The best ski shop ever!! I've had such a hard time finding women's pants that fit my tall body. The owner was incredibly helpful and I found multiple pairs that fit! Can't wait to go back :)

We needed to rent 20 pairs of snow shoes as part of a SnoYoga event for my daughter s New Years Eve wedding weekend.We initially forgot to pick them up on Friday night but thankfully Windham Outfitters texted to remind us and they also opened early so we didn t miss a beat!!! Snowshoes were easy to put on and the staff was great about giving us a quick lesson in how to put them on!Several of our guests rented snow boards and ski equipment from them too without any problems!!Most important no one got hurt and everyone had a great time on the mountain!Thank you Windham Outfitters for helping make our daughter s wedding weekend so much fun!!

The staff were very helpful, and the equipment included some fun things like the cowboy hat. I bought some ice cream from the shop next door!

We had an excellent experience in both the retail store and the ski rental. Employees were so friendly and helpful. They were very busy on a snowy Saturday in March, and they worked efficiently to get everyone on their way in a timely manner. Would definitely come here again!

I pre-reserved rental skis before a recent trip to Windham. Picking up and dropping off the skis couldn't have been easier. The quality of the rentals were really good too. Rentals here are slightly cheaper than on the mountain. Highly recommended.

High quality products at reasonable prices. Owner and staff were extremely helpful in selecting ski gear and very accommodating to special requests. Highly recommend if you re looking for a ski shop in the Windham/Hunter area!

I ve been to Windham Mountain outfitters many times, as I am both a skier and a bicyclist. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. Everything I ve bought there is of the highest quality; everything I ve rented has been perfect. The owner even managed to find me an E bike during the pandemic, when they were very hard to come by. I am so grateful for the fact that this shop exists.

I find the owners and employees at Windham Mountain Sports to be incredibly sensitive to my needs - they have bent over backwards to help my sister and me with ski equipment as well as bicycles - both repair and purchase. I appreciate the fact that I can feel confident that anything I buy there is of the highest quality, and IS NEW - not someone's reject that has been "cleaned up."

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I really like the "can do" attitude they exhibit for anything I ask for. The ski clothing and equipment offerings are of the highest quality by big name brands. Definitely recommend this place for any of your skiing needs.

I am laughing at some of these reviews. I have been a customer for a long time. Unlike any other similar retailers in Windham, you can pre-order online and pick it up when you're ready. The staff is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Anybody giving these folks a bad review is living in an alternate universe.

Cheapest tune/wax in the area at 35$ can't beat that, almost double at hunter base

We didn't rent any equipment here but we picked up a few clothing items and they were helpful in showing us where everything was. I also happened to lock my keys in my car outside their shop, and I believe it was the owner or store manager who was out there helping me get back into my car for an hour in 16 degree weather. Everyone was very friendly, and they went out of their way to help us when they didn't need to.

We had a little car trouble and the staff and owners of Windham Mountain Outfitters were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were okay and everything was taken care of. I would give them a hundred stars if I could for their incredibly responsive and responsible service.

Went in to get a pump because I forgot mine on a trip. Asked a boy working their if I could return it if I didn t like it and told me before 14 days I could. Came in today and asked the lady for a return. Brought my receipt and she tells me because I used the pump I can t return it. The pump is brand new and was used ONCE and I found out I didn t like it and I would have kept the pump if it was nice but it ended up being a PEICE OF JUNK. Never buying here again even if it s the only shop around.

I bought a mountain bike a few days ago. At the beginning I had some issues with the store and the bike but all my concerns have been resolved in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Davin for your exceptional service that motivated the entire team to resolve my problems. I received a very personal attention (thank's to Scott and Nick) and I love my new bike:-) Ready to buy another one!

Horrible service, My buddy and I intended on buying bikes today. Drove an hour to get there, only to be turned away after less than 5 minutes in the store. I was told they have stock in the back but were unwilling to sell a bike until May 26, a month away. I was interested in the bike that was on the showroom floor, with a "On Sale" sign hung from it as the first thing you see when you walk in the door. I made it clear that I was interested in purchasing the bike today and was told, "sorry". Oh well, I will spend my $5000.00 with a business that that is interested in a new customer.

Went with 3 friends to rent skis.They were affordable, very friendly, and surprisingly allowed GoPro mounting on their equipment which is really unusual (and greatly appreciated). I even got a helmet with a mount already attached so that saved me some money.I upgraded my skis to the middle tier and they were really nice quality and seemed newer than most other shops I've been to.I'll be back here when I go to Windham again.

Awesome ski ship to stop before Windham. You can rent all your equipment at this shop and save a ton of money compared to Windham. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend stopping here and grabbing a cup of coffee from next door.

Don't rent from this place. Staff is rude and pompous, equipment is in bad shape. They jumped all over my 9 year old son because his mask was below his nose. Give me a break!!! The ski rental place across the street is more professional and polite. I will never go back to this place.

Poor service and little choice of rentals.My husband purchased a high performance ski rental package. They did not have any performance boot in his size and the skis were basic.You pay before you see the equipment so heasked for a refund of the difference between the regular package and the high performance package but they refused.Terrible customer service.He has rented performance package in Colorado and the Alps and has always been satisfied but this retailer is not up to standard.Avoid.

Super friendly staff, always willing to help out. Wish the rentals are a little newer, or a little cheaper, but it s definitely worth a visit. They also have a very cool dog that you can hang out with during your fittings.

Would leave no stars if I could. Never before have I rented a broken bike (two flats in 15', same wheel and riding on asphalt) and had the manager renege on his promise of a refund just to get me back into the store. Despite all employees privately telling me I was right, the manager (Saturday afternoon) insulted me, told me I was looking not to pay for a flat tire and pretty much asked me to leave. Ruined day 1 out of a 2 day visit to the region.

They were was able to give me a great deal on some good skis and they mounted two bindings I m 45 minutes. Great service and people.

Always open and stock what I need even if it s off season and has to be dug out of storage. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable. Prices on par. Good location, plenty of parking.

I rented skis for my husband and 6 yo son. The children's skis were fine. However, my husband had to leave the mountain, waste 45 minutes, to go exchange his skis because the boot would not click back in. He got new skis and still had a hard time clicking his boot into them once back on the mountain. This was incredibly inconvenient. The business did not even offer to provide some sort of credit for the inconvenience. For adults, you're better off renting right at Windham Mtn Resort.

Super Friendly and great store. I made the mistake of not reserving a rental snowboard w/ gear and thankfully they had more than enough to get me on the mountain that day.

Terrible business. Do not come here. It will take you 45 min where other places around the area will take you 10 min. Unorganized, poorly run. Only reason I came here is because other places ran out of snowboards. Would have learned to ski over coming here

If you are going for rentals its pretty good. Staff wasn't very helpful otherwise. They have a basic selection of gear. Nothing higher end. Looks like the TJ MAXX of ski shops inside.

I rented skis and snowboarding equipment yesterday. The binding broke on the snowboard I rented for my daughter. Things like this happen. What matters is how it's resolved. I called the shop, they came to the slope and swapped out the binding within 15 minutes. Customer service is big with me, and these folks get it! They've got my business every time i go back.
