The automotive technicians at this establishment are the best I've encountered in the area. They promptly addressed my exhaust leak and potential broken hub bearing, providing same-day repair at a reasonable price. Their honesty and excellent customer service are commendable. They have expertise in working on all car models, with a specialization in European ones, particularly BMW and Mercedes. Their exceptional service extends to oil changes, using top-quality oil without overcharging. I have decided to exclusively entrust my car to them from now on, and I highly recommend others to do the same. Honestly is hard to come by these days and you can t trust you get what you pay for.

Hands-down, one of the best mechanics in town Ted is very professional, and honest person. My car had many mechanical issues and Ted Definitely Did an excellent job with fixing my vehicle I ve never had any issues with him when he came to get my car back on the same day depending on the issue of my vehicle. Also, reasonable prices .I would definitely recommend his mechanic shop to others

Ted is great! fixed many of my major car repairs and have not had any issues since. Company is very communicative and works around your schedule. Prices are very affordable compared to other places. He diagnosed many of my car issues that other mechanics couldn t !! I would recommend them to anyone.

Ted at Highline is a real down to earth and professional mechanic. High quality work, great prices, and the great customer service you'll find anywhere. Never kept waiting, given good advice on maintenance after leaving the shop, and always feels welcoming. Have been for a few jobs needed on my car and definitely will be going back whenever i need more work.

I took my car in for brakes and detailing and when I picked up the car it was almost as if I was driving a new car. I truly felt that I was in someone else s vehicle. What an amazing job they did on the car. Having a good mechanic that you can trust snd rely on is like having an old school family doctor that you trust. Just good people that care about the quality of work that they perform. Amazing!

Ted is the best mechanic with Mercedes. I purchased my Mercedes and had no clue how many functions worked, and Ted showed me everything. Ted is fantastic for emergency services. Many times I came to his shop without calling or an appointment and he always helped me. Ted has highly competitive pricing which comes with expert precision workmanship. There is not enough words or time to explain why Highline Motorwerks is a must go to for all foreign and domestic car care. Mai ling is the office administrator and is very nice and professional with helping customer upon arrival. I had a 2004 Buick century a red one and the owner fixed my heater resistor. I was in a point in my life where I had no money to fix it so he told me he would only charge me for the part. Not the labor I'm very grateful for people like him and when I got a job and had money I went back to pay him for the labor. Great doing business with u guys I really appreciate it and will totally recommend him for any of your car needs.

I came in because I had an issue with my wheel bearing. The owners Ted and Mei-Ling were so transparent, friendly and professional. I went to another place who was trying to upsell me on repairs I did not need. When I showed them the quote they told me my exact issues and what I did and did not need fixed. Ted is great. He diagnosed the issue with my car and showed pictures of what needed to be fixed. Can't say enough about the impeccable customer service. If you are looking for a good, honest mechanic, this is the place to go. Will definitely be back for regular maintenance on my car.

Teddy and Mei Ling are amazing to work with! They have replaced my BMW engine and front headlights, put on new tires and basically made the car I love to drive even better! They very fair in pricing and get the work done quickly and efficiently. Strong recommendations to use Highline!

I will never ever go to any other shop, these guys are amazing, I always thought I had to bring my foreign cars to the dealership and get over charged for everything but then I found this place and they always take care of me, Thanks for all the great work fellas

Impeccable service! Ted has been keeping maintenance of my cars for years and I m happy to say he never let me down. He does amazing work and whenever I need him he s always there . I highly recommend seeing him for whatever you might need. You will not be disappointed!

1000% satisfaction!! Stopped by to see Ted not sure of the outcome of my problem . I was worried & nervous. Ted came out and chatted with me .. told me exactly what he could do & what would happen if it didn t work.After Ted checked the issue it wasn t as bad as I thought! Ted made sure everything was good to go and made sure I had his number in case of anything. In this day & age honest mechanics are hard to come by. I d recommend Ted any time or day. 3rd Visit.. Home run! I love this shop.. Honest, No AutoZone parts.. ( Caravana car)..worked with the Warranty Insurance!! Just a pleasure to do business with. And " Max" is my guy...2nd Visit..Ladies, next time a Male Mechanic says you need brakes after 10k miles, " because you must have a heavy foot".. COME HERE....It was a suspension issue..that Could have caused me an Accident!!Honest, Professional Owners Here!!!Thank you...I had an engine light issue. The Mechanic/Owner @ the Shop, properly diagnosed it, and went the extra mile to get to the "root" of the problem, instead of just replacing parts. He explained Everything in Detail & Worked with my Coverage. Professional, Extremely Knowledgeable, Courteous, & Honest , Shop. The Waiting room is clean, & has HULU! Highly Recommended.
