This was my first time at Concept Auto Group and let me start by saying I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great selection, great prices and no pressure sales.The staff was so pleasant from the moment I arrived. I have purchased quite a few cars in my life and I must say that this was, by far, my best car shopping experience ever. Andrew made me feel very comfortable as he showed me around and guided me through the available cars explaining each of them in detail. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory and informative answering every question of mine patiently.Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for, while staying within my budget, but they delivered my car to me while I was at work, and took care of registering and inspecting the car for me as well!! That small service that they provided made my life so much easier.I am very happy with my purchase and I will be shopping here for years to come as well as recommending them to all of my friends. I called up the dealer and spoke with Tony a few days ago. I told him that I was on the market for an all wheel drive used car to get me around during the winter. Tony invited me to the dealership and showed me two cars that he had. He put me into a low mileage all wheel drive car that drives brand new. I m very happy with my purchase. I got a great car at an excellent price. It checked out with my mechanic who happens to be very picky.Thank you again Tony for a wonderful car buying experience. I ll definitely make this my go-to dealer!

We have done business with Concept Auto Group several times and have been more than pleased with their service. You get real white glove service with them. They are also attentive to your needs in a car (and even for ongoing maintenance) and have made suggestions that were better than what we originally had in mind. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they have been thrilled with the results too. You get more than just a car that meets your needs; you also get great service and a range of choices that align with what you need. Highly recommended!

I was in the market for a high end yet second hand premium car and I knew exactly what I wanted. I was not an easy customer but the patience and professionalism of the team at concept auto group was remarkable. Tony worked around the clock to find me exactly what I wanted and he delivered - faster and cheaper than I had anticipated. The car came from Florida and within 32 hours of me agreeing to buy the Car (with Concept Auto group handling all aspects of the sale) the Car arrived in my driveway! Having already been driven up from Florida. Tony and the team at Concept Auto Group get it - they understand service better than anyone from whom I have bought my last 12 cars. Truly exceptional.

Great customer service with kind and understanding staff that will go the distance to help out. Thank god i had the pleasure to do business with them. Everyone wanted to take advantage of a noob but they saved me and got me a very good 1st car. Cant ask for more. Ask for Andrew that sales man was kind and understanding of my situation, he made me feel very comfortable and got me through the process with minimal discomfort.

I highly recommend Concept Auto Group. The service is excellent. You tell them what you're looking for and they'll make it happen. I got my Jeep from them exactly how I wanted it. Helped me through the process every step of the way. Great company. I'll never lease again. This is now my go-to spot for cars.

Concept Auto Group is amazing!!! They offer more than what is just on the lot. I was looking for a commuter car that I can fit into small spaces and they found me exactly what I needed! The owner went above and beyond to find me the not only the right car but the best car to fit my needs. Concept Auto Group made the process of buying a car less stressful.. they do everything for you! I felt like i had a personal car shopper helping me! Concept Auto Group is definitely the place to go when you want to buy the right car for youself or your family!

Recently bought my second car from them. Buying a used car can be stressful. You never know what you're going to get. But Tony at Concept goes above and beyond to find the cars I wanted and stand behind them, even doing more than the law and dealer warranty require. Highly recommend.

I was not sure what to expect when I went to the dealership. When I arrived was asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. They showed the vehicles that fit what I wanted. They let me look and never pressured me. I was able to fine the perfect vehicle at a great price. I was completely stratified with my experience with the dealership and staff. I always recommend them to any asking where to purchase a car.

Buying a car is not easy today and everyone is trying to take advantage of you. Tony Bonet made the process easy for my 20 year old to buy his first car. The car was almost new and Tony s honesty really reflect the kind of guy he is. He treats everyone like family and I recommend him 100% to all. Thanks Tony for all your HELP!!!!!!

This dealership is the only place that I have ever felt 100% comfortable with when buying a car. No pressure, I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. Very easy, efficient and professional.

The best dealership experience I have ever had. The staff there are very professional and honest I walked in there thinking they was like every other dealership just trying to get my money but they proved me wrong they sold me a great car for an awesome price that I couldn't get anywhere else. I recommend them 110%

Tony is a great guy. However he has an associate named Manny Reyes. DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT GUY. Once you sign the contract they dont care about you. i got my 2017 Acura ilx with a noise up front when i told Manny he said call me next day ill fix it. He never answered the phone Again also promised me a commission on a deal if i get anyone i took 7 people only got paid for one and thats because tony steppped in. Sorry tony but Manny is bad business Concept can do fine on their own Cut manny off Hes bad for your business. Hes false advertising and putting your name on it!

Wouldnt advise anybody to buy a car from them, they sell bad used cars from a crook mechanics that will pass any inspection. Dont want to help anybody. don't trust them. Bad customer service. The way they talk to me was so unprofessional.

I have been buying cars from Tony since 2010 I bought around 5-6 cars since then he always helped me out let me know everything upfront no hidden issues treated me like family and if once in a while you have a problem remember it s a used car you buying so little Maintenance is required but other then that fantastic dealership to buy cars if anyone in my family need a car concept auto group is that stop for me five star service all the way once or twice Tony even delivered car to my home on the weekend so that tells you what you need to know about this dealership stay blessed and keep up the good work.

We bought a 2008 Saturn aura my daughter's first car.the owner Tony told me every thing was good brakes were replaced .I think not.the thumping sound was still there.anti-freeze still leaked.service was terrible.they kept the car for a week nothing was done.only the button that they broke was replaced.I took the car to mavis had the brakes and rotors done.spent 700 into the car.then I took the car to minerals to fix leak another 100. Still I need to replace struts and caliper .another 600.what more can I say they are not honest people.they will tell you the car is in great shape until u bring it home.I will never do business with them again and do not recommend any one to go there.Joanne the receptionist lied to me numerous times .going back and forth.I should have checked their reviews before I went there.my advise to Tony is if u want customers to come there and buy cars from u.be honest it is the best policy.what if it was a family member coming to u for a car .would u lie to them.be honest that's all it takes to have a happy customer.May God have mercy on you.
