This place dragged my car out of its driveway leaving 15 feet of rubber on the asphalt. Then they charged me an extra $50 for "skate fee"....liars. thieves. $425 for less than 24 hrs. Also stated cash alone would be accepted, or the car would not be released. I had informed the manager that I have used them personally multiple times this year , but this was disregarded. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGATIVE 5 stars. Hopefully YOU'LL never have to deal with these predatory goons.

Called this place for towing and the guy recommended to his sons shop. Took them a week to return my car after denying their service because they wanted to charge me $3000!! All my car needed was a new battery. When I had my car returned they gave back my car without the front of my license plate and my driver seat door was messed up because they left the window open we it was pouring outside!! NEVER AGAIN. Youre better off somewhere else. Don t take it to the shop the guy recommends.

My car got stolen and this "company" charged me $500. They had my car for less than 24 hours.STAY AWAY! These people are not ethical and they will take your money. I am filing a complaint with Newburgh and I encourage anyone else who has been extorted by them to do the same!

The worst service i ever had!! They overcharged me, they did not fix my car properly and when i was driving my car back home i had to stop in the highway bcuz of a weird noise, and guess what, the underneath plastic cover of my car was loose, and was about to fall down.I went to that place bcuz my car broke down and i live in Brooklyn, so i thought it was going to be easier and cheaper solve the problem overthere (Newburg, NY) due the towing cost. But when i found out in others mechanics centers, i realized they overcharged me aprox 250% of the regular price, that's ridiculous!What it's funny, when i was there the first time they were arguing with a customer too.If you don't want to be scammed, so don't go to this place.

One of the worst towing services there is. Dispatch women was extremely rude driver showed up an hour late on the way to drop my car dispatch women made driver go 15 mins out ofThe way to do another job knowing I was already late but told him "oh well I already told them you were coming" ended up missing my appointment so called the towing company to see if I can be compensated for my inconvenience and he says " well you expect a perfect world you won't get one" or I'm trying to hustle them because they were late.All in all go to an actually company. This "establishment" is a joke and just underline disrespectful to their customers.

Luis lied and said he s not the owner when we arrived to the towing company right after our car got towed. He then claimed the owner was on vacation and closed purposely on a Sunday to scam us for our money. This Place is BY far the most scamming towing company in the Hudson valley. The owner is Hispanic with glassses. But lies to people and says he s just a manager.

Worst place ever. Charged me $500 to get my car out for one day. Pure evil, money hungry company. I even heard them laughing about towing someone else's car who didn't have the money to pay because of financial issues. Pure evil to do this to people in the community.

The tow truck operator arrived quickly. Fair priced and transported me to acquire another tire. Highly recommend this company and staff.

State Farm reached out to this company for a tow I waited the 120 minutes ETA for the tow not to come.This was so unprofessional and I will call to curse someone out. Please don't use these guys. I hope they go out of business.

First they told me 70 minutes until the tow truck got to me, but they came in about 20 minutes and the driver was quick, efficient and nice. Great service!

I broke down at 8 pm on a Thursday night and 3 tow companies were call the first 2 said that because my van was up against a fence and on the side walk that they couldn't do it, BLAH BLAH BLAH... WELL HERE COME NEWBURGH TOWING WITHIN 15 MINUTES THE GUY HAD THE VAN UP AND ON THE BED AND DOWN THE ROAD WE WENT WITH NO GRIPES AND NO PRIBLEMS...Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Nightmare experience. The owner is condescending, foul-mouthed, arrogant and rude. The truck that was towing my car was unsafe and seizing on the road. The owner refused to dispatch another truck.

Waited 7 hours on Tuesday for them to tow my car. 4 of them I was with car and finally called a cab and went home. Kept saying another half hour then 45 minutes. Call anyone else!
