Bill, his crew knocked it out the park. Can t even explain the cost and the service. The service was amazing and the cost is nothing comparative the service that was received. I would recommend Bill is screwed to everybody.

I miss Billy and his wife . They were the best hand car wash. The new owner is not so well. I bring in my car for a full interior detail. $275, When I got there to pick up my vehicle, everything was destroyed and soaked. All my electronics were not working none of my buttons function. Radio display was blank, heater buttons did not work. It's like they sprayed cleaner all in the electronics. The owner Mohamed tried to persuade me in bringing it back to complete it. Please be warned. I don't make these post to say bad things about a business , I do these to inform people who spend hard earned money for quality wash.

As someone who washes their car weekly, I only trust Muhammed and Rami with my car! The quality and attention to the wash is beyond expectations and their customer service/professionalism is the best around. I can t stress enough how happy I am to invest and trust them with my car.Not only do they provide great detailing services, but they also provide auto body and auto repair services. Their vast experience in the car field is very reputable.Do not hesitate to get your services done with them!

Mohamed and the team at Billy s were great. After a short wait, they did a thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior after a long road trip. If you re looking for a quality hand wash and being able to talk about current and future detail needs, this is the place to go in Yonkers!

I recently bought a new BMW and was looking for a place to get it hand washed. I found this place and it was the best decision i ever made. Mohammad and his team are the best and take great care of my car. My car always comes out looking brand new whenever I come there. They are super friendly and treat you like you are family. I also was interested in getting tints for my car and they got me right in and did a phenomenal job. Fantastic place! Got old my car detailed for the first time and it needed ALOT of help. They did a great job! The shine on her is unbelievable! Mohammed made sure I was completely satisfied and even hooked me up with a wash for my other car. I'll definitely be back again. Billys car wash best place to get your car wash by hand specially for black cars. The team is very detailed and take their time to do it right. I even ask them to use a particular cleaner on my glass and they always do it. As a female i am very cautious where I go to take my car and I always feel safe and appreciated as a customer. I have been a loyal customer for years and never had an issue. I highly recommend.

Pulled in to inquire on the services. Customer service with their representative Adam was excellent, but when their rep Muhammad started asking about my car insurance and saying my car was beat up (minor scratches) with some other random representative aggressively listing insurance companies, I decided that it was much easier to disengage and look for services elsewhere.Not your normal car wash, expect a quality wash but understand that it will take 3 hours or more

Drove up from Manhattan for a great hand car wash and spray wax detail. My black Audi S5 cabrio looked white and was totally covered in salt. When the car was given back to me it looked new again. Highly recommended. Pleasure meeting Muhammad.

I'm so happy to faint this place for good details I bring my car is red but after he details in end out now isss reeeddd also I'm happy because I bring 1 time a week for regular wash and my car looks like new so I'm definitely recommending this place Billy's hands wash

I had an amazing experience at Billy Hand Car Wash! The staff was super friendly and the service was top-notch. They did a fantastic job cleaning both the exterior and interior of my car. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how shiny my car looked afterward. I highly recommend giving them a try!

This cost $35. Not worth it.The woman running the business is rude and seems to lack patience for questions. I think she had a stroke at one point it is difficult to understand and communicate with her. No employees speak English. When engaging the employees with questions, she tells me, I m their boss, you talk to me. That is very nasty behavior in my opinion.The wash was lacking. They don t use a power washer nor the appropriate sprays to get brake dust built up off of the wheels and tires. Also, there is water drips everywhere, and the dirt in the wheel well is not removed at all. Paid extra to clean barrels of wheels and they re all dirty/dusty, still. They use the same sham cloth they use on all cars, found a few fresh scratch s on my navigation after the interior was wiped down. Also, like many commercial car washes do have no air hose offered to blow the junk out between the seats. This is standard these days. When I asked, the woman was again very rude/nasty and said we don t do that and that is extra, that s for detailing. That s incorrect as the market offers different. When I go to any car wash that has an air hose, it is included and is standard. My floor mats were still dirty as well, paid to wash those.Overall, the car lacks luster and shine, was completely overcharged for an inferior wash. I could ve got the same wash from the rain.Better options in the area: Prolific Detailers does a better job, same price and they re mobile (they come to your house). Larchmont car wash is $25 and the car is actually clean. At the rate this place uses old shams over and over, it doesn t matter if you do mechanical or hand wash.The woman in the office needs to find a new job. This isn t it for her. She also tried to make me wear a mask. Gtfoh.Wish I could get my money refunded. I certainly won t be coming back.
