Not only did they perform badly needed service without an appointment (failing brakes), but took me home and picked me up after service was completed bc I didn't have a ride.Their staff is very personable and prices are reasonable. I am no longer going to my dealer for service. I'm glad I found them.

Just moved into the area from Florida. My car ain't ever seen cold weather before so upon arrival my car experienced several issues, got a tow and new battery and a tire repair while I waited at the shop, Peter was friendly while I was waiting and helped with recommendations for around the area. Great shop, will be returning with all auto issues in the future.

Harold and Pete (now considered framily) got my truck in for an alignment and rotate my tires. The shop was clean and they both have great personalities!!!! I have found my new auto repair shop . Next is brakes on both trucks and lunch!!!! And a big thank you to Jim for doing the work on "Big Country!". Thank you once again Uncle Harold & Uncle Pete!!! You both made my day..better!!! The price is right and so are the employees! Love you guys!!!! Oh and DAVID DIDN'T GO, I DID!! IT'S ANDREA Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

Had an all wheel alignment done. Service was completed in a timely fashion and correctly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for the same service

These guys were great to work with! We are an Independant dealer in Rochester and had a mutual customer whos car had an issue while on the road. Peter was of great help, was able to help me get the customers car towed there right away, get the car in and taken care of. They do quality work at very reasonable prices and there is no BS. Simply the Best!Sullivan's is the epitome of a "hometown business" whose goal is first-class, top-quality service at an honest and very reasonable price. Employees are super friendly, courteous, professional, highly competent, and FUN! I would recommend Sullivan's for any type of work that may be required on a vehicle. My boyfriend took his car here to get a new exhaust and get the rest of it looked at. The guys were nice and all and put the brand new exhaust on, but failed to tell us that the catalytic converter was messed up. We ended up having a few more issues with the car (unrelated to the service) and brought it back. The guy had no intention of truly helping us saying the car was going to be too expensive to get it done there(we ended up buying the parts ourselves, but they have a policy that they don t use parts they didn t buy themselves). So we had it towed back to our house to wait for the parts to get it done by someone else. BUT when it got there, there was change missing from the center console and the bright blue tire pressure caps that were originally on the tires were gone. When we went and talked to them, they said they didn t know and they didn t have any intention on looking into it. I know it s small but you gotta be able to trust the people taking care of your stuff and you won t find that there.

Very pleased with Sullivan's Auto Service. My wife is doing this review for me. I am Randy Cornelius but she is typing what I told her to say. I always get an appt in a timely manner and my vehicle is done when they say it will be done. I trust everyone there and am never d issapointed. I am a diesel mechanic mainly so I only go there for things I can not do myself. Tire mounting and balancing, inspections and alignment's. I do not have access to the proper tools. Always great service when I go for what I need. I give 5 stars and absolutely recommend sullivan because I have watched them talk to their customers that do not have the knowledge I do. I have never done business with a shop so honest and fair.

I needed an inspection ASAP. I called Sullivan s and they were able to work me in that same day. There were no surprises and no hassles. They did a great job!!

I don't do Google reviews usually but these guys are GREAT. I'm trying to buy a used car off of Craigslist and they gave me a pre purchase inspection and took me out and showed me everything wrong with the vehicle I brought in. Honest and fast. Thanks Sullivan Auto!!

Unless you want mediocre auto service go someplace else. If you want the very, very best - it's really easy! Simply go to Sullivan's!
