I used to work here and I can personally say it is a wonderful place to work in as well as get service. Everyone in the staff is super nice and will welcome you whole heartedly. The owners Matt and Mike are thee nicest owner I have ever met! Not to mention its the cleanest shop I've ever seen! I definitely miss this place and will absolutely miss everyone there.

If zero stars was an option or a do not recommend button was available, I would push it. The most horrifying experience with the service department. We had two trucks at their shop since July to which both have gone back and forth numerous times as the original issue was never fixed. After disputing invoices and questioning why we were charged for the same parts numerous times they then held our truck as ransom until payment was met of over $10,000 .00. We came to a resolution, however with the uncertainty that our truck was even fixed. Truck was towed back to our office, and it still has the same over heating problem it was sent there for back in July. After all of this took place, they now have cut our company off from ordering parts with any kind of payment terms and request COD. We have been a long-time customer of this company even before it was Black Rock Truck Group. Is this how you want to be treated getting your vehicles back with the original problem not being fixed questioning them and then being cut off from utilizing their parts department in the future? DO NOT RECOMMEND!

DONT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME AND BRING YOUR TRUCK TO THIS SHOP Worst team of truck technicians right here.. over $4000 paid for DPF repairs and for the second time the problem is back driving less than 700 miles, brought it back after driving less than 30 miles immediately after their first attempt to repair. Most reviews icon their website speak how poor their services are.. I settled because my driver went there and end up wasting money that I have to spend again to get it repaired correctly.

This is the reason people don't socialize these days. I called and asked a simple question, and was told something I routinely do, is not allowed over the phone. No problem, things change, so I asked the nearest location based on where I am, and I was told to google it. I tried keeping the conversation going because there was another simple question about a step for another one of our trucks. Again, google it, and find your nearest location...Thank you for the great customer service, and if you have any thoughts about calling this place, don't bother. You can just "google it"

First this place doesn t do appointments so there s no commitment to your equipment you re supposed to drop off your truck and leave it there till they decide to get to it. I drop off my truck for a pm service, a A/c issue and a NYS inspection and they started working on it 4 days later. My equipment spent a total of 9 days at the service center.Second Jefferey the head guy at there service center is a little thief also he gives you this persuasive speech where he states that s communication is key. Once you drop off your equipment there s no communication every time I call Jefferey will be always outside. The girls there don t know what they are doing nor how to lie.Third jefferey will over charge you in labor cost. I was charge 800 change for a pm service which i have never paid. Also after his assistant called telling me that they are not able to do the NYS inspection (which was the only time they call) but didn t give me the reason why so I spoke to Jeffery and he tells me that there machine is not working and that he can out source it to another shop, my answer to that was to not worry about that I will take care of it. At the end of it I was still charge the inspection which was $190 and failed the inspection because the truck didn t have a back up alarm and one of my mud flap hanger was damage.At the end of it all they will send you an invoice through email without the details of what was done just with dollar amount. When you go cash out Jefferey is on his computer prolonging printing the work order until you completely satisfied bill.

Worst dealer to go to . They never answer the phone. But when you go I. Erin s you have 4 people sitting in your face, no one taking people on the line. They just sit in your face smiling like it s no problem

The people who work at this shop have been effectively ruining my life and business, I brought in my truck for a coolant leak and an engine derate that wouldn t allow it to go faster than 45mph, they told me it would take about a week, after 5 weeks and showing up to ask what s going on every day they kept giving me different answers, three days after an $8,000 bill every problem I had came right back, the derate got worse over time, currently sitting in a shop now as they re explaining to me what the real problem has been the entire timeDO NOT GO TO BLACK ROCK TRUCK GROUP THEY DO HORRIBLE WORK, THEY OVERPRICE AND THEY WILL STEAL THINGS OUT OF YOUR TRUCK

The reason for the 1 star isn t for the work that was done. But for one of the employee who decided to open my fridge and eat my yogurts, stole my bottle of hand sanitizer plus rambled through my belongings. I wish I had place a camera in my truck just to embarrass the S.O.B. Yes this review is very petty but just wanted to warn others, be aware of the thief employed at this location.

Awful service I have ever worked with!!!! Awful customer service. The lady promised that we can pick up the truck after we pay but as soon as I paid she hang up and put on voice message. You all unprofessional with customers!

Recent visit to Black Rock Truck Group in Yonkers NY "was not satisfied".Truck was recently brought in for service for check engine light. After maintenance inspects was completed was informed of multiple issues needed to be repaired. Permission was given to repair issues at hand. Time given to complete repair was inconsistent and one maintenance repair became multiple. Three-day repairs became three weeks. Truck has been back on the road for approximately 3 days and check engine light is back on with addition mechanical problems.

Staff was super friendly. Everyone was pleasant but I stated I needed my truck by the 6th day and was told it would be ready. The 8th day I showed up to pick up my truck and the paper work was still not finalized even though my truck was finished the day prior

Took a bit to get the parts in and get it fixed but they got it done as fast as they could. They were as ll pretty much helpful when we had questions.

They stole my Oakland raider blankets. Didn't notice till I was about to take a 10. Also took a month for them to do the repairs.

Horrible all around just poor everything! If you bring your truck here be ready to wait weeks to get something simple done & customer service is horrible!

Worst freightliner ever; held me 24 hours just to tell me that my fuel gauge is working properly. Plus they have no lounge area for truckers.

Worst shop ever steal from you right under your noses, took my truck there with one issue and left that shop with 20 other problems. Every time i bring my truck back they fix one thing and mess something else up. Total rip off.

Worse shop I ever been in!! Never ever will come back here!!! Unprofessional, rude and lazy people!! 6 hours in shop for an inspection....that's crazy!!! I lost all my day wi h them!!! Don't come here, find something else!!!
