Greatest auto shop I ve ever been to. Skillful mechanic, owner ken knows all about BMW, treat you as a friend. Fair price with full heart on the vehicles, take care of your car like their own treasure. Manager MC was chatty too, great place to have your car fixed/modified, they are all truly trustworthy car guys.

I don't know where's theses negative reviews are from recently , but I been coming for them for years, being a uber driver is already hard, they been taking care of me, in the summer one of my passenger broke the handle of my seat they spend 2 hrs and did not charge me, and yesterday just got my car done there, they seem to be down to earth and honest people, and helps out us alot.

I came here for my maintenance, like oil change and brakes. I had them do my exhaust and found they are really professional, so I sent my car in for my crank hub upgrade, that job requires so many BMW special tools and really high skills. the owner really knows his stuff, and pay attention to the little detail. I've been using this shop to fix my car for the past two years and i certainly would continue to do so. i would recommend people who is looking for high quality and affordable price shop to come to this shop.

316 customer service is top notch ,got into a accident during covid19 times, most shop are closed and unwilling to help me, but ken, Tommy help me go through insurance and kept me updated every process, would choose them again in a heart beat.

Oh My God, this is simply the best repair shop in New York, everything is very reasonable. Their service is the best I have experienced in years. Since I came to 316, I will never go back to 4s. When I first came to New York, I felt that many private car dealerships were too mixed up, and I always only went to 4S stores, but there is really no need to do so. 316 not only has good projects, high efficiency, and friendly staff, but most importantly, the prices are reasonable and favorable! You can communicate with the master if you have any preferences or needs, and there is no language barrier. A conscientious businessman!
