Not trustworthy. I was interested in a Honda fit sold by Sayed, the car was at the dealerships property listed for sale by one of the salesman who works there but the car was not for sale at dealership itself. I was told the car Has some minor rust, but overall great condition . However when I went to check it out I found out the rust was very bad, to the point of being dangerous. Parts of the frame has significant amounts rusted out to the point where the strength is to some extent compromised. The Honda fit is a low car so I can t see much under it without a lift but what I was able to see was very bad. The exterior/interior had questionable hardware screws holding things together, the shift knob missing, several other missing parts inside even a broken seat buckle. I didn t even get to see the engine bay to know what else was messed up, but I did see the muffler was replaced with a cheap eBay looking one. The main reason why I am even making the review is just to warn someone buying a car from here, because if the salesman is okay with stating a car is in good shape when it s actually dangerous then I feel like the dealer is very untrustworthy and is likely to lie about other cars that are for sale.

I bought a 2017 Sonata for about $13k this past December, car fax was clean, they assured my nothing was wrong other than a sticky window button. My financing had the total I was going to pay closer to $16k. Here I am 9 months later with a dead engine and over $12k left on the vehicle. All maintenance was done on time by professionals the whole time I had the car. They re unwilling to work with me other than offering to help me find a cheaper USED motor for ME to purchase. Definitely do no suggest trusting them.Responding to your response: Had you guys been honest about the recalls on the vehicle it would have been a different story and I would have considered a warranty if I was going to buy the car at all. Instead you guys said the only recall for the vehicle was for the trunk latch meanwhile Hyundai informed me there is also one on the motor. There s no way to spin selling cars with bad motors into a good thing from you guys, just stop.

As a parent of a 20 year old college student, I wanted my son to have a reliable vehicle that also worked with our budget. Thanks to Prestige, this past July my son got his first car, a 2011 Jetta. Prestige made it easy with awesome customer service and friendly staff. Jay and his team know what they are doing, so there was no need for sales pressure. We also went to several other dealers and ultimately returned to Prestige. We are extremely happy with the purchase. I highly recommend you give them a visit. Thank you Prestige!

Fantastic place! Sayed was friendly, helpful, patient and in good humor! He worked within my budget and NEVER gave me a hard time. It was my first time buying a car, and I can't wait to go back for my second and maybe even third!On top of that, I like the selection of cars there too.

Recently purchased a 2016 Mini Countryman from Prestige Pre-Owned Motors. I dealt with Hash for the entire experience. He was super friendly and very professional. I had been burned quite a few times at other pre-owned dealerships, so I was hesitant going in. I had a few issues with the vehicle that Hash dealt with immediately without tacking anything on the final price. It was a smooth and easy process. Any issues or questions were dealt with quickly. Hash was upfront and honest from the get go. I had a great experience, and I will be sure to refer friends and family to them in the future!Thanks, Hash! You were great!

I was in search of a car and was kind of stressed because it was my first one and I know it can be a little bit of a process. Luckily, my friend who had this situation before recommended me to Prestige. When I went there I was sort of nervous because I was very new to this, but the staff really helped me out and ensured my transaction was successful. One of the salesman there, Allen helped me a lot, showing their inventory and educating me about cars overall. He really knew about his craft, which mad me feel 10x more comfortable than when I started. This made getting my first car a great experience that I didn t expect. Thank you to everyone at Prestige who was able to make this milestone in my life possible.

Couldn't be happier with the quality & range of vehicles and the service from all the staff. No pressure to purchase and they were completely honest about the veichles and offered their opinions when we asked. We came interested in one vehicle, but ended up test driving 3 before deciding. They offered financing, dmv services, and extended warranties also, so we were able to get everything done here. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.

I have been searching desperately for my first car and my family was even planning to search out of state until we came across prestige. I found the car that was perfect for me. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and made me feel comfortable about my decisions and gave me friendly advice when I felt unsure. The process was so quick and easy and easy isn t a known word when working with my Hispanics family lol. Overall it was a great first car experience!

