I took my Mercedes Benz gls 450, told em I already know the issue, told em I already paid $250 for a diagnostic test at a Mercedes dealership they said fine come tomorrow and I ll check it and start the claim with my repair insurance company.. came the next morning and they still did and charged me for the diagnostic test $154 just to find out the issue was the same thing I had said, fine no problems . Then he said it was the air compressor and that his sister is great at dealing with repair insurance companies and that I will have a update later that evening and we will start the repairs the next day.. called them they saying they called the insurance company and the company told them I not covered which is lies then they said the insurance company are negotiating a cover price.. I called the auto repair insurance company twice and they said 240 build has never call them or file any claim or any notes about my vehicle . well it s 7 days later and 240 build still hasn t call me back or gave me any update don t recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good respected shop

One of the most reliable & honest mechanic shops to do work with! Anil is thorough and detail oriented in his profession and aims to provide the best solution based on what will work for you. The professionalism in customer service is absolutely impeccable! While my car was in service, I was provided with real time updates on the status of my vehicle and was assisted with any questions I had. I definitely found a place I can trust! 240 built has been my go to for all my car needs breaks, rodent issues ( squirrels lol), body and paint work. I must say the owner is truly dedicated to his craft. So I ve been going here since they opened. The owner Hira and partner Abe really know what they re doing. From body work to engine repair and audio installation they do it all. Prices are fair and reasonable. The amount of detail in their work really shows. Overall 10/10 5 stars without a doubt. One of the most honest and down to earth shop I've come across.Hira displayed a remarkable level of knowledge and skill when it came to diagnosing and resolving the issues with my air suspension. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, identifying the exact problem and explaining it to me in a clear and understandable manner.Not only did they quickly identify the root cause, but they also offered a cost-effective solution. Their transparency in explaining the necessary repairs and providing a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront was highly appreciated. From the initial contact with Anjali who was extremely pleasant and professional. She put my mind at ease, since this was the first time using their service with my car. Also when I met her brother he to had the same sentiments of his sister. This is the only shop that works on my car. I have 100 percent trust in them and they always do genuine good quality work unlike most shops in New York. If there s any problem with my car they are always willing to take a look at it and fix it. 240 Built all the way

I have been going to Anil since he opened to service my Mercedes, he is very professional and upfront when it comes to any issues or concerns about my car. Anjali who works the back office is terrific to deal with, she is always very prompt is letting me know the status of my car and very friendly. Hira and 240 are the real deal. Very professional. My car was hit on the drivers side door by a reckless driver , I took my car to Hira with the guy s insurance info and he got me in a rental same day I dropped the car off , he handled all the insurance calls and rental calls for me he made what started off as a horrible experience into a great one ,and my baby came back better then new. These accidents are so unexpected and can happen at the worst times in life, having a reliable shop to go to really makes a difference man. Definitely recommend

Crook & Fraud.To begin with, MY MISTAKE is not getting proof, I gave him my car as well as giving this man child a chance.I brought this boy a 2022 Mercedes E350 needed exterior face work and also a new tire.Not only did he have my car for 3 weeks, but the car was then STOLEN and tried to blame me for the mistake.The cops then found the car located in a garage in the Bronx, and they were stripping the car down to the bare metal! Apparently, the owner of the car "Ahnal" sold them the car "for parts."My heart was shattered into pieces when I saw it for myself!This isn't someone you should give your car keys to let alone vehicle.No morals and lack character.I wish it was possible to give lower than 1 star.I'm not posting the car only to never have to see it again and wish and hope you learn from my mistake.
