They try to help to the best of their knowledge. If they don't have the part, they help direct where to find what you need. Been there a few times and have had good customer service. Veteran friendly, too!

Thanks to the car dealership I have a local Napa. Not just a hole in the wall napa though, the kind with tons of parts on hand already. I've been here many times since I moved to the area 10 years ago. If they didn't have it they got it. Same day typically as long as I ordered it in the morning. Great place.

Derek sold us windshield wipers. My teenager came out and between the two of us, we couldn't install the new wipers (I know, lol). My teen went back in, then came out followed by Derek... who installed the first one so we could see... the second one when we couldn't get it just right... and finished the third one.All of this in the rain.We're incredibly grateful.

Our car died and no one could give us a jump so we bought a 100+ jumper just before closing, we get to the car and open the box and it was destroyed, obviously used / damaged ! I better get my money back tomorrow

Napa in wolcott NY always has the parts we need, under new management you are greeted with friendly knowledgable people that are friendly, and go the extra mile to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else for parts!
