I m so happy I found Kanty and his team of experts! I am happy to say the work came out great too. The repairs were fairly priced, great warranty, speedy service and all with a great personal experience. I will certainly be back and I highly recommend Kanty and Ricky at Tri Auto & Body. Great group of knowledgeable guys. They take care of everyone! Ray and Kanty are honest and to the point. They take pride in their work and helping out their customers as best as possible. They do all this at reasonable prices. I recommend all my family and friends to this shop.

Great customer service. The mechanic takes care my car very well. And they charge fair price for any repairs or car parts.For tlc drivers, they make sure you will pass the annual tlc inspection on first tryThey have a good deal on oil change. Ask for Ricky

Fair pricing and professional job done. Accident and need a body job done they can do it perfectly. Need an oil change or inspection they have it there too. They even have aftermarket parts you can purchase. Awesome vibe from the employees too.Update: I had car accident and they helped me with all the auto insurance. They have been a great help.

I'm a picky guy when it comes to who fixes my cars, Tri-auto has been great, the owner Ricky listen to customers and advice them the different on good vs great parts. Never once gave me a problem with all 4 of my cars. always had taken care of them, From body work to routine up in order to keep my car running top notch!!

So hard to find good honest auto mechanic shop in NYC. I am very happy my friend introduced me to this shop. Ricky is so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Also, I am very happy that he is specialized in luxury car!

I was referred to Tri Auto by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the service that I got. I went during late morning on a Saturday. There were cars that were already being worked on but Kanty, the manager of the place, was extremely friendly and helped me get in and out of place in no time. He also gave some insightful recommendations for my car that I'll have to look into. I'll definitely bring my car back to Tri Auto for all servicing needs and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone else.

I have been coming here for about 10 years because of their professionalism, work ethic and honesty. I have gotten, lots of jobs done ranging from an oil change to a transmission overhaul on several cars. Got the recommendation from AutoVision Auto Leasing and Sales, can t go wrong with a major player in the auto industry. Spoke to Kanty and Mike about some work on my car, schedule the date, and dropped of my car. What stands out on top of the punctuality, value/price, is the honesty. Kanty called me mid-day to notify me they saw other concerns and recommend changing those parts as well. Given it s the same work , there would be no extra labor charge, just the cost of the replacement parts. Knowing a little about cars, he was right but other garages and dealerships would charge have charged extra labor. This is a characteristic of a honest garage that is often hard to find.

Ricky is very honest and reliable mechanic. I went elsewhere once for an inspection, I got tricked and lied to and completely regretted trying a different mechanic.As long as I live in queens Tri Auto is my go to spot.

I own 2 cars, Honda accord sedan 2013 and Acura MDX 2011. Both of my cars have been serviced at this shop. They have an honest approach to help you and trouble shoot the problem. They always provide options for parts that meet my budget without sacrificing quality. I have been coming here for 10 years. They have serviced my Mazda CX7 2008 as well when i had a prpblem with the Turbo booster not working properly. I dont ever take my car to the dealer, i always bring it to Ricky and his team. These guys are experts at their trade and if your car needs body work, they have the body shop right next door.
