Beck Chevrolet doesn t stand by their product or service. I took my car in for service and it was more than i could afford. There was pure chaos in the service department. I asked that they only do an oil change but I guess they started to do the service and broke the cabin fan when they return the filter in its place. Today I went in to get some satisfaction and I got the run around. Becks is not trustworthy. I will never use this service department or purchase a car from Becks. I suggest you go somewhere else.

I brought my car in for servicing on a part that was recalled on my car. Called 3xs to confirm part availability & upon scheduling my appt, was never told the gas tank needed to be low for the service to be performed. My advisor was Connor, who was actually very helpful & pleasant. However, when I was speaking with Connor about the recall on the car, another advisor by the name of Joe rudely walked in the middle of our conversation & made rude and unprofessional remarks in front of other staff and customers. I'm not sure how he has a job here with the level of unprofessionalism he exhibits. Not only did he have a nasty attitude towards me, but also in answering the phones saying "WHAT", in an annoyed manner. Before leaving, I left my number with Connor requesting the manager, Tony to call me back to address the inappropriate behavior from Joe & it's been 2 days and I have still not received a response back. After experiencing such unprofessional behavior & treatment, I am not inclined to return back to this dealer to do any sort of service or business. When I explained my negative interaction with Joe to one of the workers without saying his name, they already knew who i was referring to & said his name. With that being said, this is clear that his unprofessionalism is known to others. Please hire better people for a more quality experience.

First off no one picks up the phone when calling it took me over 25 minutes of repeat calling to finally get a real person on the phone to make a Saturday appointment. Then when I arrived at the dealership I waited 20 minutes out front waiting to get checked in because two gentleman were out side vaping until they realized I was waiting to get help. Then when I got inside they wouldn t do an inspection which I needed and also replace a bolt on the gas fill I m really surprised they were even going to do the oil change. This service dept has been on the decline over the past several years. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2010 and I have never seen it this bad or the lack of service by the service dept. at this point I refuse to do any further service by this service dept nor will I recommend any friends or family to use this service. At this point in time I am taking my business else where it s a shame that it has come to this but if you have no intention of providing customers with service then I business will go else where EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED if I could of given this a negative rating you bet I would have

Crooks. Walked in to broker a lease buyout deal and finance manager was very unclear and deceptive about interest APR. Put down 2k on CC as a deposit without signing anything and went to get a check for the rest of the down payment. 10% really worked out to be 13%. Did not go through with deal and got in writing that i would be refunded my deposit. Again this is a vehicle I leased and not in their ownership. I had to go through cc company to get deposit back because they are playing games. Do not put any money down or sign anything until you get all the details in writing on an order form. Stay away from this place. Don't bother going to the service dept either. You will leave 2 hrs later and your car will be dirty from the shop. I do my own oil changes bc it's faster and cleaner now.Update: 1.15.23Still have not been refunded money to credit card and no contact has been made to resolve the issue. Don't even consider this stealership unless you want to lose money.

So I called the dealer explain what s going on with my vehicle Mr. Joe the service manager made appointment the day before Thanksgiving. My vehicle has been sitting there from then until yesterday when I went to pick it up it has been more than three weeks or so every time I call Mr. joe he will tell me I will get it in today or tomorrow today or tomorrow will come and I will give him a call to find out what s going on on the vehicle. He will say I m sorry man I wasn t able, so what was the reason of me making an appointment to have my vehicle checked out, when I got there, I asked to speak to someone higher than him his reply was Tell you the same thing I m telling you said to him I still want to speak to the person that s higher than you Three times and still no show or took me to that person however, they had no interest in working on my vehicle and sat there for weeks No had any interest even when I went to pick the vehicle up he still had no interest to say hey man I apologize let me see what I can do Made his duty to leave his desk and take my car out from where it was buried in the parking lot place and I m also a business that support this business by buying a lot of parts with that said, I do not recommend anyone to go to Dealer for service. They are very very very over there. If you re not dear skin color, they will not help you or attempt to help you even show any effort of helping you, and this is the thing that we are going on in the world nowadays

Overall I had a great experience.Mike was my salesperson. He was great to work with - no pressure, very informative and helpful.Brian the Sales manager was friendly and straightforward. He push the deal and made it happened!Howard and Judy at Finance team was informative and help wrap it up faster than any car I leased or bought beforeThank again guys!If you are in the market for a new used car definitely give this Beck Chevrolet a shot you won t regret itWill recommend.

