Left for dead in a desperate time of need. As a premier AAA member, I was left stranded off I87 by Pat's flatbed towing. Firstly, I was called on a No ID number (purposely so I couldn't call back to inquire) and told that I would have to store and tow (overnight storage, then tow the next day or days). I told the lady that called that I'm in a timely situation involving a loved ones health. She proceeded to to tell me about the outrageous extra fees, ending with "take it or leave it". After trying explain my situation, she decided it was a good idea to hang up on me. It took a good Samaritan, a handy Ob2 scanner along with some tools to get me back up and running, somewhat. I had to drive all the way to Bethlehem, PA at 30 mph via back roads due to my vehicles malfunction. Just because customers are in need doesn't mean you have a right to treat them like garbage. hopefully AAA drops you as a vendor! Horrible!Service: Car towing

My car was towed here and in the process they punctured my oil pan. First they tried to DENY it but it was obviously done by them. After taking a week and and half to repair my car, the staff was rude and dismissive when I went and waited over 20 minutes for my keys. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have recently used Pats Flatbed Services for our company. I found Tim, Matt & Jenny to be friendly, professional and responsive. Within a two week period, I had to have one vehicle towed and one vehicle which needed roadside repair at 10:30pm. On both occasions, they arrived within minutes and then I received follow-up calls from Jenny who is an excellent example of true customer service skills. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! We will using your services again!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS! Overcharged for towing my bike from the scene of an accident and held my plates/registration hostage because my insurance wouldn't pay the outrageous tow bill. Charged upwards of $2,000 to tow a sport bike 4.3 miles (8 minutes) down the road from Cornwall to New Windsor by tacking on every additional charge and special service fee possible. Did not reply to emails until 4:59pm on a Thursday so it was impossible to schedule the pickup from the storage yard until the following Monday to force me to pay for weekend storage! If i could give zero stars I absolutely would, I cannot believe that the Town of Cornwall would use this company to tow from an accident if they knew the unethical manner in which they conduct business.

Arrogant and incredibly rude employee. Tow driver Adam clearly does not know the laws regarding his profession, threatened to damage private property and to drag another car out of the way to get to the vehicle he was trying to get to. Made many untrue claims, Urinalysis weekly? yeah ok. Lucky he still has cdl, shows up once glossy eyed and agitated, second time smelling like pure Listerine. Might want to check into NYS recovery and leasing laws before appearing on private property in the dark, unannounced. Might not find someone with as much restraint as me one of these days.
