I had my vehicle serviced using their pickup/drop-off service. They picked up my car on time as scheduled. Heather did an excellent job of communicating, step by step, how the process would work. Everything went exactly how it was explained to me. I couldn't be any more satisfied by how this experience went. Heather was awesome.

My dad has had alot of trust in Nissan on Central Ave because they take a chance on you and the end goal is to get someone a car that they can afford. From the moment that Laura called me on the phone, listening patiently and being so understanding I felt at ease. I explained my situation and my budget and she encouraged me to come in. I took a chance and went in. The financial aspect was not looking optimistic at first but Scott, the financial manager worked so hard the entire weekend to get a financing option that wouldn t break the bank. He was real with me and my situation and he stayed without my budget. My expectations were exceeded. I got a new car that I can afford. I m so happy and the service was amazing. I will only get cars through Central Ave Nissan from now on. Central Ave should be grateful to have employees like Laura and Scott! Thank you guys so much!

Excellent service for my 2023 Murano. I was able to get a quick appointment as my Inspection was due. I had no recalls, am on the maintenance program so I had a oil change and tire rotation. I was kept informed by my service manager.My final cost, $10.00, For the Inspection.Everything went well. Great job..Thank you all..

Front desk are courteous and friendly. They inform me of needed maintenance but didn't pressure me. Sweet of her. She was knowledgeable and understanding. Oil change was done on time. A bit longer than I expected but not terribly long.

Had a great experience once again at Central Ave Nissan! I was trading in my lease for a new lease and I worked with Nick who made the process so much easier and less stressful than I expected it to be! He took the time to explain all the numbers and make sure I understood the terms and I ended up with exactly the car I was looking for. Anthony on the finance team was also great and made sure everything was set up for me. I loved that they also handled everything DMV-wise to get registration and plates transferred over so I wouldn t have to make a trip to the DMV myself. This is the second time I ve leased from Central Ave Nissan and I have nothing but good things to say about the people there, even the people in the service dept have been great every time over the last couple of years when I ve brought my car in for oil changes and tire rotations. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I come here for the great service. The prices are the prices and they are steep sometimes but I can't beat the customer service. Heather is my service adviser for about 8yrs, she is so attentive and understanding. She always helps find solutions I'm happy with and tries to get me the best price possible. I will probably buy my next car here just because of Heather.

I needed an oil change and maintenance. From my last visit I knew exactly what I needed and how much it was going to cost. There was bagels and muffins in the waiting area which was really nice. Daniel was my service advisor my last visit too. He remembered me and was super friendly and attentive. So cool that Nissan is able to reach out via text now and let you see minute to minute where your car is in the service process. Picked up my car and it is running even smoother now. Thanks Central Avenue Nissan!!! And thank you Daniel!!!

I came for an oil change. I drove into the area where you are greeted by an attendant. Who was very courteous. He instructed me to go inside and register with a maintenance handler. The handler then took my information and directed me to the waiting room. I arrived at Nissan at 12:35 pm and by 1:05pm I was handed my keys! This trip to Nissan turnt out to be a pleasant one. All staff were very courteous and professional. I would greatly recommend. Also ,my car was dusty! They washed my car off to make it look nice and clean.***** excellent

I called to get my car fixed, and Daniel, the service advisor, answered . He went above and beyond to assist me in getting my car fixed. He kept me updated on any changes in the repair status. I could not thank him enough for all his work and help. I highly recommend him if you go to this Nissan location. Great job and service!

My experience was amazing, nick was very very helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated. I am sooo thankful nick helped me pick my perfect car, he also made sure he answered all my questions. Highly recommend this place. My advisor Leticia was great: kept me posted about progress on my paper work , explained reasons for wait , which I agreed for, was friendly and nice. Car was checked and explained all necessary protection plans , definitely will be back for future purchases

My appointment was on time and the staff was courteous and answered all questions. The waiting area had coffee and bagels and muffins available. My car was finished before the time they allotted. My experience was good. I got an unexpected treat, they even washed my car and it needed it as my car is white and always dirty.

I had extended warranty. They still charged me for A) manufacturer defect and B) prior owner. I reported (have text message proof) 3 days after I bought the car (8,393 miles) that there was an Auto Stop/Start malfunction. Salesman said to bring it in whenever I got a chance. I didn t bring it in because I don t like that feature. A year later a check engine light came on, so I brought it in. They claimed that there must have been a spill in the cup holder and that below the cupholder is the electronic component for the Auto Stop/Start unit and I shorted it out and they would not honor the warranty. I am livid, because I never had any spills, I only drink bottled water and I explained the problem was from when I first bought the car. Then the service worker comes back and says, Oh, it s wet right now, do you want to see ? I don t trust them at ALL, because I did NOT have ANY spills !!! ALSO, had to go TWICE because part wasn t in stock & they said it would be about $300 to fix and when done they charged me over $400 !!! For something that I should not have had to pay anything for. NEVER again will I buy Nissan and will tell everyone my experience. Also, regarding Port Chester Nissan City: I turned in my last Nissan early (8 months owned) to get this one and was due the refund on my FOUR extended warranties. It took 3 months to get first one, 6 months to get 2 & 3 and the last refund is almost a year now. They are horrible, probably not inept, just want to STEAL your $$$$.

