Had my car fixed at Empire and it was the best experience I ve had at any shop. From start to finish this was as good as it gets. At the estimate I was given a fair price to fix another part of my bumper that was cracked that the insurance wouldn t cover. I dropped my car off and received texts until the call that the work was finished earlier than I expected. I will be taking my car here for other services they offer in the future.

Had minor cosmetic damage from a deer incident. Empire fixed the damage in a reasonably quick amount of time. My car was clean when picked up, overall great shop.

I have to hand it to any business that gives more and charges less. I had a scrape on the side of my Jeep, and was planning on having to pay a good amount of money to have it fixed. Anthony took a look at it and told me he could remove it in 15 minutes for just a few dollars. He did a great job, and I was very grateful for the work. Good job!!!

I took my Dodge Challenger there to have a new bumper cover put on and Tony And his son Anthony took really good care of me. The car looks awesome. They did a great job. Look forward to doing more business with them.

Awesome experience from start to finish! They were incredibly helpful, friendly, the service was amazing, and they repaired my car before my loaner ran out from my insurance company, which saved me quite a deal of money! The work was top notch. You d never know that any repair was done!

very knowledgeable about insurance claims, amazingly professional and nice people work here, tony the owner is [chef's kiss] perfection and everything you would want in an autobody shop owner. he know the business and his people know how to fix cars. car came back looking actually new and its got 108k miles, so very much not a new car.

Can t say enough about the outstanding job they did with my K5. They treated me well from start to finish along the entire process. You could never tell I was rear ended! Would definitely recommend them for any auto body repair!

This was my first time using an auto body shop upstate and I m 100% impressed with the service, their work, the professionalism, everything. My car runs like new, I didn t have to return to the shop to have them fix it again and their prices are out of this world! These guys are awesome! Got into a nasty wreck with my Subaru and they were able to bring her back to better than before the crash. They quoted me one price for a simple painted front lip and came out significantly lower to my surprise. I will have them install some more parts and have them respray my entire car. Their work is top-notch.

Epic was amazing! When I though my wifes car would be gone, Tony made us very at ease and said he'd do his best to get my car fixed and back on the street and he wasn't wrong. The whole process took just over one week and I couldn't be happier.Great work in a timely manner with professional and courteous employees. I was in a car accident and used empire auto for the first time to fix the damage and must say I highly recommend empire auto! I ve used another business in the past and had a horrible experience. Not only did they do a phenomenal job on my car but every employee at empire was so professional, super nice and extremely helpful. They even found an issue with my car that wasn t related to the accident and fixed that as well. I was kept informed about my car when they were updates and very reasonable with pricing. I had some minor bumper and tailgate damage on my 2020 Tacoma I went to several body shops locally and got quotes empire was by far the best price. Not only was the price great the service was incredible once the parts were in my truck was as good as new within a couple of days. Lewis went above and beyond with taking care of my truck had a super positive attitude and was a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 service would 100% recommended!

Empire Auto did a great job on my car, it looks brand new. Louis and their team went the extra mile for Free and DETAILED my car, gave me a new wiper and welded a new part needed on my muffler. As well instead of a 500 dollar deductible as usual for insurance, I paid 400 cash. They kept me updated the whole time on my car was being fixed. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future if needed. Thanks Empire Auto team

Empire was absolutely fantastic in repairing my vehicle. I brought my Honda Pilot in for body work, and they did an amazing job and finished in less than a week. They worked directly with my insurance company, which made everything so easy. Plus, they completely detailed and washed my car! I definitely recommend them for any auto work.Service: Body & Trim

Very happy about the work done on my honda accord. I've had my car worked on 3 times in this shop. These guys went above and beyond what I dropped off my car for. I got my clutch changed, my breaks and a couple of other things. They were constantly in communication with me about my car's progress. After this last visit where my clutch got changed, my car feels completely different. So much so that I had to call the manager as soon as I left to thank him again. Full disclosure I've know Pat and John for years . I didn't know Tony who runs shop now . He n his crew did a fantastic job. My wife Lori Lee and I are very happy. I ran into a snowbank and the whole surface of the front of my car came off. The team was able to replace the damaged parts and fix it within a week. Others repairs shops were averaging out into 4 weeks. They were very timely and diligent with my car. I m very satisfied with their work. Tony is the man!! I do recommend these guys to you. They have great customer service and they do a great job in getting your car looking like new!

I highly recommend Empire Auto for any body repair needs for your vehicle. My car was struck by a deer and they did an amazing job with restoring her back to new. The owner is great and very kind as well as the other staff members I encountered. Luis followed up & kept me updated with the status of my car. I highly recommend this amazing business. I was recommended by a friend and I am so happy with my overall experience. Tony and his whole crew took such good care of me. My car was brought into the shop after being hit by a deer. After speaking to Luis I was told it would be 3-4 weeks for the repair. Car was ready exactly 3 weeks later. I am super grateful for the guys at empire auto. My car was in an accident and needed repair. Tony took the time to go over the estimate details with me and assure me of the process to fix my car. I explained to him about other issues I was having with my car that wasnt related to the accident, and he promised to take a look at it for me. Not only did they do an amazing job at repairing the damage, but they took care of the other things that weren't even related to the accident. I cant believe how quick they fixed my car and they returned it to me in wayyy better condition than I left in. I was super impressed with everything they did. They really really did go the extra mile and made me feel more than just another customer. Their service was so great, I showed my family how well they took care of my car and my aunt was blown away with their work, she said she is going to bring her car there from now on. I thought this process was going to be an expensive headache (as car issues generally are) but Tony and the guys at Empire auto were so wonderful. I truly feel grateful for them and the work they did. Thank you guys so much!

Date of accident: 02/28/2022Brought to shop for estimate and to begin repairs on 03/03/2022Repairs were completed on 03/14/2022Let me just say something very important first about this body shop: If you want professionalism at its finest in regards to your mangled up car, THIS is THE body shop you want to bring your car to. Absolutely pristine customer service through the entire process.Me and my fianc�e brought her little 2020 Toyota Corolla LE to this body shop as a recommendation from our insurance company after an unexpected hit and run accident occurred in the City of Newburgh on the street where she was parked (which, as of the time of this writing, has still not been solved). From the very first minute we arrived at the body shop, we were treated with kindness, professionalism and care by Luis.The day after we dropped off the car, we were told that it would be a solid two week time estimate for repairs to be completed. Surprisingly enough, it was done in LESS than two weeks! AND THEY STILL DID AN IMMACULATE JOB WITH ALL THE REPAIRS THAT HAD TO BE DONE!!! Not to mention that the car was completely detailed and cleaned on both the inside AND outside. That alone we did not expect, and our car was rather filthy when we dropped it off.This body shop is where you DEFINITELY want to take your car to for anything accident related. We will definitely be back here if we have to in the future. Luis, thank you very much for helping us out! You were wonderful!
