Collision N Chrome did a beautiful job on my 2023 Nissan Sentra, I was in a car accident on 12/16/23, someone went thru a red light as I was making a left hand turn, and did a great deal of damage to my vehicle. Collision N Chrome came highly recommended by Newburgh Nissan and Enterprise in New Windsor. They are a certified and use OEM parts, and the service is just excellent! They repaired my vehicle in such a short amount of time I was just amazed how fast they made my car brand new again! From start to finish they didn t waste anytime, they just got to work and really did an amazing awesome job on my vehicle! I want to thank Uli , he is the general manager, he worked on my car and also the ladies that helped me over the phone were so pleasant , Victoria and Amber, and Dan as well.Collision N Chrome really made me feel at ease from the First phone call I had with Dan that my vehicle was in great hands, if anyone reading this review is looking for a excellent Collision Body Shop and need there vehicle repaired this is the business you want to use. I highly recommend Collision N Chrome ! They are the best ! Thank you to everyone involved in repairing my vehicle, it was terrible to be in a car accident, especially with a brand new car, but you guys really took care of everything for me and I m so happy with my beautiful car, you all made her new again. Love this place so far.. I ve been looking for a shop to fix the body on my GR86. no one had availability for weeks & on top of it their reviews were terrible .. I was referred to Collision n Chrome by someone I know from the car buisness.. I was able to bring my car same day, they even arranged pick up for me. Quick turn arounds, transparent & incredibly thorough explanation of the processes from insurance down to repair.. I couldn t be happier to have found this place I worked with Ulises R. Who went above and beyond for me he was detailed, courteous, patient & compassionate to say the least. MASSIVE RELIEF. I d recommend Ulises/ Collision N Chrome to everyone I know. You guys are rock stars !!!Edit - came back to say, after a few very short weeks, I ve now got my car back & it s PERFECT. You cannot tell she was damaged. They sent pictures along the way to keep me updated, answered all my 100s of questions, color matched the entire car & detailed the inside I will only be going to collision n chrome. Planning to have them do my truck next!!. THEIR WORK IS LIFETIME WARRANTIED!!!! U can t loose.

My experience with Collision n' Chrome was beyond what I expected. Pure professionalism. My vehicle was hit parked and they went above and beyond to help me with my insurance adjuster. The work they do is amazing my car looks as good as the day I bought it.

This body shop is the best shop iv ever brought any on my cars to. The owner is willing to work with you .They made me feel extremely welcomed and treated my car as if it was his own from the day I dropped off the car looking horrible and torn up to the day I picked up my car looking as if it never been in an accident. The team at this company made me feel as if I was family. Iv brought my car to this company twice and wont pick any other shop to do work on my cars from now on. I highly recommend this company.

They went the extra mile to repair my Audi. They did it fast and the work is amazing. They took the stress of the insurance company away. The communication was better than anywhere else I ve been. Would highly recommend everybody to this shop for all your collision needs!

Honestly I don't know where to begin. The entire experience was made so easy for me and worry free. It was my first time having to take my vehicle to a shop to get repaired after a deer hit my front end. They handled everything for me and gave me advice along the entire way. Not only does my car look even better than before I had the damage they gave it back to me in an incredibly fast amount of time being there are delays in trucking parts delivery all over. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would never go anywhere else. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. The quality is there and every person I delt with at the shop was beyond kind.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very professional, had an incident on the highway which made a dent and had a couple scratches on my head light & hood. Someone from my job recommended me to come check C&C. Met Dan & is very professional & cooperative. Loved the outcome & Staff were friendly. They also kept me updated with the process of what was being done. I Would recommend them to friends & family or anyone that needs a fix. Thank you!

After my passenger side doors and mirror were hit by a truck, I was referred here by my Honda dealership. I could immediately see why, as the team at Collision N' Chrome is nothing short of stellar. I had never been in a crash before, so they walked me through the process from the beginning, set me up with initial estimates for the my insurance and the other insurance company to sort things out (which is another longer story...), and they told me what to expect in terms of next steps. Once things were squared away, they got to work. They were fast, communicative, and answered my many questions along the way. Should the worst happen again, or if we decide to change the color of our now good as new car I'm definitely coming back here for any work. Thank you so much Collision N' Chrome!

