This store is convenient, clean and the man that works evenings, Sunny, is the nicest guy ever. Funny, kind, grateful and always smiles and says thank you. Cheaper than most on gas

Customer service is excellent. Feel terrible for how some people treat these cashiers. The food is great and reasonably priced. I can tell these people love their job. Nice to come to a store full of friendly people. service and overall atmosphere is great. 5 stars all around.

Clerk just tried to rip me off. Tried to charge 4.75 for a gallon of Poland springs without scanning it. I decided to go elsewhere until I figured I wanted to see what the scan price was. Tell him this, and he graciously charged 2.85 again without scanning it. Thanks for guaranteeing I'll never spend a dime here again.

Gentleman behind register was super friendly, prices for waters/soda/Gatorade were not outrageous for a store on the mountain. Store was clean.Random note: It's the only place I've been to in the entire Catskill Mountains area that has peach sour patch kids. If I lived closer to there I'd be there all the time.

Went in to buy some water bottles , Its nice clean store and very convenient to my hotel Winwood inn. Cashier was very nice and greeted us with smile and helpful . I bought water bottles and beer cans , and prices are very reasonable. I noticed gas price also very reasonable if compare to the other locations.

Always pleasant at the counter when you check out. A place to stop by for a fast pickup whether with gas fillip or not. Not well stocked but if your in a pinch in Windham drop by for water or something simple. But I would skip the food - just sundries like nuts maybe some ice cream but the woman at the counter in the evening is very much appreciated.

Employees are rude. I went in with a group of my friends and there is a new rule we didn t hear about, no backpacks in the store. We were rudely yelled at when we walked in and told to but them at the door even though only one of us had a backpack on. I understand that it prevents stealing but employees could be less rude.

Very rude personal. Michaela answered the phone I complained about them overcharging for box of 15 cans of blue moon beer ($35) When I told her it s bit steep she said it s mountains honey and I said I know I live here and I will take my business elsewhere she said rudely : I don t care . I hope that her employer sees this not a good way to do the business and will make sure myself and my family not to use Valero again

Good place to purchase gas in the Windham area. Good quality fuel. Clean bathroom for customers. Located byPost Office making it a convenient place for a pitstop.

Guy cashier rudely told my boyfriend he couldn't enter the store because he didn't have a mask on. This was done in front of a large line of people. BF told the cashier he has a disability, but he still refused him service or entry. Employees didn't offer any alternative to make a purchase. The irony was the other male employee standing next to the cashier didn't have a mask on! Wearing masks is not the law, it is guidance. You should really let your employees know that before you end up with a lawsuit! We left and went to another station down the road and had zero issues shopping without a mask.

Went there for gas this weekend and after filling up I went into the store to buy a lottery ticket. The young sales girl as me for my date of birth and when I asked her why she needed this as I have never been asked this question before, she said it was their policy and could not sell the ticket without it. (I am over 50 so my being under age certainly was not an issue). I refused to provide that information and she refused to sell me the ticket. Ridiculous!

I bought a lottery ticket. I am 55 yrs old. I was asked for.id. i opened my wallet and showed her my id. She rudely told me to take it out of my wallet. Ridiculous. I don't look 18. 37 years i pass the lotto age. Rethinking abput not going to your store again

It's dirty over priced and customer help is null in void. I stood in line to pay for my gas for 15 minutes because the person at register was busy with her boyfriend and told me I had to wait.

Always slow service packed due to selling bus tickets prices are high on everything 12.87 for Marlboro reds
