A reliable, friendly, honest family business.Ive been here several times for small leaks to double checking other company s work. They work quickly and are straightforward about what they found and how they can help. They recently caught not just one faulty repair from another company but pointed out how two other tires were damaged and potentially unsafe. I always recommend them when people need tire service.

Fit me in quickly when I was in need of an inspection and tire change and alignment. Got the work done quickly, but more importantly, correctly. Unlike a lot of places around here, didn't look for problems when none exist (looking at you Arlington Tire and Auto). Was a 1st time customer and will now be a longtime one .

Recently purchased tires online and brought them here to dismount my old tires and mount and balance the new tires. I had an 11:30 appointment and I was back on the road at 12:10. Great service and very friendly. Advised me to come back after 25 miles to re-torque the lug nuts. Well done!

I live locally and called last minute to have an inspection on my F150 truck today. John was very friendly and took me in right away. His son printed my receipt and explained everything to me. The service was professional, honest, and overall very pleasant.It appears to be a family owned business and I highly recommend them; they all greeted me and were very kind and honest.I can honestly say I enjoyed my time there and was made to feel welcome and comfortable.Also, the shop is very clean, the employees were very careful with my new truck, and everyone was extremely professional.I've been to many car shops but this is hands down THE BEST car shop around!I will absolutely be a returning customer!

I am soooooo impressed! I heard a lot about this place but never really used them until this morning!They are sooo amazing! I was having a slow leak on my back tire and I was going to have a crazy busy week with work and what not so I needed a quick fix before work.I tired calling Walmart and they never picked up so instead I went here early in the morning and as soon as they opened like a crazy people I ask if they could fit me in. Now I imagined it being so last minute they A) couldn t fit me in B) I might have to wait all morning C) it was going to be crazy expensive.I kid you not they had me in and out in 15 minutes and it was only $27 .I m only coming here for tires from now on. Highly recommend. Super sweet couple.

Recently I had a great experience with Vails Gate Tire. I came in after blowing out a tire on the highway. They got me in quickly and on my way. They turned a very stressful situation into an easy one.Overall they went above and beyond.

Outstanding service! I called this place for new tires based on the great reviews and was really impressed! Alex was very friendly, helpful, patient and professional over the phone and knew who I was when I showed up in person. They were able to put the tires on within an hour and I didn't even have an appointment. The owner and his wife were also there and were so warm and friendly. My bf who lives in the city helped me drop off my car and he said he'd never seen service like this. This will be my go to place from now on for any service I need on my car!!

When I brought my car in, they determined they did not have the tires in stock. I was able to locate tires and they were happy to install only for me. I watched them interact with others in the shop and they were professional, friendly and efficient. The work was done quickly and well while I waited.

The family who owns the shop are wonderful people. Very honest and professional, and always helpful. They have always been able to accommodate me for service appointments, even last minute at times. They do excellent work and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them 100%!

Very helpful staff with great pricing on tires. I bought some winter tires from them in the summer and had them installed in November. Service was quick, friendly, and thorough. Both times they loaded the unused tires into my car in bags so the tires didn't dirty up my interior, which was I really appreciated! I will be going here for all my tire needs.

This was my first time visiting shop; needed my tires checked for a leak. It s been a long time walking into a business being greeted with a friendly smile and having someone service you in a nice friendly manner. Called on phone to check status of my car and I spoke to John, what a nice man. Took his time explaining what was being done to my car and not trying to brush me off and hang up. Called again spoke with Valerie again nice, warm friendly. I had such a great experience that I am going to make an appointment for new tires. Great service. Highly recommend!

I called John early in the morning to see if he had any availability. I thought I might be having issues with my brakes. I was able to get an appointment with in a few hours, which was perfect. I was just visiting the area and needed to get in and out. Not only did they take my car in right away, it was attended too immediately, and had my diagnosis in five minutes! Lucky I had nothing wrong but the customer service here is next level. I was in and out in 10 minutes which is something I ve never experienced. This mechanic has changed my entire perception of this industry. Great job! You ve just gained a repeat client.Thank you!

Traveling and visiting family, possibly moving up here, and now I found my one and only spot to go to for my tire and part needs. They were more than courteous and kind, and their professionalism was at an all-time high to where everybody should be taking notes from them. They got me in quicker than 3 minutes serviced my tire repair within 5 minutes and paid in done and a total time of 25 minutes. I will definitely be back for all of my purposes a car and Auto needs. They are also willing to work with you when you are financially in trouble and they will work with you. Definitely a big plus and they were very very very friendly to my little girl. I showed her where the play area was and they asked me to if I needed anything to let them know. They walked me through the entire process never once failed to make sure everything was okay okay and that I understood everything. I recommend everybody and nine counties go to and only go to these amazing people.

Met owner John and his family fir the first time tdy. Great experience. Went in to make an appt for tires and alignment never expecting to be taken care of right away but, that s exactly what happened. Great price on tires and service. And probably the shortest wait time I ve ever experienced. I happily recommend this business and will be a regular customer.

Excellent service! The staff is very friendly. They took my vehicle in quickly, performed great work, and they had me back on the road after a short time. Their prices are very reasonable. Best customer service ever! I got my new tires from them and the service was quick and the best price around. I also want to thank them for helping me today when I locked my keys inside my car at the gas station next door. They let me use their phone and helped me contact the insurance company (my phone was inside my car as well). Thanks again and I will be back soon to get new tires for my husband's car. I highly recommend their services.

Fast, friendly, and affordable family business.I got a puncture in my tire and first went to the big name tire shop around the corner. They had a long wait and are notorious for poor customer service. Luckily, I decided to ditch the chain and check out Vails Gate Tire instead. They had the correct tires in stock for less than what the other guys were charging and had me out in 20 minutes. I also love that it s a family business with a father, mother, and son working together

Five stars isn't clearly a justified amount. I was there on election day because I had brake issue. John the owner along with his wife and son took care of me and had my brakes done and oil change quicker than it took to vote. I would definitely give this review 10 stars. John is a hard-working and trusting man. The prices were way more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend and if your not going here you are going to the wrong place.

I truly can t say enough good things about this business. No one likes waking up to a flat tire in the morning, especially when they have some place to be. Unfortunately, that s what happened to me this morning. After filling my tire with air, I quickly headed over to Vails Gate Tire and Auto. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and quickly checked in. I don t think I was there for more than 5 minutes before they took my car in. Then 10 minutes or so after that, my car was ready to hit the road again. If this were any other place, I would have waited hours for a plug/patch. Not here though! This amazing family not only took care of me, they were absolutely the kindest mechanics I have ever been to in my life. Honest, professional, efficient, and reliable! They definitely have my families business for life!

This shop is hands down the best place to go in the area. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else. Can t recommend enough.

Vails Gate Tire and Auto is my "go to' place for my tire issues. I've brought my cars there 3 times this year and have always been satisfied. I prefer Vails Gate Tire and Auto because the proprietor, John, is an honest guy who doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary auto repairs like so many other tire and auto places. Highly recommended.
