These young adults look miserable. It's almost as if you're bothering them when you walk in the door. They need a supervisor to teach them how to smile and be pleasant to customers.

Went to this AutoZone location once again and was so happy to see David was still there and now a manager! Once again he was extremely helpful and took the time to take a quick look at my car and assisted me with a much needed purchase. As long as he is there this is my store for my auto purchases!

Worst store to deal with specifically the manager Destiny and the rest of her team. She threw money at me and walked away from me... I have never been so disrespected.I ordered a part for my company vehicle, which I rely on to run my business. The store miss ordered the part, then they waited a week till I went to pick it up to tell me they canceled the order because they inputted the order incorrectly. No phone call no nothing.Okay, so I reorder the part. Again, 5 days later, I go to pick it up and they THEN inform me, that the part is out of stock and it would be 8 weeks until it came into the store..... No one wanted to take responsibility. I rely on this truck to run my business. This little mistake cost me over $4,000 in a rental truck, and I had to source the part myself. I would have purchased elsewhere if they had told me from day 1 it was out of stock. (of course it showed multiple in stock on the website) Corporate was not even willing to phone be back. Pathetic. Disrespectful. Rude.

Staff were helpful all the time. It is quite easy to park there. Damian is a very helpful associate. He is knowledgeable and efficient.

Organized, clean, peaceful store.You can tell this store is under good management.Kevin was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I purchased everything I needed. Kevin is autozones super star. He s knowledgeable and is very polite.

On sunday 8/20/2023, afternoon on our way to Church, in New Jersey where I was scheduled to preach. I had bad battery issue that took me to this shop. I met Denise- store agent who attended to me. She was so professional - very friendly and respectful. She has no idea how emergency it was to me, Denise went above and beyond to assist me bought new battery and she replaced it with such an urgency as if she knows my situation. Her advice was awesome and courtesy was fantastic.My 13 year old daughter who was with me was so impressed about Denis help and professionalism.I strongly believe Denise is an asset to this company.Thank you so much, Denise.

I asked the attendant for a work light. He said they didn't have any. I tried to explain further but he kept brushing me off and answering his personal phone calls.I know they were personal because he kept referring to his bedroom. After I got back in my car I looked on AutoZone.com and saw that they had the work light available for curbside pickup. So I went right back in the store asked another attendant and he gave me the work light.A different day.. I asked for a horn relay they said they didn't have any but can order for today at 6pm. I go to pick it up at 6 pm of course they never brought it from the the other store.

Went to AutoZone to get a Fuse. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I replaced the fuse and my car is now working great.

Excellent service! I received professional and kind treatment from this particular Auto Zone. David Cordero was super friendly, courteous and helpful. I had to drive out of town to get this help but it was well worth it! ~ Extremely happy customer !

The location at central Park Ave in Yonkers it's a terrible terrible place to call for parts and help. They would put you on hold till you hang up.No matter what time THEY WILL NOT PICK UP YOUR CALLS.I will not mention names but there are 3.I think there is no manager attended to check the employee behavior. But in store service they are great.BUT PLEASE DO NOT CALLYOU BE WASTING YOUR TIME

Always a pleasure to be overcharged and poorly served at evey chain location of this store. How much fun to be talked down too, ignored and to be treated like buying something is a bother for the employees.Go only if necessary. Yikes and no thanks.

I come here often and was surprised one day when I came to the store got assistance then left to come back. When I came back the door was closed at 9:45pm and it states that the store closes at 10pm. I called the store and the Manager Anthony was so disgusting and rude over the phone. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Advance Auto is so much better in my opinion.

Their hours are wrong. Its whatever time they open in the morning to 8:50 pm during the week and 7:50 pm on Sundays. When I worked in retail, I had to wait until THE HOUR WE ACTUALLY CLOSE to not let anyone in and I left 10 to 15 minutes after the store closes. OPEN Hours are OPEN HOURS no matter if it's dead or not. The employee said to me, oh if there's no one in the store we can close early. Uhm what? Your hours don't change just because no-one is in the store....... this is a huge company not your personal store and the ONLY ONE in north Yonkers. Please work your hours or adjust your hours online to closing at 7:50 pm instead of 8 if that's what its going to be. Ridiculous.

I came to this location to pick up a replacement battery for my 2021 Nissan Altima. The associate was very helpful and went over different options. He was very friendly as well. I love coming here! And the fact that they re open till 10pm is a bonus.Keep up the great work guys.

Did not buy prestone power steering fluid here because the same fluid they sell for 14.95. Sells for 3.95 at shoprite. I told the clerk 14.95 was a ripoff and he told me because it contained stop leak it cost more. I went to shoprite and it cost me $3.95. What a ripoff at auto zone. He would not even check price! I told him price seemed like a ripoff and told him keep it!. Glad I did. One clerk in store only worried about where people stand in line to pay. All they want is money no customer satisfaction. Never again going here!

Denise was amazing! As busy as she was she took the time to thoroughly help me, more than her job entails. I will definitely be using this store for all of my auto needs. The staff is friendly and professional.

The young man who helped us was the best. He went out of his way to help us install the windshield wipers on our Volvo. He also was honest about a product not worth buying. Honest guys working at this place, worth going for your car needs! Their employees give this auto zone branch a good name!

Recently I had the pleasure of meeting Brandon. From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with a Hello and a smile.I needed a Cabin Filter. He promptly got the filter for me.Without making me feel like a dumb female he asked if he could give me some pointers on how to install the filter.His instructions were brief and to the point.Thank you Brandon for excellent customer service and the pointers.
