I had work done here twice the whole staff is very up beat and professional, the workers were very much in tune with their tasks. The manager Ken took the time to explain about all the work that was done. I appreciate great places like this. Highly recommended.

Great service. Moments after I parked, a gentleman named Ken came out, asked what I needed helped with, and wrote down my car's information all before I even stepped out of the vehicle. I was only there for an oil change, and didn't have to wait very long. They are located conveniently close to my home, so I will be bringing my car back there when it needs further servicing.

Hands down this specific Mavis Discount Tire in Williston Park is going to be my go to mechanic. Everyone one, and I mean EVERY SINGLE PERSON has your best interest that best fits each individual customer best budget etc. Specifically Ken who's been more than helpful and took the time out to go over a few things while I was on the phone. When I got there it was a smooth transaction on what would he best for me and my vehicle. I will not be going back to a dealership to do anything anymore. And it helps that majority of their parts are lifetime warranty. I appreciate you all, will definitely see me soon

The guys are on top of their game, very personable and all around genuine. The customer service is A1, they kept me up to date on the status of my car (tires). They went over and beyond to find out why my tire would not hold air, believe it or not it was the smallest part (the valve stem). They are #1 ~~~ you need tires check them out, I m sure you will agree!

Customer Care was "Par Excellent!". The service attendant's shine through the exceptional leadership elevated by Mr. Ken. Great teamwork . I will be back ! The second time around is better than the first time.

The staff at the Williston park Mavis is incredibly efficient and kind. Especially Ken at the front desk, he was very helpful and nice, and made a stressful situation much better for me. I would highly recommend them, and I am definitely coming back!

I want to give a shoutout to Casseus the Haitian he is such a nice guy! The staff here are always prompt and never leave me thinking they re not giving my car attention. The only request I have for Mavis as a whole is to have a database where you can see all parts availability and inspections specialist availability on your databases! I had to drive around to multiple Mavis s to see which one had an inspector available when they can just look it up on their computer screen in the shop. Thank you!

We came here for flat tire issue much before the store opening time. The door opened right at 8am by Ken. He has been very welcoming and friendly. Although our issue didn t get resolved here ( due to the exact tire not available),he was very helpful in showing and sharing good information. He didn t charge anything also . Very impressive Definitely will recommend to others .

I blew my tire and needed a tire quickly. Mavis was able to order the tire on a Sunday and had the car ready the next day on a holiday. They are always quick and easy to work with. Would recommend them!

This establishment deserves a major wow! I brought my 5 Series in after Rallye BMW service claimed I needed rear brakes after they replaced my front brakes in a month or two and I would face a charge of $1,400. I decided to wait it out. However, I soon heard strange braking noises and Ken, Senior Manager at this Mavis outfit, determined that strange braking noises were in fact, attributed to dust and metallic fragments left by the previous front brake job performed by BMW and my rear brakes were at 80% - far from warranting replacement. Bottom line, after his techs cleaned up my front brakes and refused to take money from me I was off on my merry wayKen his entire team are honest and truly consummate professionalsRallye BMW, you should take consumer relations classes from them!

Casseus has stellar customer service! I am pleased with my experience. He communicated frequently about my expected wait time and didn t try to upsell me aggressively. I politely explained why I should invest vs. pushing a sale. I was able to get me in and out! Thanks always!

Came in for a brake check, and tire changes, and a oil change. Ken gave me the warranty plans for the tires if something were to happen while on the road. And was satisfied with service today, and will be back.
