Absolute best auto body shop in the area.They took care of me extremely well throughout the entire process of repairing my car, and made an absolute miracle happen.My car came back brand new and they went above and beyond in the repairs.Al & Steve are the greatest!The only shop I ve been going to for years whether it s for routine maintenance or repairs, and that won t change :)

11/3/2023 I just picked up my car today and it looks great! I am very happy I posted the before and after pic. Thank you Al and Steve. You do amazing work.They fixed my CTS a few years ago and did a great job. I'm back again with my car as someone clipped the back while trying to park. They are very accommodating and very nice. I had a exceptional experience today at Central Auto Body Collision of Westchester. Everyone was friendly and kind. I personally dealt with Al who was just as kind and knowledgeable as the team. My car was inspected today and I was anticipating paying $37.00 but because it was a new car I was only charged $10. And He buffed out some marks on the passenger side of my front fender for free. Now that s what I call excellent customer service. I highly recommend. You will be glad you did business at this establishment with Al and the whole team. I will be back. Great experience!

First off, let me start by saying my Dad was a mechanic, one of the best in Brooklyn. He was a good person and clients would often come to his shop and if he wasn t there, they would leave because they only trusted him to fix their car. I moved to Yonkers in 2017 and he passed away in 2018 from cancer. I ve only ever trusted my father with my car. Mechanics see a woman and assume we don t know anything about cars and try to take advantage. My father always warned me about this, you have to be careful.When he passed away and my car was having problems, driving to Brooklyn from Yonkers wasn t the best option although his employees and coworkers would also take care of my car if I needed them to but desperation led me to finding Central Auto Body. It s close to my house and I am so fortunate and happy I found them.This shop has been nothing but kind and helpful. They are always willing to squeeze me in, or accommodate me every time I show up, no matter the issue. The pricing is fair, they don t try to beat you over the head and I find them to be super trustworthy. This is so important. I do not take my car anywhere else. I ve tried tipping them too but they refuse to take my money. I ve exclusively been coming here since the first day I walked into the shop years ago.One day, I finally asked the owner s name. Turns out it s Al which was also my Dad s name. What are the odds? I almost cried.It might sound crazy, but their customer service makes me feel like my father is still with me, protecting me. I should have written this review a long time ago but needless to say, I am grateful I found them and I 100% recommend them. Good places are hard to find. Good people are even scarcer.

I was referred here after a collision. Al took care of every detail and made sure we got the right quality parts to bring our vehicle back to life. The work of the staff is phenomenal. The car looked better than it did the day I got it from the dealership, no single detail was overlooked. Al is an absolute gentleman and an overall genuine human being who makes sure to take good care of your vehicle and good care of you overall. Super grateful to have found this shop

If you are looking for a trustworthy and capable body and repair shop for your vehicle, you could no better that Al, Steve, and their crew at Central Auto Body. Al has been servicing my vehicles for 23 years, so I have many examples where Al's care and his guidance navigating insurance issues kept stress to a minimum. Truly a professional, but above all, TRUSTWORTHY. Worth getting to know them.

My husband and I have been going to Central Auto since shortly after moving into the neighborhood, 17 years ago. I cannot say enough great things about Al and his team! He is HONEST. This is hard to come by in that industry, and the work is done well and on time. When I needed to give my car some TLC , Al would tell me just as he would tell me that I didn t need the work Honda dealership would say I needed when I had to take my car to Honda for recalls. I trust Al COMPLETELY. He kept my Honda running well for those 17 years until I finally bought a new car. I see less of Al these days, but now my daughter is taking her car to Central Auto and I know she s in great hands. I HIGHLY recommend Central Auto. You won t be sorry!

I own a Ford Mustang and was in the market to have my rear light repaired after someone back into it. I came upon Central Auto Body Collison when searching on line. Boy when I tell you the reviews for this business do not lie! I can not say enough about Al and his team. They are very professional, HONEST and provide prompt service. I have had my vehicle serviced here many times. I only trust Auto Body Collision with my vehicle therefore I have never returned since to the other big chain competitors

Al and Steve at Central Auto Body have been my go-to auto shop for several years now and have always done excellent work at reasonable prices, and are friendly and accommodating. I was recently rear-ended and needed a new bumper, warning sensor, and body work. I just picked up my car and it looks amazing. My 2019 car looks brand new inside and out. Not only did they do perfect repair work and paint color matching, but they cleaned and detailed the entire car. They also made all the insurance stuff easy and seamless. These guys are the best!

When I was last looking for a new mechanic years ago, Central ABC was the only place in Westchester with really good reviews online. It wasn't a mistake. Al will love to show you what's wrong and easily beat the price of competitors (especially dealerships) but with better quality repairs. For some reason the old reviews got lost by Google, so this is a rewrite/update of my old review.

Al and Michael were very supportive in the repair of my heating and cooling system. I had work done at Beck's Chevy and they broke the fan when they pulled the cabin air filter out of my Trax. Central Auto reassured me that if there was a problem with their work they would fix it. They took my car in and two hours later my car was fixed. No noises, and the heat and air poured out. They took care of my inspection too.

