Everyone was very welcoming and courteous. They have a comfortable waiting area. The car inspection was quick and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Had a flat tie and needed one put on a rim. We dropped it off around noon and waited around 4.5 hrs for them to do it. Nerve wracking, especially, when you have a vehicle on 17. Very friendly staff and couldn t beat the price. Just would ve liked some idea when it would be ready. We never got a call and ended up driving back a few minutes before closing and were told they were just now working on it.

I was traveling and had a car accident on NY-17 a few months ago a few hours away from my house. I looked for body shops in the area for repairs and found Jerry's Collision and decided to bring my car to them. Jerry and Carol were more than helpful throughout the entire process.Since I lived a few hours away, it was not so easy to come in person to handle all the business but this body shop was able to accommodate. They were extremely responsive and courteous throughout the whole process, keeping me updated at each step.I paid for this repair out of pocket and this shop was able to give me a very reasonable price for the work that was done. After receiving parts for the repair, Jerry and his crew were able to get the job done very quickly. Upon inspecting the car during pickup, it seemed like they did a great job and the car looked to be in good condition.After driving the car for a few months, I have had no issues and the car seems to be like new again. Jerry and his team did an excellent job. This crew is courteous and skilled in their profession. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I was passing through this area of New York when I started having a problem with my car accelerating. I went in and they could have upsold me or charged me a lot for my issue but they correctly diagnosed that it was bad gas and sold me an $8 bottle of ignition cleaner that seemingly fixed the whole issue. I really appreciate their honesty and knowledge that got me back on my way when it could have been a super stressful or costly experience at any other shop. I'm very lucky that I happen to be passing there exit when I was having the issue

How can a place as ethical, efficient and fairly priced be so good at what the do? They care. They are not only skilled professionals, their staff is kind, empathetic, and just really good people. Go there with confidence. They will take care of you, and you car, like a dear friend would. Thank you, Jerry's!I discovered Jerry's last year. Since then, I get more impressed with the service every time I go. Jerry runs an HONEST, professional shop. His staff are friendly, knowlegable, kind and efficient. Jerry's collision is a good mechanic shop. They've worked on my car for 2yrs now for maintenance care and at times a check engine light. Their prices I feel are fair. No sudden fluctuating. They never do work on a car until they've cleared it with the customer which I like. The front desk staffing is great always helpful and friendly. Great people.

Had my car inspected. Very nice people to deal with!My brakes were acting up. They took me in asp. Within 24 hrs. brakes were brand new. Reasonable.My husband & I will be using Jerry's, from now on. Great service!

Not thrilled at all. A week later and multiple calls later they finally take our car in the shop from the parking lot, then give us attitude because we had done almost all of the work at home, there were a few small things that a mechanic with the right tools was needed for, apparently Jerry's doesn't like to do parts of a job as he stated while muttering and walking away. Almost $400 to pop a hood, charge an ac, charge a battery, and put plastic clips on, never attended to the code for the manifold (the main reason it went in) and lots of attitude from him later... Many of our vehicles have been there over the years but this was the last one. Gave us the car back with the air bag light on, still sputtering because the MAP sensor wasn't even checked, and told us it was fine. Let's just say if something happens to the engine or we get into an accident with no airbags we know who will pay for the replacement vehicle and medical bills

Superlative!It does not get better than this! I hit a deer; not good. Wrecked the front end of my brand new Jeep Trailhawk Compass, and you can imagine... I went to Jerry's collision in Wurtsboro and was actually taken aback by the sheer professionalism, know-how and efficiency of Jerry and his team. He ensured I got all new factory parts and had the job completed in under three days. Really! Great people! Great work! Excellent pricing!!! I recommend him wholeheartedly and would only use his establishment for repairs. Top notch, all the way around!!!!

My mother and grandmother went to this place for years. To find out the work they were paying for was never actually done. The vehicle s were taken to another shop because every time they went to Jerry s it was $500-$700. So we got a second opinion. Where they told us the work we had paid for wasn t done. It s just a shame that Jerry s would take advantage of two elderly women.

I hit a deer in my car and they helped me out fantastically well! With dealing with my insurance getting it all resolved my car came back perfect and they cleaned the whole inside and out!! Highly recommend this place to anyone needing anything done to there vehicles! Thanks guys!!

Great work, with competitive price not to mention the customer service is excellent they significantly beat other places estimates on the damage to the front end of my truck and even after I called to see if my truck could be picked up only too find it was 15 minutes until they closed nbn the owner offered to give me a ride.
