Great place to have your vehicle checked, inspected etc. They are very accommodating and be straightforward with what needs to be done. Fair pricing and constant updates with your vehicle as well. We moved and i still go to them to have my vehicle inspected. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a decent mechanic spot that wasn't going to charge me an arm and a leg for some work. I found it.This place does good work. It took about 3 days for 1 repair but I don't mind waiting for quality service, which they delivered.I had a busted radiator and the knowledgeable staff helped me to understand exactly what was wrong and quoted me a fair price.I would recommend going here for any work you might need.

These amazing guys have been my mechanics for over 5 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. Angel is my go to guy for everything and James and Joey are always available to assist and make me laugh my way through the bill. I've never had go back after services and if for any reason I missed something they are sure to point it out immediately. Amazing customer service, work and dedication to saving you money and time.

Wasnt gonna write anything even though I had a long wait time as I was a walk in and expected even though they said nothing about the wait time. Everything seemed smooth but once on the highway I notice my cars skid plate fly off the car. Very dangerous that this wasn t secured. I just drove off the lot so for this to immediately happen is concerning. They should know how to take off the skid plate change the oil and place it back on. Now it s making me think they couldn t even do a simple oil change correctly

If your looking for a shop that is honest, does good work, and doesn't rip you off then this is the place you want to use. I've been going there for years and never had a problem. If you don't need it, they won't sell to you. There one of the few honest places left around so if you need work done on your vehicle try this place. You won't be disappointed.

These guys provide awesome customer service. I just left there. I came in for an oil change. And when i returned to my car they even put air in my tires and helped me put on windshield wipers (that I purchased through them). Awesome service. Honestly it s the little things and also super friendly. Highly recommend them for others.

I've given them my business for years, but never again. A few days ago, the sensor on my front brakes started to sound. I needed an oil change anyway. Went in and told the guy at the counter what I wanted. An hour later, while wondering why they hadn't started the brake job yet, the mechanic called me in to the garage to tell me my front brakes were metal to metal! I need pads and rotors!!M'fer never took my tires off. I declined the brake job. Paid for the oil change and left. Bought pads and had a buddy put them in with me. My front brakes weren't metal to metal, and the sensor had just begun wear. There was no wear on the rotors. Liars and thieves.

I took my car because it has an oil leak to have it checked. They checked it and they told me there was no leak. I came to my house I check under my car leak is there they didn t check properly.

Unfortunately this shop lied to me and it costed me over $1100 in labor and parts. I purchased the parts elsewhere because Central Tire quoted me a rather high total price including labor (well over $1100). I purchased the same brand and exact part number for each item (AcDelco brand).Once the parts were being put on at another shop, the mechanics examined the old parts and they had absolutely nothing wrong with them, at that point it was too late to put everything back on and proceeded with the installation of the new parts.To no surprise the problem proceeded to continue immediately driving home. Which indicates it had nothing to do with what they were 100% sure I needed.I would ve spent even more money if I said yes to Central Auto to begin with. Do yourself a favor fellas and take the time you need to assess each car thoroughly before making things up to justify long wait times. Also, before you comment below saying something along the lines of not having an August in your system or not taking responsibility if the work wasn t done at your site, just be honest with your clients. For everyone els s sake.I understand it s a business but it won t be for long if you continue to lie to your customers. Never again. If you plan on taking your car here, Good luck.Two stars because they had air conditioning.

At first, the place was great. I went there for a check engine, miss fire signal, and they got rid of it. Then something went wrong. They convinced me to change the radiator. The car went from being able to drive with no issues to the car over heating in 5 minutes. My car is now smoking. I can no longer drive it. The owner was rude and not helpful. They also misplaced the cover to the parts around the engine. I'm never going back.

This is the type of mechanic shop that you will feel comfortable. You ll trust them the first time they touch your car. They are great mechanics awesome people. If you ever have an issue with your vehicle asked to speak to James or any of those service repair consultants they will guide you in the right direction. Everyone is friendly and trustworthy at this shop.

This place houses some of the best mechanics in the area. As a loyal customer, none of the problems they've attended me for needed revisiting. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who would care for your vehicle and any issue it may have with the utmost care. This team has a large clientele and im proud to have them as my go to mechs for any issues with my old faithful. Expect fair prices and professional job all the time.

This isn't my usual mechanic. I came here to have 4 tires that I bought on TireRack installed on my car. I had the tires shipped directly to Central Tire and showed up as a walk-in for installation. They had my car on the lift within 10 minutes of arrival and were done in just over an hour. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and charged within a few dollars of TireRack's estimate.

I don't recommend it. I want to change some tires at 10 o'clock and I get out of there. At 6 o'clock, yes, for changing a tires. There's no parking, I don't know what they're doing. And also expensive no good service.

Value your time and money do not go to this place !It used to be good before not anymore Huge incompetence from management side. The Manager was dishonest arrogant and unprofessional. Instead of fixing their mistakes they argue with youLong Story short i paid 1,061$ for check engine light repair and rear brake pads and rotors replacementThe check engine light is still ON and The Manager want another 250$ to fix it again i guess they just like to fix things twice lol and charge you twice They Put defective rear pads and rotors which make terrible noice the manager told me that we going to warranty them and replace them 8 days later nothing happens. We talked on the phone multiple times he was disrespectful and arrogant with always the same answer i will figure it out and i will call you back in a few he never calls back in the last convo we had i said i want refund he said good luck with that it s not going to happen The guy is absolutely incompetent and obviously super unprofessional 0 customer communication skills I do want to request to talk to some of the owners they need to be aware. This is unacceptable behavior for a loyal customer like meEnd of story 1,061$ and my car is still not fixed Since I can t reply to the owner comment i will just add my response hereWhy your shop allows defective brakes to be put on a car customer? Why your shop doesn t make sure that after the brakes are ON everything looks ok and feels ok before you give it back to the customer ?As far as the check engine light issueI never knew that sensor need to be replaced that s why i paid you guys to figure that out. I was told that sensor is the problem and needs replacement so we did it and i was assured that the problem is gone. Well not really driving the car after that the check engine light was ON and OFF for weeks so basically i paid you to resolve an issue and you did not. After I complained about it you guys said well it looks like we need reprogram the computer and it cost 250$Why I wasn t told that in the beginning i paid 150$ for diagnostic you should be able to provide me with detailed diagnostic results on paper not only words !! You guys didn t know what exactly the problem is and just replaced the sensor and after i complained you discovered that it needs reprograming total bs .When customer pays for a service he expect problem to be resolved not to be coming back multiple times and fooled around. You had plenty of chances to make the things right and take care of the situation and you did notHave a pleasant day

I called them at 5:15pm with a flat tire on my Jeep. The gentlemen on the phone said that they close at 6:00 pm and that if I got there in 15-20 minutes, he could get it fixed in time. 5 star service I'm ALL aspects. Very courteous. VERY professional and very quick!!! Thank you for getting me back on the road in 20 minutes.