Gotta say impressed!! They did what they said they would and even better!! I waited the time they told me and fixed the damages to the headlight and body and I swear it looks like nothing ever happened. They fixed the internal issues due to the impact affecting the way it drove and I cannot be happier. They are great and respectful and provides answer in a clear manner. I highly recommend them. And the detail is great!

I couldn t agree more with all the other reviews, impeccable work, extremely patient, professional and kind. Their pride shows in their work from front to back from soup to nuts. They made the whole process less stressful, they are informative and knowledgeable, super kind, the whole team just really professional. I must have called a dozen times and I was received with nothing but kindness every time. Always a return call when they said they would. Took care of things beyond my expectations!! When I get good customer service I m loyal to a business. I would recommend anyone to go there. My car looked amazing. They greatly reduced my stress. Definitely trustworthy and reliable. Dan is the ABSOLUTE MAN!!!! The most professional, knowledgeable, and caring business owner ever. We brought our car in and he helped us communicate with the insurance company to avoid a total loss, which saved us tons of money and problems!! Every time I called, he called me back immediately. Dan takes all the time you need to thoroughly go over the process including the parts and the estimate. The work this shop does it completely unmatched. Hitting a deer is bad enough, but then having to deal with the insurance company and the rental car process is even worse. He made this experience completely seamless. I cannot recommend Dan enough! Had an unfortunate incident with a deer which did surprisingly extensive damage to my car. I contacted the local Honda dealer and they said to take it to Collision N' Chrome. They used Honda certified parts and did all the haggling with the insurance company to make sure the car was up to spec. The car came back looking good as new. SUV was hit by a deer that did a lot of damage to the front and side of the vehicle - but you would never know it now! They did an awesome job! This shop is Great! I took in my 21 KIA K5 for passenger side damaged done by another car. The staff was very helpful and made sure the process was going to get done and explain that they will make sure everything is checked and in working conditions. Once the insurance agreed on their price, they began repairs right away. Had to wait for parts to deliver but the whole process was done in great time. My car looks like new. Would definitely recommend this shop.

Luis and all the guys were very professional and are litterally there for customer satisfaction. This shop is the best ive ever been too they do not cut corners nor do they feed u lies. When they tell you that ur gonna be satisfied believe that. I was absolutely blown away by the quality work these guys did. Luis gave me a call almost daily to update me on my baby and never left me hanging. I can not thank you guys enough for the awesome work u guys did. My car looks better than when i purchased it. If you need a Body Shop that's going to repair your car with precision, flawlessness, and stand by their work, treat you right, go above and beyond your typical Body Shops, and not cheat you. I could not be happier with the service and the professionalism from the entire staff. Unfortunately, my less than two month old brand new vehicle was rear ended with substantial damage. I was referred to Collision and Chrome by the dealer and for good reason. The staff from intake to completion was timely and with clear communication throughout. This is my second time going to Dan s shop. Deer hit both times. This time around took a little longer than expected but Dan allowed me to use his loaner vehicle to get around so I wouldn t have to pay out more to the rental company. Which helped me tremendously and I m so appreciative. The communication and QUALITY of work here will always have my business! Awesome shop!!!! It has all the latest equipment and professional trained body shop technicians to repair your car correctly the first time. Great customer service, for me that's high in my list when researching a shop. I recommend to everyone to have their car repaired at this shop.02/01/2022My rear bumper was hit and scratched on my 17 Accord. As always, the professional skilled workers repaired and painted the bumper better than factory. The car was completely clean inside and out when I picked it up. I was recommended this place, after my Murano was hit on the passenger side. I gave them a chance, and they didn't disappoint. I loved their professionalism. Their business card alone stands alone, and is top notch. They were very good at dealing with Progressive Insurance company, had them come out to show them the damage, and the necessary changes were made in total cost to fix my vehicle. They had to replace my passenger back door, and repair part of the passenger front door as well. I got my vehicle back 5 days earlier than expected. The doors look brand new. Great Job!

My husband and I recently went to Collision N' Chrome with a dented bumper. The owner and manager were so nice and gave us options for how to repair it, not just giving us the most expensive way, but a possible quick, economic and easy fix. The job was completed as we waited only a short time and it was amazing. The best service, Dan, Luis and Amber were always there when we called to help. They dealt with insurance adjuster who wouldn t help me. The work was done professionally, quickly and looks as good as new. I would say that I would use them again .
