their estimate was far cheaper than the 2 shops I got a quote from before going to Francesco s. And those shops were not an authorized Mercedes repair shop.My mom could not be happier with the outcome and still can t believe how easy it was during this entire transaction. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with and I recommend anyone who wants top shelf customer service and the best body work in the business, to go to Francesco s. Thanks again to everyone at Francesco s and Mark for your professionalism and making a collision repair such a stress free experience!!

Unfortunately I did not have a 5 star experience at this place. I was in an accident last week. So ofcourse my first thought based was to bring my car to Francesco auto it local, convenient, and seemed professional. The first issue my car was supposed to inspected by the 3 business day as scheduled by my insurance the shop decided to reschedule being they were busy as result I didnt get my inspection until business day 8. Finally we get the inspection my car is deemed total loss due to repair cost. Let me be clear most of the damage was some body work on the left side and some mechanical due to my wheel being pushed in. They did not hesitate to take full advantage of trying to squeeze every dollar they could get where my damages are estimating at over 11,000. Most of the prices being retail price for parts ( we all know they don t pay retail price) and almost 70 hours of labor. One being a $600 for a headlight holder. Does my headlight look damaged or misplaced to you. The pictures will be posted you make the judgement for yourself. Terrible please to do not waste your time. Now I m fighting the best I could to dispute the total loss with the consort who adamant about getting rid of it.

Had work done on my mom s car today. Kind and caring people here who went above and beyond to help us. Can t say enough amazing things about this business! Will absolutely be back for all auto body work in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!

Excellent experience. Very good followup with status of the work and when to be completed. Front office, particularly with Steve is excellent customer service. Car was immaculate when we got it back.

This place was definitely amazing I was kept in the loop at all times about my repairs and they did amazing work a car looked like nothing ever even happened. Definitely will be my go-to place anytime I have any issues. Thank you guys for your great and awesome work definitely recommended

Had an awesome experience here! Someone dented my front bumper, but after they appraised the damage, they help me get set up with a rental car, the damage was fixed within the time frame they specified, and the result looks great! What an Amazing place. Unfortunately I had my vehicle damaged in an accident..didn't know where to get my car fixed. Found Francesco on my Hyundai app. They had great reviews..so I took it there..all I can say is wow. Great staff (delt with Mark) he kept me in the loop with everything. Treated me like I been a customer for years..got back my car and it looked better than the day I purchased it. They do wonderful work, you will not be disappointed. I think 5 stars is honestly not enough. Thanks again for all the help..Francesco-auto is definitely the place to go for your car needs..outstanding!!

Mark at Francesco's not only fixed my bumper due to a fender bender he had me color match my bumper then once painted he had me drop my truck off, & pick up in the same day. Saving me from having to rely a car for a week. So fabulous so nice great work best prices.

Extremely satisfied with the professionalism this company displayed. From start to finish, I was informed on the status of my vehicle. I also love the text feature available to keep me updated on my vehicle's progress. Dave and Steve were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had concerning the repairs of my car and I particularly like their concern for my safety after the repairs were completed. Francesco's did several test drives before handing me back my vehicle. The body work done is nothing short of amazing! The paint job is phenomenal and even. I can't tell where my car was damaged and I feel like I have a new car. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone and everyone!

My car needed bodywork. The staff at Francesco was helpful, courteous and professional throughout the process. The office waiting area was neat and clean. They kept me informed of the progress via text messages and delivered on time as promised. The best part is the car looks better than new! I have been using Francesco for over 20 years. Steve and his staff are simply the best! Their work is impeccable. You wouldn t necessarily expect to have a high level of customer satisfaction from an auto body shop, but these guys take customer satisfaction to the highest level possible! Kudos!

Great experience informative, helpful, courteous, went above and beyond to help me with a rental..as far as their work my car feels looks and sounds perfect like brand new also very lucky as there is long back order on catalytic converters and they made it happen for me

These guys were excellent. Had my car broken into and window was smashed. They helped me by pacing temporary plastic over my window. I was in a rush to get to work and they did it right away. When I asked how much I owed they told me not to worry about it. I also know my coworker used them to do some body work and he was happy with the services.

Amazing staff and professional. From the moment you walk into the office to the Mechanic everyone professionalism what make me come back. Great communication and honest. I Had an insurance claim , where the other party was excepting all liability. This body shop was one of the ones that Allstate offered . I only dealt with Mark. He is very rude , condescending , unfriendly and unprofessional. He hung up on me, once I told him , I won't be taking my car there. I Paying out of my pocket or not, Do not want to give this body shop any money . Will take my car somewhere else .

I had a broken window on my car and needed a O.E.M glass, Mark made the process a breeze and was able to explain to the insurance why I needed a original glass. Took a few days to get the glass which was pretty fast with BMW having so many delays due to COVID. The glass was fixed and worked up to par. I am now a loyal and repeat customer. I called in today for a new windshield I need and Mark again provided me with insight and very professional service. I love the famiglia vibe you get when going into their shop. Truly the best!

I ve been going to Francesco s for years. They always do excellent work in car restoration. However, this past summer, I brought my mustang in to have the drivers side door fixed and resprayed, as well as the roof painted black. They matched the paint and resprayed it beautifully. Looked factory. Although I noticed a ton of swirl marks in the entire drivers side as well as the newly painted roof. It looked like someone buffed the car with a dirty pad. The guy Mark was very flipent about it. Did not even apologize. Acted not at all caring. I brought it back to have them remove the swirl marks. They are still there! . This is so outrageous! They are skilled mechanics, but incompetent with detailing. Now I have to spend at least $300 to have my car professionally detailed because of their f**k up. I am writing this review now months later, because every time the sun hits my car on its drivers side, it s a total eye sore. Very dissapointed!

This shop is so good in every aspect it is almost ridiculous how happy you will be when you get your car back BETTER than it was before you had the accident. Across a period of more than 50 years, I have used a number of Auto Body Shops to repair my automobiles whenever the need occurred. I can honestly and truly say that since I first began using Francesco Auto Body here in Yonkers, New York years ago to repair my automobiles, I have been totally satisfied with the quality of their excellent restoration workmanship and the informative, courteous and concerned manner in which they have interacted with me. I can only give them a maximum of five stars on this page but if the space provided for 100 stars, I would gladly give them 100 stars PLUS!!!

Thank you so much on what you have done to my vehicle . The communication and the steps was straight forward . They took me in when they didn t have space and I ended up receiving my vehicle faster .
