I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza here at the beginning of the year (January 2023). I had an overall good experience. I was able to test drive my car and was able to get it at a good sale price. So far it has been driving well. I've put about 14,000 miles on it without any issues. So the car works fine.The reason I'm putting a low review is because after paying off my auto loan it has been 8 months with no lien release. I've contacted the bank multiple times and they say they need to talk to the dealer. The dealer keeps saying they don't know what's going on. And now they're radio silent. I'm going to try and be patient because sometimes these things can take a while. But it'll be disappointing if I have to pay someone $1500 - $4000 dollars to get the lien removed.

Highly recommend this dealership. Didn t feel like I was being sold. The owner Keith was very transparent about everything. No outrageous fees, like friction insurance, reconditioning fees, etc that you would find at other dealership. Didn t buy the vehicle at first and my deposit was returned. A few days later I went back and bought the vehicle.

If you re looking to buy a car, this is definitely the place to go! Keith and his team are knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly, they are trustworthy and really do care about the customer. They spent over a month looking for a car that could be a right fit for me in all ways (I m a picky customer), and they found it! They were very patient, communicative and always ready to address all my questions and concerns. It s hard to find a fair and honest dealer these days, and I can say I ve found it. 100% recommend!

I have to say I walked into this dealership not expecting to purchase a car and to my surprise I was very excited in driving out with a ford edge .Mr Keith Cox was very pleasant i helping me with my purchase . anyone looking for a vehicle please stop you will not be disappointed.

After putting a deposit on a car. The car we went to look at didn't fit what we were looking for. But they immediately gave us back the deposit and said they will continue to look for us. Wonderful people!!
