I purchased a powerful steering pump for my 2010 accord from this place twice. BOTH of them are poor though almost ended up with an accident with my family same day because my power steering stiffed and got heavy to turn. I returned the pump to Paul who ordered me another one took two days. I paid another $90 labor to another mechanic shop, HOWEVER, the new pump has the same issue and both pump's pulley are too loud and u can hear it from next block. the guy Paul is unprofessional and didn't solve problem or even accept same day return due to dysfunctional part. He kept telling me that this pump is good but the mechanic didn't install well. I asked him to come outside to hear the pump and take a look at it. In fact, my mechanic didn't make the pump's loud pulley . Paul never cared. He said we dont test pumps just return and get another one. He recommended to keep change it till ONE finally works. I'm sorry we are not in Vegas gambling. Honestly, I never buy parts from this company I'm not sure whether if it's the part quality or employees negligence!

I went to pick up a UPS package and they kept talking to other co-worker, helping different clients and not paying attention to me when I was the one that the woman was supposed to be helping. She took too long, didn t work fast enough, did not do enough to help me with my order and in the end couldn t find it. All the while I had an Uber waiting for me, and she would not do her job well. Distracted and unprofessional.

From cutting in line to having only two active registers; to outright favoritism based on race (having full conversations in another language while having people wait in line). Not much service; I made a mistake to come here.

Yesterday, April 30/2023, after waiting on my phone call for a long period, (which accordingly happens in places, due to being very busy) I have to take my time to give a professional review. Maria Reyes who assist me yesterday (apologize and was very kind, and polite for the long wait over the phone) is a wonderful employee. I may know her and may see her at this particular store. I highly recommend this store because of her assistance.Thank you, Maria Reyes. Also Jonathan and Mohammad, I have to edit my review, I correcting that this is my local Advanced store, I am not new but since you're helping me to be less stressed I kinda have to compliment you.

Hello everyone, I had the pleasure of visiting this store at a time where it was not too busy. Late afternoon on the weekend is a good time. There was plenty of staff members working one outside and two at the register that were polite and helpful even with the slightest, smallest inquiry - before purchasing and having to return. I had the pleasure of getting a quick response and a satisfying experience. I recommend this shop. However be mindful that other business hours may affect your experience.

This place has advertised that they close Mon- Sat at 9pm so i rush to get to the store and i arrive at 845pm and they were closed, not cool

This place is awesome. Great prices and they even give a military discount. But most importantly the staff especially Maria legitimately care. I watched Maria help a woman who was suffering from heat exhaustion while she was shopping in the store. She gave her a chair, put a fan to blow on her, gave her cold water, and waiting with her until her son showed up. Honestly this place earned my business that much more after seeing that.

As a frequent customer, I don t understand the negative reviews, these people will leave the store and pick up the parts at the warehouse or other stores to ensure the customer gets what we need same day. They know a lot and are honest about alternatives and parts performance expectations. Especially Jaime. And Moe I wouldn t shop anywhere else - now and days people don t have product knowledge and here they do! Honest review

I highly recommend this store. The service was outstanding. I asked Jose to check my old battery and without hesitation he got right on it. Once it was determined I needed a new battery... I purchase the battery and he installed it professionally. This is the kind of service that look for. I rate the service and this store with FIVE STARS!!

Still pretty confused how ordering for pickup works. Ordered the morning of with a message that it should be ready in 30 minutes but only received a message that it was ready for pickup several hours later. Once I got to the store, the cashier had to go look for the item on the shelves and then in the back so it wasn t really ready . Small parking lot but it doesn t fill up too fast

I called and asked about in-stock, trailer wiring. I needed a 4-wire, flat plug extender, male on one end and female on the other. Jaime said that he did not know anything about trailer wiring and could not help. When I said that I could explain the part he said that I would need to find the part number on-line and then call back with a part number....terrible support from an auto parts store when asking about a simple, basic, standardized part.Update:I went to the store and spoke with Jaime. I am sure that he is not a bad person, but he still wanted to dig his heals in about all of the different parts...rather than say, "I am sorry, I do/did not understand. If you could explain to me simply what you are looking for, I will try to help."I told him, light-heartedly, that I was giving him a chance to redeem himself - that none of us know everything - that I understood and was fine with that, but that I had come to help him - show him the part and description and help him with not being afraid to ask for help from the customer or say that he was sorry that he didn't understand.He said that he had nothing to apologize for...Oh, boy : P...Well, I am sure that he learned a little despite his best efforts...After all, although there are many kinds of trailer connectors, there is only one thing that is: 4-wire, flat plugs, male on one end and female on the other (a trailer 4-wire plug extension).All the best to everyone...life is good : )

Slow the guy behind the counter didn't know what he was doing when I wanted to return something.. Lady on the floor didn't speak no English. When asked the Manger about electric cleaner spray he said he doesn't know what I'm talking about.. Was really disappointed in the customer service all together..

Every order I try to p/u, the item isn't their, come back tomorrow, it has to be ordered from the main office. Their inventory control is horrible. Other Advance Store this isn't a problem but this one, it happens nearly every single time. Its like these employees hide stock to hold for the car wash next door.

Open late(ish) and the workers are top notch that know they re stuff. Be patient and polite please, so many people are in a hurry when they go here for some reason.

Good store, nice employees. They were very helpful when I asked them to look up parts for me and were even able to get me a coupon for the brakes I was purchasing. Only downside is that the parking is such a pain because of where it's located.

I called for some heater hose. Mr Angel answer and said YES they have it ,I asked if he can put them aside and Mr Angel said YES, I told him I'll be there in 10 mins. When I got there the store was empty. I found Mr Angel on the phone talking to a friend and ignore me for 15mins. I believe that this man be reported. Thank you for attention. First time this ever happened to me. And hoping it's my last.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! FIRST THEY GIVE MY FIRST ORDER TO THE WRONG CUSTOMER TELLING ME THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO PICKED IT UP WHEN I WAS IN LONDON ON A FLIGHT, THEN SHE ORDERS ME ANOTHER SPRAY WAX, CHARGED ME AND THEN I GO TO PICK IT UP A WEEK LATER AND THEY TELL ME I TOOK TOO LONG TO COME PICK IT UP, I WAS NEVER SENT AND EMAIL OR RECEIVED ANY PHONE CALLS LETTING ME KNOW MY ORDER WAS READY TO BE PICKED UP.....BUT IF MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK BECAUSE I TOOK TO LONG TO COME PICK IT UP WHY WOULD THE MANAGER CALL ME THE DAY BEFORE TELLING ME TO COME PICK UP MY ORDER, THE SAME ORDER YOU SAID WAS CANCELED????

Always so helpful, even if you don't know anything about cars, you'll walk out of there feeling like a mechanic. They tell you all you need to know and find the perfect stuff for your car.Ask for Henry he's the best!
