These guys are amazing! Dropped off skidsteer tires on a Friday expecting not to get back until the next day. They had them done in an hour. Extremely well priced and will work on stuff most tires place can t even imagine. Thanks again

I had 2 heavy duty 14 ply trailer tires I needed installed on rims and no other shop would mount them because they were heavy duty.So I pulled into this place and asked if they could do it.They said yes and literally had me in and out in less then 10 minutes.Highly recommend this shop for heavy duty tire installation.Extremely fair priced and the shop guys are top notch folks.Will be returning again.

Do not frustrate yourself! Had 4 brand new tires installed, a week later discovered a broken lug nut, went back and spoke with the manager and only got denial and arrogants! Don t save a buck here will cost you more in the long run!!! Have not been spoken to as a customer like that ever and I am 83yo!!

They replaced my rear passenger tire on my trailer...lady in office was polite and answered all my questions.gave me a eta of 90 minutes.. he showed up under 60...he was done within 20 minutes wish I caught his name...I drive for TMC....13037..

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!MANAGER NAME IVAN IS VERY RUDE & LAZY!I wanted to swap my after market wheels with OEM wheels which i brought with me. I called them in advance and they said, bring your car and it will be done in an hour. After 3 hours they called me back and said your studs are damaged and need to be replaced. They also said they don't have it until next day morning. I called them next day morning and they said, the car is not ready. They finally called at 4PM and said the car is ready. They charged me extra for lug nuts, which was unfair because i brought brand new 20 lug nuts and gave it to them.They destroyed my special aftermarket lug nuts and threw it in the garbage without my consent. When i asked, i want my lug nuts back and the manager try to justify that it was bad lug nuts so we threw in the garbage. Well obviously you guys destroyed it!!. Regardless, who destroyed they should have asked me before throwing into the garbage. Those were special lug nuts and were expensive! They gave me back my lug nuts the next day but not all of it.Also, they did not put my after market wheels back into my car. If i wouldn't have asked, they probably would threw it away those wheels too.When i asked the Manager politely to put back my wheels back into the car. The lazy guy only put one back and i put the rest. Whereas, in other tire shops, they do it for you.

I went there to get my tires balanced. I was charged $30.00. I was told that I should replace tires and rims were bent. Great advice, duly noted! Still wanted my tires balanced though. I'll straighten the rims, and replace tires when I have $1700 to throw at it. Until then, can you just do as I am requesting?I guess not!

I went to this place with every intention of purchasing 10 new 24.5 tractor tires for my Kenworth. The folks at the desk turned me off completely with their apathetic attitude. Plus I didn't get a welcoming feeling. I had some questions and after I posed a few they acted like I had reached my quota and were no longer bound to answer any more. So, I went somewhere else and spent $5,800.

Very unhealthy work environment, I feel really bad for the people working there. Seems like Managment doesn t know how to properly manage employees, I think the best word to describe the manager is hot headed.

Great personal with fast reliable service. The manager got the truck in promptly and back on the road. If you are in the area and need a tire or 2 this is the place to come. Thank you to all at Bandag!
