The sales associates were extremely helpful, Art & Joe. I drove in with my 13 year old Equinox not expecting to be driving home with a new 2024 Equinox, but they helped me through the whole process. I've been going to Cavallaro Neubauer's for years and they have always been good to me. The service has been excellent and I look forward to many more years with them.

Guys are great to work with. Got me right in fixed the problem quickly and back on the road. I don't live far away and they graciously dropped me off home did the work and picked me up. Highly recommend for any dealer services. Thanks Dave&Dave and the young man that worked on my truck.

The staff is so friendly there! No matter the time of day, the type of service or situation. I trade my vehicles in at least every 3 yrs and have never had a dealership as wonderful as they are here!

Inquired about a vehicle in the morning by text, got the info i needed rate away. Art called me, i stopped down in the afternoon , then went back , did paperwork & picked up my new vehicle that evening. Everyone was so nice and helpful & i couldn't be happier!!! I would recommend these guys to anyone!!!! Ty all so much!!!

All of the employees at the Cavallaro Neubauer Chevy Dealership in Wolcott went above and beyond to answer my questions and support my decision to purchase a Chevy Trailblazer. I am very thankful for how simple they made the process for me. Salesman Shawn Donegan even took the time to pick me up at my home because I was unable to get a ride to the dealership to pick up my new car. All of the employees that I met were cordial and made me smile. Thanks to the great staff at Cavallaro!

Would give 30 stars if I could!!! Not pushy at all. Art was the best salesman I ever met. He makes you feel comfortable in all the steps of buying. Very laid back group of people. Joe was very pleasant and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone there are "straight shooters" and don't blow smoke to sell a car. I will be buying all my cars from them from now on! Thank You Art and Joe!!

Dealing with a smaller dealership was so much nicer and easier than the heavy pressure sales of the large dealerships. Though all was offered, it wasn t pushed. Everyone was friendly and made sure to acknowledge us. Art and Joe explained everything well, and Rick was nice enough to come out to thank us. 40 years in retail management has taught me that small sincere gestures like this are what keeps people coming back. I highly recommend them

Rick, Kyle, Sean, and Joseph are fantastic! This was the best car (truck) buying experience I have had in my 53 years on this planet. They provided customer service that not only exceeded my expectations but went above and beyond what I even thought possible. I ll certainly will recommend Cavallaro-Neubauer to all of my family and friends and don t plan on ever buying a vehicle anywhere else.

Service department is always top notch. Dave, David and Nicole always are friendly and go above and beyond to help. 8 different GM products over the past 5 years and still have 3, we are always going to have warranty and service regardless of who you are. Best service department I have every worked with. Keep it up, it doesn t go unnoticed!

After about four and a half wait for the battery replacement, I found Kile to be very able and helpful. The wait was somewhat stressful, but I understand the problem with the recall.All the staff were great.

Highly recommend the body shop! Needed paint work and a part replaced on my 2020 and I am definitely impressed with the quality. Nate is awesome to work with. He is easy to reach, knowledgeable, and attentive to the customer. Service department is also very friendly. Too bad I did not find this place until after I purchased my vehicle because I would have loved to give them my business as well.

We are so happy with this dealership. I'm with my second Equinox from here(but my third Equinox). They've been extremely helpful in every way. Their employees have been excellent in every way. Any time I call for assistance, they have taken care of my problem, big or small. Art (salesman), Dave (in service dept) and Nate ( in body shop) we're and are my top ten people.

I was happy with the results. They made an error in expensive service job, and when brought to their attention, they verified the mistake, and repaired the error. There was no charge to me which made me very happy. I will continue to go there for service. I made a mistake once! This was not a mistake. Highly recommend this dealer. Dave Edwards is a down to earth individual that will explain the issues with your vehicle, so you can understand what is needed. You get what you pay for.
