Fast and convenient service. I have been looking for a specific part for my car months and I was finally able to order it at this location without any fuss. I received it in under a day and a half. Thks to the manager who looked it up.

They advertise a mobile 1 oil deal. It is a free filter and reduced price, with 5 jugs at $32.99 for the high mileage one. Let's do the math here, 32.99x5x1.08125 (sales tax rate in ny) is $178.19 not OVER $200! They are scamming everyone who gets this oil deal DO THE MATH

It was that time again to winterize the car and also not forget to get new wiper blades also. I walked in and a smiling face on an employee named Andre greeted me with a smile. He also helped me not only to pick the best wipers for my car but also went outside and installed them immediately and offered any advice that I needed to maintain my car throughout this winter. The wait was no more than five minutes and the service was great. Appointments are available but not necessary.

Excellent experience. My wife came in for a windshield wiper replacement and both sales associates that assisted her with top notch. One of the gentlemen even installed the wiper for her, in the rain. He went above and beyond what was expected. Thank you! Also, they offer a military discount.

Rude as anything. With an advanced auto literally across the street it s amazing they can afford to be so rude. I was super polite and barely asked my question and got barked at them ignored. Perhaps it was a bad day for someone, but if I treated a client as rudely a just once, I would be out of a job.

Anytime I have gone here they always have everything I need. The employees are always willing to help me and me being a female they dont make me feel dumb as though i dont know what im talking about which is a great feeling! Also the store is always very neatly stocked and organized so its very easy to find whatever it is you may be looking for. One time an employee even came outside and showed me exactly how and where to pour some fluids in into my car which was greatly appreciated!

No customer service at all. My wife came in to check why her engine light was showing. The lady gave her the scanner and told her to do it herself because she does not know how. When she returned it, there was no "do you need help with what the issue is or anything else. She also told them she didn't know what she was doing with the code scanner. Definitely would not recommend this place on my worst enemy. Never going to an AutoZone again.

Incredible service! They install batteries, wipers, head and brake lights as a courtesy...I always make sure to TIP WELL! Not to mention, they check batteries, alternators and when engine lights come on! The staff goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to please customers and answer all questions with solid answers. I was very impressed with the respect and help I received.

This stores computers are always down, no other local stores have this issue. Being told that the computers have been the same since 1981 is the dumbest excuse I've ever been given. If the system is down, they should have went home.

Great place. Staff always helpful.Chris always goes above and beyond to help me get the right part. Most stores would reach a point . . . NOT Chris !!!!!I have been a loyal customer just for that reason. You can buy parts anywhere it s the service and friendliness that counts.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is the third time come to this store and all the time their attitude is vary rude, even are a different workers, in the past i like more autozone than advanced because autozone use to be very gentle and polite perosonel and advance was so rude, and their prices was cheaper, now their price is more expensive than the dealer, and the atmosphere is very ..............

They banned my mom for trying to price match a key chain. This happened earlier today and we have already tweeted and called corporate. I used to go there all the time for my car parts. Looks like I'll pay more at advanced auto next time, but support a company that doesn't hire insane staff.

I am home as a covid quarantine victim and a senior citizen. My wife headed out to get supplies etc. and at one stop her car wouldn't start. First retail store she went to was advance Auto and their response was "There's only two of us and we can't leave the store shorthanded." She walked home ,we took my vehicle over to try a jump start and got her car home. She used my vehicle to complete her errands. Next day she went to Auto zone with a screenshot of the right battery to purchase. The clerk said, let me see if I can make the installation. He returned in moments and said the hold down plate made it too difficult for replacement.Undaunted she went to a little service center near Hannafords entrance,relayed her experience and the mechanic used a simple screwdriver to "pop"the hold down off. Thirty dollars later, it was in and she lugged the old one back to Auto zone for her credit So to judge by us, customer service is weak and seemingly conditional.

They advertise online and have signs in front saying they accept waste oil. Went there today to recycle waste oil and purchase a few things and I was told they can't take my oil. Went across the street to Advance Auto Parts and they accepted the waste oil, no questions asked. Needless to say for any future auto purchases I won't be going back to Auto Zone.

I stopped into Auto Zone last week to purchase an ammeter to trace an electrical drain in my Mustang. I always use Advance Auto across the street, but they were out of stock. I figured I'd test the waters at this fairly new Auto Zone.After buying the ammeter, I stopped in a few more times for odds and ends parts. Each time I walked in, an employee at the register would almost immediately ask if they could help with anything. That is old-school customer service.When I was buying the ammeter, the employee at the counter asked what I was trying to test. I explained that I had a battery drain that was killing my new battery every night. Not only did he remind me that Auto Zone offers free battery and alternator testing if I needed it, but he also spent around 10 minutes talking to me about the problem - offering suggestions of how to troubleshoot the drain and he even printed some circuitry information off his computer for me to use as a reference.The price of the ammeter was right on par with what Advance Auto was charging, had they been in stock. I'm not sure if it was just this one employee or if it's all of them, but he went out of his way to help with my project and seemed pretty knowledgeable on car repairs.

I am auto challenged. AutoZone seems to be able to speak my language everytime I walk into the store and NOT make me feel like a total moron. For that I am totally grateful.
