Thank you Alex Veras. Dropped off my newly purchased truck and they gave it a thorough check over and fixed the check engine light. Got my truck back ro me faster then expected as well. Wil be coming back for all my future service needs.

Brought in my Mitsubishi Fuso truck for repairs after being ripped off at another truck center here in NJ.I was told by this previous place that Ineeded over 8k worth of repairs and got honest answers here about what really needed to be done.The work was done in a timely manner and we were able to get back on the road and get back to running our small business.We saved a few thousand dollars and now feel confident that we have a place we can trust and turn to when the need arises. It was worth the drive from NJ!

A little tough to get to. In an industrial park hidden in back. Manager was great. I knew I was in great hands when he called first thing to go over service items. Squeezed in without appointment and took care of items I didn't know needed work.

They should really learn about their own coupons so they don t give us a headache. Called a few months ago and they had no idea what this was. Then they offered their own discount but I said I wasn t sure. When I called back they canceled the appointment lol. I went to Larchmont and they accepted the coupon. Guess they know what s actually going on

I was not happy with my parts servis handling I asked for my total over the phone was told the total and when I came to pick up my parts because they said I was to far for delivery but they use to deliver I've been using you guys for years I'm not a new customer so besides the total being wrong one of my parts was taken out of my billed out order and I was told all was there so Monday morning I drove 45 minutes 50 miles to pick up my order and no one knew where my order was and my bill was not wherein was supposed to be after over a half hour waiting around I got 4 out of my 5 idems and I payed for all in cash and was told to come back tomorrow one of the drivers took one of my parts I was not driving to get this part I had to set up a pick up from someone who was willing to bring it to me who was going to my area very disappointed in the service don't know if I'll be back plus this was a new person I dealt with my original parts guy wasn't there he always got things rite for me so there's my feed back John's auto body

I met Craig at the service center for trucks he explained everything to me that was going on with my vehicle he took his time I have a full understanding of what's going on he handled my vehicle in my situation absolutely perfect I would not go anywhere else for service thank you very much Fred Moore

Maps puts you past the entrance, use 1015 Saw Mill River Rd. Not 1057.

PLACE TO AVOID AT ALL COSTI went to this place as mind u a steady customer ($300 oil changes) thinking that its a nice and convenient place for my truck needs. But their true face showed when it was time to work on a truck under warranty. They are authorized dealer but dont care about contractual obligation towards FCA(Chrysler). Because the car has sensitive DEF system they wanted to stick me with the $1300 bill for a car thats only one year old and still under full factory warranty, and wanted to charge me diagnostic fee on top of that,just cuz they used to ripping people off and people took it. The person that wanted to scan me name is CRAIG and his manager WAYNE also uninterested in any of the customer needs. If i could i would give them a zero star. PLEASEEEEE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.Bayside Chrysler is a 5 star dealership thats reasonable.

Yonkers major repair station for Ram trucks and other trucks . Craig heads it up and runs a nice shop. Solid communication followed with good customer service.

Came to get my pro master 1500 checked for a brake handle and a head light bulb dropped the car off at 8am at 4pm I call to see if the truck was done or if I can pick it up if parts needed to get ordered they literally told me that I had to leave the van for another day that they didn t even diagnose the van yet mind you I own a furniture business and deliver furniture everyday and they told me there nothing they can do not give me a loaner or something to work with they are very unprofessional and drag work to the fullest

I ll bring my truck to there to make expansion and I live with a couple days with them when I come back to pick up at the already Burn the transmission I advise everyone to stay away from this place as much as possible

They are friendly but the worst part for me they try make me spend a lot off money on parts on my truck brakes that doesn t need to be change, i did the oil change on central ave yonkers dogde dealer week before and they did the check list everything was good , so i have to take my truck to this place for recall and they did a big deal saying was safety issue and i have to replace the whole brake on my truck (my truck got only 32,000 miles ) , very sad know there is people out there trying to rip you off .

Just a bad customer service they forgot to mention that they have specials on oil changes suggests changing stuff at 10k miles that s not even supposed to be replaced at 20k miles.Very good place to avoid.
