BEWARE!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend you do not choose this place. Bought a vehicle from them on a Friday just for the engine to blow the next day Saturday morning. Paid for the vehicle in full. After begging them to return the money, they insisted, I take another vehicle. I no longer trusted them and wanted my money back in full. They refuse to give the money back in full. I wish I had known about the lemon law rules because I would ve pursued getting an attorney. My son was extremely sick and I needed a vehicle to get him back and forth. They took advantage of me. They told me they would return some of the money, but would have to keep a fee for transferring the plates and registering the Department of motor vehicles. I truly believed they did that job until I went to motor vehicles myself. And found out they never changed the registration and the plates. So they kept my money simply for just doing the paperwork and selling me a lemon. And had me drive a vehicle overnight without any proper document. please beware

I was looking for a car with extra room for my family & thought of de Leon mich auto sales because they have a lot of varieties on suv s and mini vans.they are extremely professional and helpful especially when it come to your budget. they work with you to get you the car you want at very affordable price..I recently got a Honda odyssey & we re very happy with the purchase! Plus the staff is very caring and helpful.. Dorindo is great he answers and explains any questions or concerns.. he made us feel confident of our purchased.. thank you! For everything..

The worst place to buy a car ! I bought a minivan from them. The minivan broke down a week after I bought it when I called him he said you re on your own do not buy here!!!One Star is too much !

Excellent used car dealership. Salesman are very professional and excellent to work with. They help with everything and anything you need it s all taken care of by them. I just hate to see reviews of negativities about this dealership. This dealership is not a scam not a rip off they re not bad salesman. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for used cars. They know what you want and they will do it all for you. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Never fixed error codes I found while testDriving car, promised all would be corrected before I picked up car. Randy lied. Also under carriage rusted...caking rust. They said that is normal. Next, they put Lower miles than the vehicle has on the title. Vehicle has 84456 miles on the title they put 82225. This place is really sketchy. Beware. Stay tuned for more. Don't buy a car from this place.

My fiance is a driving instructor and so he asked me to do the favor for him and call the Deleon dealership to inquire about how we can go about doing a trade-in with the vehicle we had at the time. I spoke to Rulaman, the manager, over the phone. He was very professional and answered every question I had. He told us we can stop by the dealership anytime. My fiance stopped by the dealership right before closing later that week and Rulaman allowed him to go in anyway and take a look around and to take his time looking for the vehicle he wanted. Lovely, lovely people including Arnold and the receptionist. My fiance picked out the vehicle he wanted, asked all the questions he needed answers to and filled out all the paperwork necessary. Not one time was my fiance rushed even though they were closing soon. He was able to put down a deposit for the beautiful, clean vehicle. They said the car would be available for pick-up a few days later. Since it was a trade-in, the old car happen to break down, my fiance called the dealership and they sent over a tow truck and took care of it with no problem! My fiance went and picked up the car at the time he was told and the car was ready for pickup! The car smelled so new inside. We were so ecstatic and were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. If my fiance had any questions, he would call them or stop by and they would answer everything with no issues. I highly recommend this dealership 100% for anybody looking for a vehicle. PLEASANT, HUMBLE AND EXCELLENT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!

If I were able to put zero stars I would. Let me tell you off experience that this is the last place you want to purchase a car from. Zero credibility zero honesty 100% scam artists. Specifically the owners son, Randy Deleon. He s the reason why the public hate used car dealerships. It s a bait and switch type of dealership. They will sell you a lemon and claim it s in perfect condition. Falsified advertisements all throughout the web and on social media. Had the worse experience ever. Super shady, definitely people you do not want to business with. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You will thank me later

Loool this place is still in business?!!Well I ran into it in my search for a pickup truck , so might as well share my experience with them .They sold me a Nissan Murano a few years back . It was pretty low miles and I really liked the car , it had all the bells and whistles . Couple weeks go by, my steering wheel just got stuck mid corner almost had a huge accident . Just to find out when I look at the power steering cable , it had a huge gash on it fixed with aluminum foil and duct tape , what a joke .When I called them they said I did it and they will fix it for me for a good price . They were extremely rude .Yeah okay , after you put my life and my family s life in danger I will still pay you to do some other scam on the car . I see it s the same crook ownership , so do not buy from these people if you value your life .

I have owned my Honda for a few months since I bought it from Deleon Mich Auto Sales and so far I am happy with it because the car is running well and it handles good in all kinds of weather. I appreciate the help of Mr. Arnold Deleon. He spent extra time after closing to help me find the right car. It was not easy but finally he showed me this car which fit perfectly for what I was looking for.The company offered me financing options on the car and that was nice. Also the company provided a good mechanic. They checked the engine and took care of other minor problems such as a leaky tire, non-functioning electric passenger door lock and a mechanical error with the CD player with no additional cost. Until this time I feel that the car I bought was worth the price I paid for and I am a satisfied customer. Long story short, I would buy a car from here again. Thank you for everyone there who was helping me.

I have purchased a vehicle here at Deleon Mich Auto Sales and was treated with high experience! I have received great customer service and the cars are not so pricey like other people think! Every place needs to make business and when u want things to be giving to you for free where does business go? My car has no problems and I was able to do financing! I highly recommend this place and give yourselves the opportunity to do so also.

These ppl are disgusting sell broken cars they change the mileage since they own a mechanic shop and do fraud inspections and fix the cars themselfs and put them up for sale they are greedy unprofessional and only like to deal with ppl of their own kind ! This place needs to be closed dwn and when the dmv inspections guy comes to inspect they bribe him and pay him off and I can keep going this place needs to be shut dwn asap !