I just wanted to say how appreciative I was of the people at Central Ave Nissan. Samantha Cristal worked with us throughout the entire deal. She was thoughtful, courteous and quick with her responses. We decided to purchase from Central Ave Nissan because of Samantha's professionalism. I made an appointment for a Saturday and I told the person who scheduled the appointment that I had a recall on the seatbelt , i needed an oil change and I needed the molding to be checked . When I got to the dealership Ingrid wasn t sure if the recall could be done on a Saturday or whether the molding needed to be replace and if they had the part. Of course I was upset because I had this Saturday off. She kept me updated through out the time I was waiting. I was happy that they were able to address all of my concerns during that scheduled appointment and that I didn't have to come back. Thank you Central Avenue Nissan

I always have a good experience at the Central Avenue Nissan but the last one was the best since I arrived with the car and I started talking with the service advisor she was so great explan everything what the service my car need, the approximate time to expect to be waiting. I like this because the waiting was lest. I really give a 5 star but she deserves 10.Many thanks to all especially Mis Ingrid J.Grullon.PS.I have her name because I make sure to asked for her business car.

I wish It could be no stars. My car broke down and I was already waiting 8 hours for hours for a tow because my car was in a not so nice spot. I didn t even eat or see a bed. When I got to this place I asked very nicely if I could get assistance with getting to a friend that was close to them. Mind you I called and asked if this Nissan helps with that and they said yes. That s the only reason I went there because I m not from the area. They literally made me wait 3 more hour for they to send me someone. However, they offered another woman a Lyft ride. At my other dealership they never did me like that. They didn t care that I was up for more than 16 hours. Then hit me with a crazy price making me overwhelmed. I will never go back I should have went to my dealership in New Rochelle.

I dropped off my car at 9:45 am. I was told by Carlos that I was going to receive a call once the car had been inspected. I never received a call. I sent a text to Carlos around 1:37 pm to check on the status of the inspection/repairs and there was no response. My husband wanted to speak to the Carlos to explain him what he needed to be done to the car since he wasn't there when I drop off the car. Since we didn't hear from Carlos, my husband and I decided to drive to the shop to check on status; at the time it was 4:50 pm. When we arrived to the shop, we were the last people there. I was charged almost $900 and what we wanted done to the car didn't even get done. My husband and I weren't happy at all with the experience we had.

Willmary is a great resource at CAN! I would Recommend more finance specialist are available to make the wait time less. It would be helpful to be able to both meet the transaction needs but customers schedule specially when there should be awareness that not everyone is local or has luxury of taking time off. In addition to, why does it feel like the service department always finds something wrong with the vehicle to charge $$ of their customer. A filter that costs $14.99 should not be $120 to change at the dealership.

Extremely excellent and exceptional customer service as always. I sat with WilMary, who was very patient, understanding, courteous, and presented all the options possible under my circumstances. WilMary took her time and was very detailed with laying out my options. I also met Anthony in finance and had the pleasure of working along with Samantha. They were all great and definitely an asset to Nissan.

I recently worked with Ray and Scott. Both gentleman were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and available to answer any questions that I had throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was trying to be sold something I didn't need, or being overcharged for something I did not ask for. It was a pleasure to work with both Ray and Scott. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Central Ave Nissan!

I literally drive over 6 hours round trip to do business with Ari Oliver of Central Avenue Nissan! This is not my first purchase here, and it will not be my last! I am a very satisfied repeat customer! Ari Is professional, courteous, and wholeheartedly invested in making sure I am 100% satisfied in every way shape and form. It is a rare find today to have somebody exemplify what true customer service is. I am grateful for such an attentive salesperson! Ary has consistently gone above and beyond for me. The workers inside of service were kind, informative and helpful.I m writing this review because of the man at parts. Rob I believe his name was, was so incredibly rude. He didn t want to explain anything to me so I could understand what was going on with the part. Not all of us work with cars so this information is new to us and we would like to understand. He literally said go get the women I spoke to in service cause u don t understand- as he was trying to walk away from me?? He was rolling his eyes, cutting me off and repeating u have to pay for a new key. No one cared about paying for a new key, i was trying to understand what the process was of what was going to happen.It s really so frustrating to go to places you re paying for and people are rude for no reason he was clearly in a bad mood but that s not my problem considering I m paying for the parts and to be fixed and was just asking a question?
