I called to get an appointment for an inspection late on a Saturday when everyone else turned me away. They were quick and courteous, and able to help when no one else would. I will be using them again for my future needs and recommend that you do as well.

OMG there is nothing Joe & crew cannot fix and ......even at last minute!!! they are TRUE MASTERS!!!!! friendly, amazing and super cool! they know their STUFF!!!!! They own shops un NYC for years and years! wonderful wonderful honest body shop FINALLY here in the Hudson Valley!!!!

Joe from Route 94 Auto quickly determined that a metal object in my tire did not puncture it (soapy water test) and therefore could be removed, without need for additional service. He told me no charge, but of course I gave him some money anyway - very honest ! Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

I needed a vibration on my car checked out on short notice. The mechanic prioritized me immediately. He checked my tires and got in the car with me to see the deal. I was recently in an accident and needed repairs to my car. After speaking to the mechanics at Rte 94 Auto, I decided to bring my car in. Despite some delay in getting parts, which was out of their control, I was very pleased with the work done. Everyone, Shorty, Sam, and Charlie, were courteous, professional, and highly competent. I had called them an hour after they opened and asked if I can come in for a car inspection ASAP. they kept questions to a minimum, and told me I can come by in 20 minutes after my call. Went there as scheduled, the car inspection was short and sweet as it should be- no additional prying around since my car didn't have any issues or check engine light on. In minutes I was able to drive off with my inspection sticker. I am very satisfied with my experience and recommend them.

After being ignored for 45 minutes at Nissan dealership in Rockland I drove back to Orange County and went to my local Mechanic to hope and make an appointment and was told they could do the job right now! Amazing service! I will be definitely be coming back for future car Complications. Thank you so much you Guys made my Day!

I was desperately trying to get my car to my repair shop at the 5 corners when it cut off RIGHT IN FRONT of their repair shop.Vinnie and I believe her name was Katherine came over, did a diagnostic test and said it was the alternator. They offered to jump start my car even after they gave me a fair price estimate how much they would charge me to fix the alternator.I m very lucky my car died in front of their shop.They did a great job, called me early the next day and gave a itemized bill.Great job guys!

I brought my Dodge Viper in for repair, which is a very rare vehicle; Vinnie and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I ve also had my truck repaired there, with the same respect. I live about 1 hour away, but this is my mechanic no matter where i live. I ve had friends and family go here and they all agree, best mechanic and staff ever.

Visited his shop shortly after he opened and have always been treated with fairness and respect. It is great to find a repair facility where they know what they are doing, do not try to oversell you and are affordable. I have recommended his shop to my friends and I trust Vinnie to work on my kids cars. Vinnie is always available to answer questions and to explain what work will be done. He takes time to speak with his customers and truly gives you your money's worth.

One shop told me it was a $500 job. Went to Vinnie he replaced a pin and bolt, charged me $50. My daughter s car had brake problems, he found air in the line bled it out. You don t see must honesty and fairness from a mechanic anymore. Another place would have changed everything out costing a lot of money. Thank you Vinnie.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Wouldn't know I called on Thursday with a problem, I drive over an hour each way back in forth to work asked if someone could take a look at my car it was making a strange noise. The guy on the phone said Monday was the soonest opening. Called Levine's on route 94 they got me in right away put the car up on a lift, drove it around said all was well nothing seem to be the problem free of charge. They were Great!

I had an absolutely awesome experience with Vinnie... What others may have tried to pass off as a major exhaust problem (which luckily it wasn't) was thoroughly explained to me and fixed in less than 2 hours for a great price. He also retourqued the car's lug nuts, something I'd been needing but neglecting to have done for over a month, while it was there. Thanks so much! :-)

Prices are not as shown. When I asked why the cost was so high the lady in front quickly got defensive and told me that the prices printed on the form I filled out were from 5 years ago and spoke over me every time I tried to speak. Definitely disappointed by the service I received. The one good thing was my car was finished in timely fashion.

I stumbled onto Vinnie's Auto Repair last year while looking for a garage to service my air conditioner. I had brought it to a local "fast food" type garage to charge the A/C, which told me the unit had a leak, would not accept a charge, and needed to be repaired. I then brought it to Vinnie's. He charged the A/C and told me there was no leak at all.Appreciating the honesty, I have been bringing my car and truck there ever since. The services are thorough and have quick turn-around times with reasonable and competitive rates.I most recently brought my truck in for a front-end repair and also asked them to check on an oily residue underneath the tranny fluid pan. I was subsequently told that it was just blowback from motor oil from a loose drain plug. A dishonest mechanic could have easily told me I needed a tranny repair, I wouldn't have known any different and would have paid substantially to get it fixed.Their honesty is part of the reason I keep going back, along with the quality of their repair work, turn-around time, and fair price rates.

At Vinnie s they are always so helpful, honest & reasonable with their pricing. Whenever I call they can fit me in and are gladly happy to take my appointment. I m so grateful to have found them!!!

I came in earlier during the storm, one of the only people who was opened, which shows dedication, took me right in. Did the inspection on my car in minutes . Nice guy too , I mentioned a few things I needed for my other car He just listened didnt try to upsell me on anything, going back for some more work next week

I can t believe I have to give them a star, but there s no option for 0. Not friendly; fixed one thing and broke 2 others. Then, expected me to return it for fixing at their leisure and my additional cost. I think he s a crook and I think he s creepy. Maybe men do better there, but this woman had a horrible experience.
