As an auto enthusiast, auto body work has always been a cringing point for me. You never know how the work is going to come out until all the time and money is spent. I've been on the receiving end of many HORRIBLE jobs. Some which were actually just bad jobs, and others jobs were "okay", but deep down inside I was left extremely disappointed. I was referred to Hewlett Auto Body from my boss and I do not have enough good things to say about them! The images should speak for themselves, but I had to write here to say that if you need auto body work done, look no further! These guys are the best and the customer service is beyond your wildest dreams. I worked mainly with Carlos who was an angel sent! I was let down after facing 2 hit and runs and when I meet with Carlos, from day 1 he was extremely supportive and responsive. All I had to do was call my auto insurance carrier to file a claim and Carlos and his team took care of everything else. They made this process extremely stress free and when I went to pick up the car I was in near tears with the quality of work Carlos and his team preformed. Bring your car here if you care about having the job done right the 1st time around.Thanks Carlos, Jeff, and team. You guys are awesome!!!!!!!

One of the better body shops that take care of all your collision needs. Absolutely amazing service. Tell Carlos I sent you had many situations where they just fixed my car and you couldn t tell it was ever hit just like brand new.

Just great guys! about sums up my experience with Hewlett Auto Body...Carlos and Jeff are just two genuinely good down to earth people who will take the time out to give you the best service humanly possible with some laughs along the way. They not only got me parts for the best possible price, they also helped me search for a possible car replacement if i decided i wanted to go that route, which they didn't have to do at all but they took the time. Really up front humble guys! Who will do amazing work on your car! My mustang came out looking awesome! Thank you guys!Service: Body & Trim

Best auto body shop I've ever been to. Carlos and Jeff are amazing. They helped me through the process with filing the insurance, they were very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail when fixing my car was immaculate.Extremely pleasant experience. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I absolutely love this place. The guy behind the counter, Carlos, was super attentive and took care of every one of my needs. He was very caring and seemed genuinely concerned with my situation. He ensured me that everything will be taken care of... and delivered! The quality of work was better than any I've seen by far! It sucks living this close to the city and having so many issues with body work. It seems that everyone is out to get you and the repairs are never up to par. This place definitely does it right though. I will come back whenever fate strikes again.

If you want an honest, efficient auto body shop that makes your vehicle look brand new with a very caring staff that makes sure that you don't spend a penny more than you have to, then Hewlett Auto Body is the place to go. Jeff and his staff are awesome!

I Had just bought a brand new 2020 Honda Insight. To my misfortune, it was hit by a drunk driver. The rear passenger tail light end was completely struck off. I had did some online search to find a dependable Auto body shop to repair it. If you are in a similar situation, look no further! I arrived at the shop just to check it out and see how comfortable I felt leaving my new baby (my first car ever!) In the hand of these strangers. After my conversation with Carlos, my doubt disappeared and I was sure this was the place that would take care of me. They are down to earth, trustworthy, and well experienced. He even drove me to the nearest rental car Agency when I dropped off my car so I could get to my rental. The repairs took only a week, just as initially promised to me. The finished job exceeded my expectations. My baby Tessa is in mint condition. I waited a week to write this review to see how she runs and if I run into any operational issues. Everything is still perfect. All in all, the guys at Hewlett did a fantastic job and looked out for me. Couldn t have asked for an easier Auto collision repair experience. Thank You Carlos! And thank you Hewlett Crew!
