My car wouldn't start after 2 visits from AAA to provide a jump. I'm new to the area and they were recommended to me by my property managers. In spite of their busy day they squeezed me in, assessed the problem ordered the part and got me back on the road in a few hours. They made me feel comfortable and provided amazing customer service and conversation. I felt the pride they take in their brand and their service. I truly appreciate them and they have a forever customer in me. If you want great service at fair prices definitely stop by CDS. - Dawn B

I highly recommend CDS Auto and truck repair. I ve had my vehicle serviced there for several years now. They always do their best to get you in quickly. They diagnose the problem, then confirm with you and get your OK to make the necessary repair(s) and get your car back to you in a timely fashion. I've been to CDS 4 or 5 times (twice for immediate help) and they have been great. They always give me an estimate and it's right on. They explain what's needed and follow through with the work. They mentioned my brake condition during the inspection but never pressured me to do the work. Also, very nice about giving me a ride if the work is going to be awhile. They are friendly and seem to appreciate their customers.

friendly efficient service at reasonable ratesI was overall very pleased. I made an appointment, they were able to take me in just a few days - other shops were at least a week or two out. I showed up, they took it in quickly, and did the repair while I waited. They are very customer service oriented. Will be back

Im glad that I came to CDS Auto as they were recommended by a HUM rep.I had a leaking gasket and I was previously quoted from some other mechanic around 600.00 for repair.I must say that CDS Auto doesnt add on additional hours of labor in order to increase the price. The service I received was professional, they are courtesous and trustworthy and I will defintely recommend this business.I will return for future service and refer anyone that should ask for a reliable mechanic. I bought tires from this place back in February. They would only sell me top of the line tires (Cooper tires). Nine months later the tires are worn down and they told me it was because my alignment was off and said they didn t do the alignment the first time. But they did. I feel like they re constantly trying to scam me because the first time I brought my car there they also claimed that my catalytic converter was about to fall out (I didn t fix it because I m a broke college student) but didn t bring it up at all this time.My sister has also brought her car there for her inspection and when they gave the car back they had used up her full tank of gas and eaten all of her pistachios. Which is just rude.

Total engine failure in my beloved truck was no challenge at all for CDS. Within a couple days they had negotiated my warranty co and a new engine from Jasper was on order. Thanks to Chris the owner for setting bar high and doing a complete job! Special thanks to Susan for going to bat with the warranty co .., she Rocks let me tell you. Frank the master mechanic for staying focused and not letting me get under his skin!! Let s not forget Bo The Tow best in the tri state! I had to find a place that did a NYS Heavy Duty Inspection for my 2017 Tiffin Phaeton Class A RV. I called CDS and Brian was extremely accommodating and nice. Even though they were down a technician they were able to get me in the next day. I dropped off my RV. The office personnel were extremely professional. Brian called me when our RV was ready for pickup.I will definitely go back for my inspection next year. I would also use them for any car or truck repairs I need in the future. Definitely recommend.

Horrible Shop. Had my truck for 45 days and charged my $3000 and DIDN'T fix my truck. Kept telling me they were working on it and waiting on parts. In the end, I took it to another shop to have it repaired. Prioritized big contracts with Schwan's and eyewitness news over my truck even though my livelihood depending on it. We travel with our fifth wheel rv as full-time RVers and as we were travelling I-84W we noticed our trailer brakes were not responding. After stopping at the Stormville rest stop we determined that we had lost brake fluid and were not able to proceed. We googled repair services in the area and found CDS. Our luck was about to change! Anthony at CDS recommended a towing service and said if we could get our rig there he would get us fixed! We were able to get there and Anthony worked his magic to get our replacement caliper we needed. CDS even allowed us to camp in their lot overnight. The next day we went to town and when we came back the part was already installed! Pat at CDS had our brakes working again and we were on the road less than 24 hours later. Thank you CDS! You all Rock: Chris, Todd, Anthony, Pat you are amazing. Plus the bill was much less than we thought it would be! Price, professionalism and Customer Service at its best!Service: Brakes

Made an appointment a day before to get an inspection done at 9am. Arrived that day at 8:55am only to be told that they are running behind and it would probably take about an hour or so for it to get done. They wanted me to wait around in their office for an hour while there s a pandemic going, meanwhile no one in the office even wears a mask. Unprofessional. Could have at least giving me a call before my appointment to reschedule or let me know what s going on. Waste of time!

I needed to have front wheel bearings replaced on Mercedes 4Matic. I had ordered wrong bearings, but CDS was able to perform the task with good quality OEM parts purchased nearby. Chris and Susan friendly, yet professional. I would recommend their operation to other German car owners.

WORST SHOP ON EARTH!!!!!! I rate these lying snakes negative 5000 stars. Not only did I have to bring my car back twice to get a job done but MY AXLE FELL OFF WEEKS LATER!!!!! Currently suing to get payment for my axle because these serpents refuse to make it right and I will never trust them to touch anything I own ever again so them repairing anything is out of the question. Repair in their book is u and ur car stranded on the side of the road. This guy says we stand by our work . Well that s a shame because what are u standing by now? Nothing but a lawsuit because they refuse to make it right. I strongly regret the day I found this shop and urge everyone to steer WAY clear of this shop if you value your time, money, and your vehicle.