Beck Chevrolet is the best place to go to. I have been going to many dealerships and they told me I can t get a car without co-sign, but Beck s did it for me without any co-signers. They don t waste time I did all while I was at work. Just a phone call and all was done. I bring in some of my paperwork and all was done. I got Chevrolet blazers.Do not hesitate to make a call because they care about you.

Since the moment I entered the shop Juan Santana took care of me, he took his time to explain everything and gave all the details and options. If you are looking for a car go and ask for him you won t regret it, I told him I was coming back in a few years to make a purchase again with him.

Ive been a loyal customer of Beck Chevrolet for the pas 10 yrs. My last visit was not pleasant. The guys in the front desk are really good, but the last time I dropped my car off for service and a check engine light problem, I did not get my car back a week after. When I finally got my car back it was really dirty, all the tires were deflated, but according to the report I received it says that my car got all tires checked. Also after I drove the car out of the lot, I went to the bank, as my wife came around the right side of the car, she noticed a big scratch and dent on the front passenger side of the car. So as you can tell Im very upset about this.I spoke the the service manager and he was very friendly and told me the bring the car back so that he could take care of it. But the damage is already done. The stress and headache of seeing my car damage cant be taken back. Also I dont have time to take my car back for them to fix it. Dont even know how long Im going to be driving this car before this damage is repaired.When my lease is expired, I will be taking my business somewhere else. Yes Im sad to say that.ThanksAmauris Flores

The wait for an oil change was loooong but worth it knowing the technician had been very thorough with more than changing the oil. I drove off feeling much safer. The waiting room was comfy. Been coming here for 10+ years. The only disappointment was the $40 increase for an oil change and only a 10% coupon. Watching David manage the stress of being the only person behind the desk was impressive and admirable. Thank you all for your service.

All was ok until I got my car back. My seat was changed in position and that has never happened before. Also, I was being sold all different things for my car. Brakes needing a flush, air filters, etc. Never before have I had such a push for unnecessary things. If I had agreed it would have been $800. to walk out when I only came in for an oil change.

I put my truck in On 8/3. I was informed I would get a call the following day. Never got the call. Each time I had called I was informed someone would call within the next 2 days each time I waited, the 3rd day is when I would call. I continuously was given excuses and the run around. When someone gives me their word that they will call at a specific time and date, I will hold them to their word. It s unacceptable to have the client calling and giving run around.Also Dan tried to play me a fool by saying to call corporate and see what warranty will cover the new car. First off , a 2007 Truck is nowhere near new so why suggest this nonsense.

Check engine light has been on since I left the shop. I'm afraid to go back for another charge. I came in for an oil change and was charged for rotating tires which I didn't ask for.

I m not satisfied with the service, I took my car because the light engine was on the dash day engine power is reduced. According to the dealer they fixed and I paid 1,500 dollars, however I have to take my car back to the dealer two more times with the same problem that it was never fixed and the technician couldn t find the problem. Beside that the 3rd time I took my car , I had to pay around 225.00 more for the analysis, something that I paid 250 the first time o took my car . I m really unsatisfied with the service and I m feel bad for the person that recommended me that dealer, he just lease cars from your dealer but don t take cars for services, I can t blame him. Sorry for my comments but I m expressing my feelings about the fact I have to go through.

Do not come here to service your car. Worst service ever!!!They keep your vehicle for months without any call letting you know the status of your vehicle. They do not provide a courtesy vehicle or pay for a rental when they have your car in their dealership. I gave them a good review a few years ago when I came for an oil change, but this place has gotten really bad when it comes to service. Mind you, my family has been a Beck customer for years. I will no longer come here for service and will not recommend their services to any of my family or friends. Wished I gave them 0 stars but that one star came with the google review program.

Juan and Stephanie and the absolute best. They worked together to make my purchase of a 2024 Trax possible. Without them I would be taking an uber back home instead im in a brand new beautiful Trax. Thank you guy s. Amazing experience at Beck s.
