Visiting my older parents for Christmas, and I ended up sleeping in my freezing car for Christmas Eve (and them in their own car) because they had a dangerous propane leak at 2:00 in the morning, right after receiving a propane delivery. I appreciate the emergency technician who had to come from an hour away to cap off the tank until it can be replaced at some point (obviously they won't replace it Christmas Day). But I feel extremely unsafe with my parents using this company and I hope they find another provider.

Prior to coming to Porco Propane, my family was with another propane company for years. In the beginning that company was good, but then they took a big nose dive. They let me run out every year for three years in a row. During those years I was fighting Cancer & they didn t deliver for two whole weeks in the winter. I was even on the pre-buy with them. Ever since I have switched Porco Propane they have been amazing! Not just in price either, but in the quality of service as well. I would and have recommended this company to my friends and family.Thank you,CW

The staff at our local office are so nice and friendly that we're on a first name basis with them. So, when my fiance', Dave, and I had to call our office because the delivery driver forgot to leave us a receipt, we spoke to Jackie. At least, that's what we thought. We later found it hanging from our porch banister. Anyway, Jackie sent, by email, us a copy of our receipt by the end of the day.Jackie, and the entire staff in her office, are always friendly, fast and efficient. We really appreciate all your hard work to make sure that we can cook, have heat and/or hot water. THANK YOU!

They (the local office) have no idea what they are doing. Sent back my assistance. Bills are wrong. They don't come to fill when asked. Left me without propane heat for days in 20� weather. The main number it's so hard to get ahold of anyone and sometimes you even get Canada. Their installers etc so far have all been extremely nasty and impatient. The only positive thing I can say is the local delivery man for the propane itself is extremely nice and probably the only competent person in the entire company.

Stay away from this company I never had the worse service in my life , last week they were suppose to come install my tanks technician says that the gas pipe needs to be outside the house the company agreed that they will bring the pipe outside which is 1 foot of pipe for free they said they will call me back to schedule I get a call few days later saying they have to charge me 160$ I said fine do it the day they were suppose to show up nobody came the last at the service desk who s very nasty says there short staff like the whole world lol next day they show up they say they can t do it I need to extend the vents I said ok it will take me 5 minutes to extend the vents then they say my dryer duct is to close to the tanks so I removed my dryer ducts then he says he s not suppose to extend the pipe which I called the office and they said he was suppose to so he called his office and said he can t do it because my vents which I had the parts to install and they left me with no tanks no gas for me switching over to there company and no heat and cursed me out on the way out in front of my mother and my 1 year old then the nasty lady at the office calls me and tells me I wasted there time because they don t wanna do the install stay far far away unorganized and disrespectful staff
