The owner John runs a very good business. He is smart, professional and he and his secretary communicate the status of the repairs very well from start to finish. I always bring my car here and have always been treated very well and very fair. I highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicles mechanical needs.Thank you Ferra s for top-notch service!

My daughter had a nail in her tire ..slow leak. She had a long trip planned the next day. They got her in right away and plugged the tire ..and ..great price. Definitely found a new garage. Nice people! Great service!

This place is top notch. My recent visit was for a NYS inspection & filter replacement. As a testimony to the popularity, reliability and trustworthiness of Ferra's, the lot is always full. The shop also services commercial vehicles and boats. This is also the shop that classic car owners trust to service their cars. One of the best experiences I ve ever had with a mechanic. My vehicle was leaking gasoline and we called around to several different places, Ferra s offered to take a look at it and attempt a fix as we were on a time crunch. Not only did they get us in much faster than expected, they were so friendly and communicated with us through the repair and estimated cost. I will be breaking up with my regular mechanic to continue going to Ferra s. 10/10 thank you guys so much!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in for a wheel alignment, and they did exactly that. My car tracks and drives straight like new. Also they were cheaper than box goofy lube tire shops, and again, fixed the problem I was having. I cannot stress that enough. Appointments are always 2 weeks out and for good reason. They do a great job.

Ferra s came recommended to me by my brother, who has always been my mechanic, but recently hasn t been available to do some of my work. I ve been here a few times now and found them to be thorough, fair in pricing, and most importantly honest. I bought a new car recently (my first time making a bigger purchase) and had them look it over, they let me know a few things needed to be taken care of down the road but other wise was a good buy. If you re looking for a new shop, check them out!

The staff at Ferra's dropped what they were doing to help me diagnose a warning light right and some vibration in the steering column before we were scheduled to leave for a 5 hour ride home. After a quick inspection on the lift, they identified the issue as low tire pressure with no puncture. After inflating the tires to the proper levels, we were good to go on our trip. Considering we had no appointment, and were asking for a last minute service, I couldn't believe they wouldn't take any payment for helping me. Truly a great neighborhood asset!Service: Tires

I was new to the area and after a few so so experiences found Ferra's. They are honest, competent, friendly and deliver quality work with a home town feel. I've been going there for two years now and have had consistent great service. I recommend them anytime the talk turns to cars.

Ferra's is the best. They treat us as neighbors and do superb work on our cars, at a fair and reasonable price. Wonderful people. Let me add (on June 6, 2019) that I went to Ferra's this morning for some work and they were prompt, fair, totally reasonable in price, and always personable. Just the best, totally trustworthy and they do great work.

John and his crew are reliable and excellent mechanics. I've had problems with all my vehicles and each time they wind up at Ferra's for service. An honest, qualified mechanic is hard to find.

We began using Ferra s exclusively last year. We bought a Honda CRV that had sat unused for nearly a year. We brought it to the Honda dealership and they said it was going to cost $1800 for repairs necessary to pass inspection. A contractor doing work on our house suggested that we go to Ferra s... only $700 and a done deal. Amazing how the cost can go from $1800 to $700. Today I brought my Subaru in because the check engine light came on. They called the Subaru dealership and they told me it was actually covered under my Subaru warranty (even though I have over 60,000 miles on my car). Ferras could have fixed it, charged me and not said a word but their honesty and fair dealing always shines through! A great place a nice people!

I find this place to be very expensive. Had a few things done to three different cars, brought one in with a check engine light, cost $900 to fix two things. Check engine light came back on on the drive home, I googled it and swapped a $15 part out in ten minutes and the check engine light was gone for good

This is a great shop. They are responsive, informative, listen to their customer needs, efficient getting the work done and car back as promised. Ferra's is a place I will recommend to my friends and family.

Quick with the hook on the tow truck, once hooked would not answer phone or work with insurance company.Even after going there owner would not come out of the office and talk to us. All around horrible experience. Would NOT recommend this shop......

John and company really know their business at Ferras Automotive. I ve known John and his family since we were kids and would say he s a good businessman and one of integrity. I self diagnosed a problem with my GMC 2500 and was quite sure of it.WRONG-O. Sean corrected the problem and I couldn t be more pleased. Thank you again,L.A.Keefe

Quick turn around time with great service. I hate to have people work on my cars but I trust them to do it. They prices are very fair.

The type of garage that you have to keep bringing your car or boat back to till the real problem is found. But you still have to pay for all the other things that were fixed that didnt end up being the problem