I had a little bit of rust on my Honda that I didn't want to spread (because i plan on putting 200,000 miles on it). �I consulted a few other places about fixing it, but these folks had a long discussion with me about what it was going to take to fix it and make it last.First of all, they told me the car would be ready in 3-4 days. �The car was ready in 3-4 days!Secondly, they didn't just fix my rust spot, but cleaned my entire car and touched up spots I didn't even ask them to do. �Mind blown.And they changed the oil and did my inspection. �Full Disclosure: i did pay cash for this job, but it was within the ethical limits of cost, and they went above and beyond. �I'll be back for sure!

Amazing service. Highly recommend Al, he has taken care of my car for years and years and always explains things thoroughly, the service is never long, and my car literally runs smoother after taking it in for a repair. Highly recommend Central Auto Body Collision for any car repairs you need.

Just picked up my car... It looks beautiful. Like nothing ever even happened. They were super helpful the entire time. Courteous and understanding. They even vacuumed and cleaned my car!!! So awesome. I would absolutely go back.

This is by far the best auto body shop in Yonkers. I was having issues with my car and I brought it in to get checked out. Al and his team is amazing, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. He answered all my questions and concerns. Being a female and going into a mechanic shop, a majority of the time can be somewhat intimidating. You go in for one thing and the guys like to take advantage of female customers because the assumption is that we don t know anything about cars. I can say that this isn t the case with central auto body, I know cars and can say they never once tried to play games or take advantage. Which was refreshing to not have to feel on guard at a mechanic shop for once. I cannot recommend this shop enough. The staff was amazing and they did a great job on my car. Thank you so much you have a customer for life!

It is so nice to have an auto body shop that I can trust. Thanks to Steve and Al, I don t have to stress about my car maintenance. They always answer all my questions and take the time to explain to me exactly what is going on with my vehicle. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of or feeling intimidated bringing my car in for service. They are always so accommodating and always so helpful. TRUSTWORTHY & AMAZING!!! Al, Steve, and all of their mechanics are the BEST IN WESTCHESTER!!! Unfortunately, I had numerous instances when my 2012 Mercedes ML350 was in an accident. One time even a Westchester Bee Line Bus rear-ended me when the bus slid on the ice and hit me on Central Park Ave. Fortunately, every time my car needed bodywork Central Auto Body made my car look brand new. Everyone thinks my car is a 2024 Mercedes. You would never know that it is 12 years old. I even go to them for regular maintenance. I no longer live in Yonkers, but I still travel from upper Westchester to go to them. As a woman, I am always concerned about being cheated by mechanics. Here you don't have to worry. The Mercedes dealers in Westchester have overcharged me consistently. Look no further, go to Al & Steve especially if you have a Mercedes! My dogs are very happy that Central Auto Body has made my car cool-looking again!

I have been going to Central Auto Body for 20 years . Al has been taking care of the several cars Ive had all those years. I would not trust any one else with my vehicles . The reason why i had taken my vehicles to Central Auto Body is because I never had to doubt that the job will be done right . The owner is hands on , honest and the staff are very professional . The best you will find in Westchester.

This rating is well overdue! Been coming here for years and this shop is the best I have EVER been to! I have a 2008 vehicle with over 300,000 miles and Al and his team has maintained him very well!!! I appreciate you all!!! God bless!

Al over at Central Auto Body was thoroughly helpful and informative about the issues with my family s OLD vehicle. We were a walk-in and he had a packed morning but as soon as he had extra time to check out the car, he did and gave us an excellent recommendation (reviewed on my profile) on where to get some exhaust work done!! Definitely would visit again and would recommend their services!

Absolutely amazing service! I went in for NYS inspection, brake pads and rotors change. Al assured me I d be taken care of and not to worry. He opens early which also helped me get things done in enough time! 10/10 highly recommend him and his team!

My experience here is always smooth. I've been bringing my car here for the past 5 years for inspections, for a muffler replacement, side view mirror replacement and more. Its always a pleasure working with Al. He knows what he is doing, has his guys work on my car as soon as I arrive and is always pleasant.

Actual scam artists. Brought my car in for an inspection and they told me I needed to get all 4 of my brakes replaced and that the total would be around $1000. Had a different place look and they said only my front two needed the replacement and now they re only charging me $400. Don t go here they re slow and greedy

I have been coming to Central Auto Body for years for all sorts of repairs. Can't begin to say how happy I am with the service here. Just a solid reputable auto shop. Dealing with Al and Steve has been a very easy experience. They know why they are doing (which you can see from all the certifications hanging on the office wall), they fix it right the first time. I noticed my check engine light on and took my Jeep to AutoZone for a Fix Finder diagnostic. They informed me that my oil pressure switch needed to be changed. I purchased the part and called around local auto repair shops to get a quote on labor rate for this less than thirty minute job. I was quoted some ridiculous rates or wasn t even called back by some on these fine place some people give five star ratings too. One place told me they don t work with customers that bring in there own parts which is completely ridiculous. My last call was too Central Auto. Al asked me a few questions about what was wrong with my Jeep and I told him. He quoted me at a affordable price and I brought my vehicle right over. Al did another diagnostic and example that Autozone s isn t that accurate in comparison to his. We discussed that I was a full time nursing student and I even got to see the work the mechanic was doing on my vehicle. I even had a friendly conversation with him. Al gave me a HUGE discount on my bill and I greatly appreciate. If your looking for a true genuine auto repair shop this is your place. Finally find mine!

Happy I came across this body shop. I was recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Steve is awesome. He is so friendly and will answer any question you might have.