If i could give this place less than 1 star I would. This place has to be the reason why the phrase buyer beware was coined. they sell lemons and don't stand behind their cars. A week after I purchased a car they sent it to their "mechanic" who said nothing was wrong. I brought it to my mechanic and they refused to fix the issues. I will NEVER go there again, and I recommend that no one else does. They thrive on predatory practices so please buyer beware.

I've purchased cars at this dealership and everything has gone well. They provide excellent customer service and they are very friendly with all of their customers. They are some very hard working people and they try to do the most so the whole transaction can go smoothly. I am satisfied with my transactions at this dealership. I can seriously recommend this dealership.

Deceitful, Laughable, Misleading, Abrasive, ShadyI reached out to them on Facebook about buying one of their cars. After a few messages, it came out that the final price of the vehicle was way higher than advertised. I suggested that their post should use the actual price of the vehicle. This was met with sarcasm profanity and insults. they admitted that they advertise at lower prices to get people to look at the cars, and the final price is much higher. A quick glance of their inventory shows a variety of older cars at seemingly reasonable prices, but be aware that this is not the actual cost of the vehicle. I suggest that you take your businesses to a more transparent and civil company.Update: It sounds like they've got some issues with the health department now. I got a message saying "by chance, did you call the health department on us you no life".... I did not.

I took my mom and father to look at a van that they had been searching for. There they found it at a very good discounted price. The customer service there is great. The staff members who they dealt with were very efficient ,courteous and knowledgeable.I recommend this place to anyone who is seeking for a vehicle at a decent price and from a friendly place with people who are not just there to conduct business but who are also interested to help you to obtain what u really want to buy and to leave out of there happy. We have bought 2 cars from this dealership and both are still running fine. No problems what so ever. The first car we bought 12 years ago and the other 6 years ago. We are currently looking at this dealership again to replace a car he had bought at a different dealership. Very friendly place.

My experience here was beyond my expectations.I was treated incredibly amazing . Everyone was very attentive ,they were very honest.They make you feel like family.Everyone was very respectful and patient because I went in with a 1 yr old and they were very patient with me. I went in just to get some numbers and see the place never imagined waking out with a car. My experience here was incredibly amazing

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME . There cars are not good . IF you don t have the knowledge about purchasing a vehicle or reading and understanding the fine prints . Do NOT GO THERE These people are crooks & I m glad I have brothers who was able to catch them in there dishonest act of service to the community

Very satisfied with the purchase of my 2008 chevy express and the dealer made so much easy paperwork. All I had to do was drive out with my vehicle!!! I recommend you guys to buy your next vehicle here They take trade ins!

bought my 97 acura from this place! Sales man claimed that this was the best car he had in his lot! I then purchase this car for 7,500 and 20 miles down the road , the car completely dies on me! DONT BUY CARS HERE! ALL JUNK.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a Honda Element 5 months ago for 7,999.00 . First car broke down 4 times and had to miss work for multiple days each time. Then the engine had to be replaced which they eventually did and I lost work for a week. Now after reviewing my loan payments and knowing that I gave them $1000 for plates and registration and $1000 down payment. My initial loan amount states $8,240. So they just kept $1000 with no reason.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! CROOKS AND CRIMINALS. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! The only reason they have 1 star is because i have to give a star to post THEY SUCK WORSE PLACE EVER!!! Any positive review from this place is a sham and created by either employees, family or friends of the business. Over priced unsafe cars. They refuse to give you a carfax they fight you on test driving the vehicle will add extra fees and services to your bill even if you never used their services. Most if not all vehicles are salvaged and patched up just enough to pass inspection and will fall apart on you within a months time. Bait and switch tactics are used at their finest here most cars shown on the website are not available. Will tell you they just sold it yesterday. They do not go through a reputable finance company it is done in house and they will charge you what they feel. Half the time they dont even know what your payment actually is. Unprofessional hands down the worse place to do business. In my haste I purchased a vehicle and everyday i regret it more and more. They have no actual knowledge of anything they are selling you, all they want is your money they don't care for your safety or that of the passengers in your car. No idea how this company is still allowed to do business. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS

In the market for a changing my vehicle and happened upon this auto sales lot while driving in Yonkers. After getting the run around at 2 other dealers, who refused an out right full purchase of a vehicle because it had to be thru financing, it was nice to go to a traditional sales place where you can see different makes & models, test drive, speak with 1 dedicated salesperson,negotiate, haggle a lit bit more, come to an agreement, pay, swap plates, get a warranty, change insurance and drive off the lot all on the same day! Cars too pricey for their condition. Also be careful they are not salvaged vehicles. Vehicle has been in the shop more then its been on the road. Buyers Beware. 1st week i had my Jeep I lost my breaks and its been all down hill from there.

Very dishonest dealership, the tell you great or good a car is until you try to get get work done on it the its now an old car dont bother calling for assistance you will never get a call back but as soon as you go up there everybody is on their A game. Shop around and consider this place a a last option never a first !

Crook. My favorite used car dealer retired. He used to sell cars private sales price. And was so honest he went through all the deficiencies on the vehicle. Explained what needed to be repaired or replaced. He told me how Deleon Mich would buy cars from him. He would tell him the things which needed repairs, for example a jeep that needed brakes, an alternator, and a radiator. Dude had it out on the lot washed and for sale the next morning. AT TOP DEALER $$$!!!! You pay dealer prices because dealers are supposed to fix the problems with the car before selling it. CROOKS! In addition, I am from the neighborhood; looked at a car there once and the salesman asked for $500 over the KBB mint condition price. This car was in POOR condition. I said no and walked away. He said well you can make an offer. And I still walked away because I can't do business with such an unfair asking price. Two of my friends shopped here. One actually bought a car which died a month later. And the other was lucky enough to have the car break down during a test drive. I grew up in the neighborhood. Take it from a local. This place is NOT worth your time.
