Quick and easy process getting my car repaired. I was well informed on what needed to be done and they went above and beyond on the little things I had been ignoring (checking brakes, lights, etc.). It s nice to have a reliable shop close to work.

Great customer service. Wife's Benz needed an inspection due today.She works at 200 Executive Blvd and she mentioned that the Shell station provides the inspection service and she mentioned to give them a try because they are so nice when she fills up her car with gas.She was not wrong..Called in for an inspection appointment and they were very customer service minded. They gave me a window for a possible appointment today and I went ahead and took it. Once I was there,they were expecting me and the service was completed with no issues. I learned that they are certified and able to tackle any vehicle issues so I am looking forward to bringing in all of my three vehicles here for future services. They won me over...customer service and attentiveness goes along way. Thank You so much.

The wheel hub and bearings for both front tires required replacement immediately. Executive Central Service (Denis) gave us back our car within 3 hours of dropping it off. Price was reasonable and faster than anticipated. The car is running well again thanks to Executive Central Service!! Much appreciated!!

Brought the car in the day after Thanksgiving (and not too early!) and got an oil change and tire rotation as well as new wiper blades right away. Fast friendly service from people who know my car and my needs---and who are as honest as they are skilled.

I had a flat tire where a nail was removed and the tire repaired. This was most cost effective for me, that I did not have to replace my tire. Excellent service !!!

They were able to take my car in right away for minor repairs, which were completed to my satisfaction within 90 minutes and at reasonable cost. Will was courteous and informative. I'm sure I'll be back for routine work. Thank you.

We had a flat on a very hot day.! Will at Executive was extremely helpful! He was friendly and professional and quickly changed the tire and got us back on our trip.My husband and I were very impressed with their service and as locals would tell all about the service we got

They do the job right the first time and for a fair price. If I need something quick (like a headlight) they do it while I wait. Friendly and skilled and honest what s not to like?
