I recently had the opportunity to visit THE CAR GUYS shop for repair work on my vehicle, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the level of service and quality of work that they provided. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff and the manager Omar who made me feel comfortable and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands.The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that they took pride in maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. The technicians who worked on my car were experienced and skilled, and they took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explain the repair process to me in detail.I was kept updated throughout the repair process, receiving regular phone calls with progress reports and estimated completion times. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and helped me plan my schedule accordingly.When I picked up my car, I was amazed at the quality of the repairs. The paint job matched perfectly, and you couldn't even tell that there had been any damage in the first place. The Car Guys did a fantastic job repairing my truck including a full check up and detail. When one item required follow-up, Omar and the team took care of it right away with no questions or issues. They were great to work with. Highly recommend.

My encounter with this establishment not only exposed their dishonesty but also highlighted a lack of professionalism that I believe potential customers should be wary of.I purchased a car from them, trusting in their reputation and the reassurances provided at the point of sale. Regrettably, this decision soon proved to be a grave mistake. The vehicle, far from being a reliable purchase, was riddled with issues, a stark contrast to the condition that was promised to me.In good faith, I approached the management, recalling their initial promise to address any post-sale concerns. However, this interaction took an unexpected and unwelcome turn. Not only did the manager dismiss my concerns with utter disrespect, but I was also subjected to insults and unceremoniously expelled from the premises. This reaction was both shocking and disheartening, signaling a blatant disregard for customer service and accountability.The refusal to honor their commitment to rectify the car's problems not only underscores a significant integrity gap within Omar operations but also casts a shadow over their trustworthiness. It is with a heavy heart that I must advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative establishments for their automotive needs.This review is not written out of spite but from a genuine concern for fellow consumers. One of the best in the industry. They helped me fix up my car in less than 24 hours so that I could sell my car at the highest price and get the most value. They even detailed my car after doing the bodywork. These guys really know how to take care of their customers. I will be returning. 10/10

It use to be a good shop that I used for over ten years, but the sons took over and have no respect for their customers or business. It took me 6 months, a bunch of arguing and chasing them, and about a dozen visits to get some of the stuff they broke fixed. They also lied and said they replaced the door panels, but instead did terrible body work and took the money from my insurance for replacing the door panels. They also installed the top of the door panel by the window outside backwards, left paint and clear coat splatter everywhere, ruined my rubber door weather stripping by gluing it crooked to the door and leaving black marks everywhere, and refused to replace a window panel they scratched up. I regret not using an insurance approved body shop like Deans Expert Auto Body so I could have held them accountable and had the work done properly!Service: Body & Trim

The owner and his son are extremely helpful! A scratch? Take it to their shop, any modifications? Take it to their shop? Not happy with the job? They will make sure you are fully satisfied before you drive out of there. I am a big car fanatic, I take both of my cars for touch up, polish, modifications and etc directly to them because of their extremely helpful service and an amazing job on all of their work that they do.

Great great great spot to get an ILLEGAL tint inspection for $100! But not a great spot to get a LEGAL $10 tint inspection with proof of tint exemption! You'll get asked to pay $100 anyway or if not rejected! #dmvvs35formHey owner! Na, You obviously tried to rob me! I have a tint exception! Learn the laws on tint exceptions!

The most honest people you ll ever deal with. They do fantastic work and attention to detail is amazing. They took care of me when i went through my problems and always kept it 100 with me. They have their own detail shop too, they hold family values and take care of you like you re family. Best shop ever.

do yourself a favor and never go here lol. All young and inexperienced people who have no idea how to run a business. Dropped my car on Thursday and the owner told me he d let me know how much everything would be later that day. 5 days pass and no response. I go on the 6th day and take my car back. I have been going to them since I bought my first car. From Akram Uncle to brother Osman/Omar/Jishan/Salman all of them are a symbol of humbleness and honesty. From insurance claim to out of pocket pay they have always provided me the best of the best service. Dany is pretty good finding out mechanical/electrical issues and Vora is tremendous at his craftmanship in body works. I do not recommend this shop. The family that runs it seems genuinely kind, but the work that was done was a disappointment and not of good quality. Go to G&R Auto instead; they are not as convenient, but their service and quality of work is very reliable.I tried this place aka Northern Collision because it's closer to my house. I asked them to fix a leak in my power steering and the Check Engine light. They said that my rack and pinion needed to be replaced as well as the EVAP canister. I paid over $1K for both services. When I went to open my hood, I noticed that the mechanic working on the car had neglected to replace two screws on the frame of the car. Sloppy, but ok. Less than a month later, the power steering is leaking again, the check engine light still goes on. My first and last time with this business.Apparently, I didn't need the EVAP box or the rack and pinion replaced. The issue was with the sensors.

Big a Auto knows what they are doing.First the welcome you with THE BEST customer service you will get anywhere,then they research where they can get you the best price for the parts you need then they give you the price for parts and labor at the fairest and in my case the cheapest I found from Brooklyn to Queens and even the Bronx. Their honesty and hospitality from the owner to the manager to the mechanics is like your first breath of fresh air when landing on a tropical island. Dealing with people like them has renewed my faith in humanity.Its not easy finding a trust worthy shop that's not trying to take advantage of your need and hit you over the head

One of the worst places I ve ever been to for car repair. I had more issues with the car once it was returned to me after service. They just care about making a quick buck - talk about quantity over quality. After giving me the wrong diagnostics and damaging my vehicle, they had the audacity to charge me extra for it. Don t let their kindness fool you; it s all an act to take your money. I would give more details on their messy mechanical work, but I rather not go there... sooo disappointed. Will never ever return to Big Z Auto. I rather take my chances and YouTube how to fix my own car!!

Honest and friendly . Not thugs like most repair shops. Owner is a great guy . A true gentleman.Great quality of work at most reasonable price.Don't go anywhere else. For all kind of work. Body and mechanical or electrical. Most recommended.

If you want your vehicle ruined take it to this place. The employees acting all nice is just a ploy. Don t let them fool you. I would never recommned this place to NO one!! There are many other shops in NYC. Please read all the 1 star reviews before reading the good. I am pretty sure all their good reviews are from their family and friends. Two words: SLOPPY WORK!

I LOVE THIS PLACE, one of the best customer service I ve ever seen , I brought my Toyota here when I got into an accident , got my car back looking brand new , one of the best paint jobs I ve ever had !! Definitely recommend everyone to come if they need any work , very open minded, 5 out of 5 for me !!!

Lately the workmanship has been horrible. There lead mechanic Danny is a thief and doesn't put on all part when customer supplies them and he's a hack artist. I did work for them and in return they were suppose to change the suspension on my car and I supplied all the parts. Yesterday my upper controls snapped on left rear tire of my car almost causing me to crash into the divider. When looking at my suspension I noticed the arms had mercedes symbols on them but I bought aftermarket parts thats how I know it wasn't changed. So iI would advise u to go somewhere else if Danny is still their lead mechanic.

Simply a horrible experience. They act all nice to your face, then rip you off either on the price or more stuff starts breaking after you bring your car here. So many other better options close by!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Although they have done Jobe nicely. But they guy at night shift is thief thats the guy I ve handed over my car key stole All of my bulbs. ( replaced my headlights bulb LED To Regular bulb and stole i had some extra bulbs stored in Car. Plus stole one of High beam Bulb as well.
