First time I stopped into the automatic wash. I've been by tons of times and thought I'd give it a shot. I must say it did a fantastic job! It'll be my go to in the future. Sure beats dragging the hose and bucket out!

I had an issue with the self car wash, it took my card and then stopped seconds later, my card had been charged. I called the number in the car wash and after my bank had registered that payment was made I notified the Williamson car wash and they quickly reinbused me with a bonus auto car wash. It's nice to see someone stand behind their business and really make sure the customer is happy. Great place to get your car washed!

The williamson/ontario car wash is very clean and well maintained. Customer service is always professional and respectful. My car always comes out clean and spot free. The owner is always thinking of ways to be innovative, and addresses any issues promptly.

It was a really good experience pretty loud and really fast so if you want your car done quickly and don't feel like washing your own car I highly recommend this car wash thank you.

I didn't understand how the payment method work, gave the owner a call. He got back to me very quick and reimbursed me for the charge! Thank you williamson car wash!

This is hands down the best car wash I've been to not only in New York but the country. I travel a ton and am meticulous about using car washes, so I happen to know what I am saying. My car was bone dry upon leaving and the super high-powered water jets left no soap behind on my car. Even their customer service is friendly and immediately responsive as they answered right away when I called them to commend their car wash. If you live near here (which I don't) I highly recommend it..

I come to this car wash simply out of convenience. Many times I've gone through and the car wash doesn't even put any soap on my car I contact them to get my money back and they don't do it. When it was Dougs they did this no questions asked. It doesn't wash your vehicle well. There reponse to this is to spend more money and prewash by hand before driving through. Spoke to the owner and I was accused of lying about it. He said he could look it up on video and it was a good wash with soap. He told me to stop going there which is fine with me.

I recently brought my fathers boat to clean and was unfamiliar with the spray booth. I never stopped the meter after washing the boat. I got a charge of 33 dollars and only wanted to be charged 5dollars. When I called the ownerThad and mentioned what happened he informed me that you need to stop the timer. He reimbursed me the money I was charged. I thought that was great. Great place and great service. Thanks Thad.

5$ for 4 minutes at the self serve. What a absolute rip off. Took well over 30 seconds to swap from high pressure soap to just high pressure rinse.I understand the man/company has to make money, but for 5 bucks, I'll go to the car wash in Palmyra across from country max and get 9 mins to properly wash my truck and not feel rushed and ripped off.

Great family-owned car wash! Super high-powered water jets cleaned all the dirt off and left no soap behind and the high pressured dryer leaves it completely dry! Customer service is friendly and IMMEDIATE response if needed! Price is right! Definitely Best Quality around!!!

I self washed my Mustang. The wheel & tire cleaner said not to get on the paint of the car - which was difficult because the hose was leaking tire soap from the hose at the ceiling. (Stall farthest West). Using the hand dryer is great with the exception that the hose drags the dirty ground so holding that up to keep it off the clean car can be a challenge while blow drying with the other hand. Other than that, I'd use this self serve car wash again.

Prices up to five bucks for 4 minutes to spray your car or a truck. Might as well just run it through the automatic car wash for the price of spraying and cleaning it yourself...

I will definitely be back for another car wash! The price was right and a superb job on the wash; powerful water pressure really got the dirt off. I liked how you pull forward for the drying stage...and again, strong air dried my car thoroughly! Loved it!Service: Car waxingService: Car waxing

It's honestly not that great. I've been going to this car wash for my entire life since I live around it and it was once owned by someone else and run with people instead of machines and it was a really good car wash back then. But now that it's all automatic and run by machines, it really doesn't do as good of a job. I got a car wash from this place about 3 days ago and it really didn't clean my car that well. There was still a ton of mud left on the car and my wheels weren't shined that well either. It does a good job normally but I have had my fair share of problems with this place. Just don't go through this and expect your car to be completely shined through all the time.

$11 for a no soap, no undercarriage, no dry wash. Might be better if they had some sort of subscription service.

I used the touch less autoWash and the vacuums. Auto wash did a nice job cleaning the outside of my car. Last month the wash had a major leak and car went through almost dry. I called the number and it looked like they fixed the issue. No refund offered.Yesterday, car did not get cleaned with soap sprayed on and a very short rinse. I didn t call because I figured I d get no response anyway.I know the place is for sale but you have to maintain the quality if not for the ethics but to maintain value. I have three more prepaid washes which I won t be wasting my time with.

I used to brag about Doug s car wash and tell people to go there, but over the past year this car wash has gone downhill. The first problem was inserting a $20 bill and not receiving any change there was no note, nothing indicating that there was a problem with the change return. I tried to call the number for service and nobody would answer. About four months later I tried to use the service again, there was a note saying to use exact change so I inserted my money and selected a car wash, and it just printed a receipt. I never got the car wash, so once again I tried calling the number no answer. I don t understand why the change return cannot be fixed over four months. The car wash works quite well. The customer service is nonexistent. Unfortunately, I have to stop using this car wash. To the management; I hope the $35 that you ve gotten out of me is worth the money you re losing by me not using your service any longer.

Normally a good wash, however a week ago I pulled up to sign saying no air dry, I saw two gentleman working on it, I went thru, when they waved me in, the air dryer did work, however I noticed my right side was still soaped, lucky I had towel and was able to wipe off, there tire treatment is great, I m ok with the wash and will return, they seem on top of things.

After the store changed hands I noticed there's more hot water even though it's a little more priceier it's still worth it and they have the short wand that is bendable which is really good too the straight long unbendable ones aren't any good for washing your undercarriage

Went on April 4th and swiped my card for a wash. The reader said it charged my card around 11 dollars for the wash but my card was charged 32 dollars. Called the business and never got a call back. I loved the place until now.Update:. I did receive a call back and are working with them to find the problem.