Absolutely awful experience. Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them about 5 months ago. They saw we had two very young kids and we mentioned that we needed a good family car as we were about to travel to Arizona. Not a huge issue securing the vehicle, but within 24 hours I noticed issues with the rotors. I called and they tried to say it was normal. My husband calls and it becomes no issue to get it looked at. Fast forward we are here in Arizona to get an alignment and tire change and I find out that the complete undercarriage of my car is totally rusted. I was told by two different mechanics and a collision center that my vehicle is not safe to drive. I was also told that there is absolutely no way that it would have rusted like this in the time we have had it. It needs $23,000+ in repairs. Not to mention the emergency brake cable broke from rust and I have no emergency break line. When I called to talk to Ed, not only did he talk down to me, but he kept telling me it is because we have drove it 11,000 miles. Almost feels like he thinks I am not smart enough to know that rust does accumulate over miles.Basically, DO YOUR RESEARCH and check a vehicle over way more than you think you should if you chose to buy from them. They will take advantage of you. They may tell you they are family men and appreciate the military, but they will take advantage of you so fast.In Response to the dealer:Obviously the E-break is not the only issue we had, as I have explained to Ed on the phone countless times. I also have a breakdown of everything needing fixed. I also told Ed about the multiple people I talked to. I understand I drove it 11,000 as had explained numerous times, rust DOES NOT just magically appear after 5 months. Also as I explained, MO does not do inspections on vehicles less that 10 years old. While you may try to downplay the condition of this vehicle, I have more than enough pictures and breakdowns of what is rusted. So again I say to any consumers in the area BUYER BEWARE

Bought a Jeep from this dealer 4 years ago and I had to replace the head gasket after 4 months. Then I had to replace it again 6 months later. I maintained perfect service schedule in light of all the issues and it has blown again. My mechanic is refusing to fix it and take more money for the head gasket and is helping me big time with replacing the engine. I over-payed in the first place and spent an additional 7 thousand in repairs. They sold me a lemon. Please don't go through what I'm going through and just buy somewhere else.

The owner Jay is a liar and manipulative. I purchased a car from him that he claims came with a warranty 90 day/3,000 miles. The same day I purchased the car I had issues and he gave me the run around. He has a filthy looking partner who tried to intimidate me when I brought the car back to be checked out while I was alone. Worst car dealership I ve ever had to deal with. Ever issue that was wrong with the car the dealer blamed it on bad gas.Update- I did contact you several times and you stopped responding, I contacted you via cellphone, business line and I texted your personal phone number. So stop with this great customer service, reviews don t lie and you will reap what you sow..Update 6/2023- the shaking I had been feeling since I purchased the car was due to the transmission. All along I had been having a shuddering transmission which Mitsubishi couldn t figure out why it was shaking. It has now gotten worse over time. You guys are the worst car dealers. Sold me a car that clearly had issues since I drove off the lot. Had me bring you the car several times to not help at all. Unfortunately the car wasn t trading any codes for the actual issue but the shuddering was felt from day one and you all kept saying it was bad gas . Thank goodness I was able to buy a new car from a real dealership while in a bind and carless. Paying $13,000 for a car that lasted 2 years is absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Such a waste of money.

Absolutely enjoyed our experience. My dad was looking for a new upgrade, had his eyes on a particular vehicle but ended up finding a better one. He was so happy with his purchase. Jay was very patient with us and explained a lot of things to my dad. Thank you guys! My dad is enjoying his new toy :)

LOL, I would guess by the response this is Jay! Clearly I wasn't going to leave a comment but I feel compelled to now that you would insinuate someone would leave a review and not be a customer. Actually I was a customer and purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia in 2019. I dealt with Wally and Saed (I believe was his name). It wasn't even the car I wanted, The car I was supposed to get was sold to another customer even though I expressed I was going to move forward. I have literally had nothing but issues with the car since I drove it off the lot. The first issue was with the AC. Then the pandemic happened and along with the rest of the world, work stopped. Then in Oct of 2020 I came in for tires. I dealt with Ed because Wally was no longer there. Ed quoted me a price. I took the car in got the tires and Jay tried to charge me almost $200.00 more than what ED said. (Which I later found out wasn't even the correct size tires, you would think the mechanic there would have caught that, which could have lead up to the following issue).Then in November of 2020 I started working again and was started driving regularly approx. 20 miles a day. My transmission started slipping on my third day!! I took the car back to you and Ed literally said the dumbest thing I have ever heard anyone say. He told me my transmission was slipping because the transmission fluid wasn't warmed up. Although I expressed to him, the car was warmed up for 10 mins and I had been driving for an additional 10 mins when the problem occurred, Assuming because I am female I would fall for it. Then Suggested I take it to someone who deals with Transmission. I have had to replace the transmission, there has been work on the suspension and now I need a new engine. Had it not been for the pandemic I would have been able to get you with the Lemon Law.Cocky and condescending is how I would describe Jay.I would not recommend you purchase a car from them unless you have a mechanic who can assist you.TELL ME AGAIN HOW I'M NOT A CUSTOMER!

Purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla from Prestige a few weeks ago. I must say they ve made it such a seamless process. They put in extra effort to get me exactly what I wanted. Not to mention adding complimentary tires + new brakes and rotors simply out of good faith. The entire team at both Prestige and Highline Motorwerks has been super helpful and kind. I ve definitely felt well taken care of from the very first phone call. Huge thank you to Ed, Allen, and the entire Prestige squad and the Service team at Highline Motorwerks! I would highly recommend!

You know, i have seen some of the reviews prior to my visit and have to say i was a little tempted to pay a visit but the inventory looked nice and my friend had told me he had a good experience so i gave it a shot. Upon arrival i was greeted very politely and asked what i was seeking. I mentioned the name and model and was shown the car (which was nicely detailed almost looked factory new) Allen who showed me the car was very knowledgeable on all the specs of the car and was able to answer any questions or concerns i had. Ultimately, i didnt end up making a purchase due to some personal reasons but i can say this, i had a really good experience here and i will be coming back when im in the position to purchase again.

I really don't understand the negative reviews...This is a wholesale dealership. I had the bestest (if that's a word) experience. I found a vehicle 2010 BMW 1 series-very rare, offered below KBB price. The staff was amazing. I witnessed a few sales/interactions while my sale was processed. And I must say that I'm beyond impressed. If you are interested in purchasing a used vehicle (mostly what I saw were luxury) Go to PPM. Great staff from front end to sales. They are truly the real deal. I will definitely refer to all my fam and friends.Thank you Ed and Jay. You are awesome!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE dealership. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle my check engine light came on. I had to fight with the dealership to get my registration and they told me I still had a $60 bill with them . That was false and I refused the pay it. The check engine light costed me $500 to fix.I agreed to a term of 5 years and a certain rate. I started to question why my payment was what it was and I am being told now while trying to refinance my car I actually have a 6 year term and an interest rate 5% higher than the bank is showing because the dealership tacked in on in order to get their cut.Best advice; READ THE FINE PRINT.

Jay and Ed were great through the whole buying process. Definitely one of the quickest and easiest car purchases I've made. And they have so many quality pre owned cars. They don't buy junk, and definitely don't sell junk either.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Prestige Pre-Owned Motors. The staff there is great. They were very courteous and professional. I don't really write reviews but believe in an industry such as the used car market, when you find a trustworthy place, you let others know. I will definitely be going back in a year to upgrade our other vehicle. If you are in the used car market, do yourself a favor and stop by.

Great serves until you buy the car and walk out the door. The office staff held on to our regegestration, placed it in a folder and forgot about it. I waited patiently for it to come in the mail as I was advised it would. I finally called two weeks after it expired to find out if the document had been mailed, first I was told they used a third party to obtain registrations, 10 minutes later, I got a call back, the registration was in their office. I leave work the next day to pickup the registration, I tell a sloppy brunette saleswoman, she rudely tells me she is busy and i can wait. All the while two other employees are in the corner talking to each other about God knows what. 20 minutes later, I am now going to be late getting back to work, and only after I start complaining to a guy buying a car am I acknowledged by an employee. The employee informed me it is customary for them to call not mail the registration, third story to how they get you the required documentation, and not one apology for the mistake.While buying a car service was great, price fair.... but after you are an invisible over half hour to pickup the registration..thank God we didn't buy the service contract...we are looking to buy another car in a year or so for our son and will not go back..

I never write reviews, but I could not help but write one for Prestige Pre-Owned Motors, Inc. Hands down, this dealership operates with integrity. One can rest assure about any high-pressure sales tactics used by a car salesperson. You are in good hands!. I recently financed for a used car and was not once rushed into an emotional decision. I have already referred this place to all my coworkers and family who are in search for great used cars!

I drove 3.5 hours to get my vehicle and Jay worked with me so all I had to do was go in with my ID sign and I was off. Had a small issue with my key and he took care of it immediately! Thanks for such a great first experience buying a car!

Extremely satisfied with Prestige Motors and and staff. I can tell you shopping for used car is stressful. I am glad after weeks of shopping I found the perfect car at Prestige Motors, extacly as described and Wali the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. My transaction was very smooth. They went above and beyond my expectations for a used car lot. I will definitely refer friends and family looking for good used car. Also very clean atmosphere.
