Had a GE range that was defective from the moment it was delivered J&J were swift, diligent, and expert. They went above and beyond testing every aspect of the appliance. GE tried to pass blame for delays to them, which I investigated and GE were just trying to cover there own mistakes. These are good guys and you should trust them

Jordan quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine, replaced the worn part and now it s working like new! Very satisfied, would call them again for appliance service if needed!

Did not show up for a service call & my phone has an answering machine. After talking to J & J Appliance about the missed service call, it was discovered the warranty company gave J & J the wrong phone number to contact me. Another appointment was scheduled and they did show up. The appliance extended warranty company through Home Depot took 7 weeks to get a repair appointment scheduled and were difficult to work with.Service: Dishwasher repair

Jordan, Jed and Tammy are just amazing! Wonderful customer service. Jordan and Jed are quick to respond, friendly, very professional and can quickly figure out what is wrong, and fix it. I had a problem with an almost new LG dishwasher. J&J came two or three times, methodically replaced parts per manufacturers recommendations. The Tech spoke with tech support while working on machine. The machine now works perfectly and the latch issue and the computer issue / electrical connection issue were all resolved, very very happy customer!

The technician was very professional and able to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher. However, after three weeks, they were unable to explain to us where the replacement part was. First it was on 'back order' and then it was 'pending.' After our final phone call (again, several weeks after the initial service call) they still didn't know when the part would arrive. We called a competitor and they not only got the part within a week but also charged half the price for the part itself. They seem like a nice company, but we had to live without a dishwasher for much longer than needed - seems odd that someone else was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently, so I can't believe that this is a COVID related supply chain issue.I guess it's fair that we were still charged the hundred some dollars for the service call, but given that they bungled the fix itself, I'm surprised that they didn't waive that.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my oven and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They had the part in stock and I was able to pick it up that day. They gave me thorough installation instructions and really took the time to make sure that I could complete the task. I can t say enough about this company and their willingness to assist. So glad I found them
